"Ike," she snarled, shutting him up. "Of course," he said, ignoring Ike completely, "How could I not love my family?""Your children and wife, you love them correct?" "Yes," he said simply. She nodded, and stood, pinning him against the wall in less than a second, "Then you would do best to not say another word. Unless you'd rather watch them die," her voice was deadly quiet as she spoke of the ancient law that allowed the family head to destroy any part of the family that they saw destructive. His face paled, "Y-you wouldn't, couldn't, they're children.""Couldn't I? I do have an excellent record when it comes to death, you said so yourself." She tightened her grip on his throat, "Now listen to me carefully, you're going to leave here and you're never going to come back. If you do that I may just let you and your kin live, understand?" he nodded, "Good," she let him fall to the ground, "Now all of you, get the ******** out of my house," Without another word she exited through the kitchen door, leaving them to find their own way out.

Ike stood up to let them out. He walked to the door, opening it, and they trudged out single file. The father giving Ike an interesting look, not that of hate, more so of approval. The great grandfather just looked at him as he left, eyes empty and dark. He didn't hesitate to drop money into Ike's exterior coat pocket. The girls all left as well, for the most part they were in shock... The third one ran her hand against his chest, surprisingly enough. The money wasn't gone, so he didn't care. Finally, the brother took the walk of shame, his head hanging lower than his dignity. Ike smiled, as he watched them all go.
He saw Luan still in his chair eating popcorn; Ike ran over to him and gave him the cash. "You deserve this a bit more than I do seeing as you managed to stay quiet the whole time." He laughed, and walked over to the kitchen, heading out the back, and after Kiara.

She moved through the kitchen without stopping, slamming the back door behind her as I went. She didn't stop in the garden, but continued to the back wall, jumping over it's nearly twenty feet with ease. She continued into the forest, still full of angry vampire-like energy, but despite everything, she was still an elf, and she would always long to be outside, in the forest. By the time she reached a clearing her shoes were lost somewhere among the trees, her hair had fallen and hung around her face, and her dress was torn. Instead of the trees and the earth calming her she only felt more angry. She wanted to hurt something, anything, and she spotted a deer to the right of her. She went to it and ripped it's throat out in one motion, before it even knew she was there. It didn't help, she could still feel the urge to destroy something.

For Ike, the biggest obstacle had been the wall. It set him back behind Kiara about 20 seconds. He didn't care, he'd still find a way to track her down. He followed what he'd thought to be heel marks, dug deep within the earth, until he found those, stuck inside vine, not broken but dirty at the heel. He followed the bare foot prints up into some kind of meadow. It almost looked as if you could look up and touch the stars from here. Ike saw what she'd done to the deer, and knew she needed to be restrained.
Ike ran headlong at Kiara, with his arms out wide. He reached her, and it'd almost been like a football tackle. He wrapped his arms around hers, and said "Kiara! Kiara! It's Ike...Please calm down..."

She struggled in his grip as he pinned her body beneath his on the ground. "Let go of me!" She snarled, unable to get away, even with her added strength he still was stronger because he was a Lycan, "Damn you let go of me."

Ike after tackling, had lifted her up almost into a seated position, while still keeping her arms in place. "Never" He'd whispered softly into her ear. "You can be as pissed off as you want, but I can't let you go until you calm down some." He pressed his lips to her neck and rested his head on her shoulders.

She dug her fingers into his sides, it was the only think she could reach, hard enough to draw blood, "I said let go of me," anger blinded her judgement, and she griped him tighter.

Your Uncle Grandpa "I will never let you go..." protested Ike. He could feel her fingers digging into the muscle of his legs... It burned like hot fire, but he didn't let go. No matter what he couldn't let to of Kiara...

His grip only tightened when she dug her fingers into him. Her struggles became more desperate when she realized that she couldn't get free just by hurting him. She could feel her emotions shift, going from blinding anger to sorrow, as anger often does. Instead of trying to get away, she gripped him tighter, her face buried in he shoulder, tears staining his jacket.

"I'm Sorry" Ike whispered into her ear. His grip released, but he still kept one arm around her. The other went and brushed her cheek. "I never meant to cause you any additional stress by speaking out." He sighed, and picked her up. He kicked the heals to his hand underneath her, and he began the long walk back to the mannor.

She shook her head, unable to speak through the tears. She wanted to tell him that he had done nothing wrong, that he had stopped her from possibly going on a murderous rampage, bust she couldn't. All she could do was lay her head against his strong chest and cry.

Your Uncle Grandpa Ike felt the tears still rolling against him, and smiled knowing that she was still sane. Finally, Ike had reached the long stairs of the Mannor's entrance. There was a man by the door sitting there with his head inside his hands. Ike couldn't be sure, but it looked to be Kiara's father. Walking past him, Ike turned to open the door, Kiara still in his arms. He walked inside, and left the door open. He set Kiara onto the couch, and covered her with his suit jacket.

She grabbed his wrist as he turned to leave, "Don't go," she said softly, "Please, don't go." She didn't want to be alone, she didn't know what would happen if she was left alone. She could feel tears still rolling down her cheeks and she tightened her grip.

Ike bent over to her and whispered sweetly "As much as I'd like to stay, the door is still wide open. Your father is outside aswell, and he looks pretty distrubed." He gently lifted her hand from his wrist and kissed it. "I'll be right back. Won't even leave your sight" he smiled while saying this.

She watched him go, curling her body tightly around herself. She didn't know why she was so upset, the things that had been said to her she had heard a thousand times before. And yet here she was shedding the tears that she had never bothered to cry when she had been hurt so many times.
