 Eric felt relief wash over him as the tracker faded. As she continued strengthening the seal he slowly felt the coldness and indifference he been feeling wash away. The bloodthirst he had felt faded. He had been planning to kill her anyway in his slightly maddened state for the heck of it, but as he regained his humanity that desire faded away. He had forgotten how living without the biting feeling of madness nipping at his mind felt like. He could still feel it though, like embers of a fire. He knew the seal wasn't permanent but it would buy him more time to do what he truly wanted: be cured. He stood up as she finished. The strange glint in his eyes was gone and only Eric remained. "Thank you," he said to her. "This should give me some time, barring any extreme emotional trauma." He stretched his shoulders as the green mark faded back into his skin. He turned to her. "You're not like any other witch I've met." He said. "You just snacked on a town and now you want to up and leave? Why aren't you violent? Or bitter? Or something?"

I am like a dream after all, some days they are good, others not so much." She said as she got up and snapped her fingers, the tea and dishes moved back to the kitchen. "Humans are interesting, not only that but, without them, I really would not have a reason for existing anymore if that makes sense." She said as she picked up Charlotte then walked over to a bag, she opened it and the whole house inside seemed to be sucked in the bag like a vacuum. The inside of the house went back to being normal then as she swung the bag on her shoulder.

Eric picked up Chain-Scythe Dara and swung her over his shoulder. "That's funny," he said, looking at her. "I AM a dream." He pointed to himself. "This, who you're talking to, never really existed. Doesn't have a right to exist. I'm just a dream of another creature. A dream of what it could have been if things had been different." He was speaking figuratively of course. "A dream I'll have to wake up from sooner or later." He stepped outside and looked at the sky. "But thanks Nightmare Witch, for letting me dream a little longer."

"Oh right... wouldn't want you guys to leave empty handed... Mini Charlotte wants to still play... and there are actually some kishin souls in her right now... if you want you guys can go back to playing the little game of tag she wanted?" She asked. Just then the doll came back to life, suddenly jumping up and flying around the witch's head "Yes! Game please! Game please!" She said cheerfully as she flew around in circles.

So its not evil and its cute. I suppose it wouldn't hurt to "play" for a while huh, Eric? I mean its pretty much case closed." Dara said. Okay, she learned something on the mission and it was that not all witches and super cute things were terrorist. "Why is it that I feel that we were the only two who actually got something done here?" she questioned remembering how the other teams had started fighting with eachother and how she and Eric were smart enough not to get involved. Eric shrugged. "Maybe they fell to Charlotte's dream monsters or what have you." He said. He looked at her. "Dara, I need to ask something of you. I need you to not ask any questions about what happened in Charlotte's house. Can you do that for me?"

She said before the doll squealed with joy and quickly took off. She looked at the too "I hope to see you again some time. With you being the child of two of the ones that defeated Asura, I expect to see you both do well in the future." She said with a smile before starting to walk "The spell over the town will stop once you catch little Charl. Tell Death I said hello." She said as she walked down the street, eventually fading away from sight.

"Oh but she doesn't expect us to do well on MY merits!" Said Eric, pretending to be offended. He grabbed Dara in his hands and chased after the doll. He knew full well all he had to do was throw Dara as a chain scythe at it to catch it but he decided to chase it around for a little while so it could have a little fun. "Oh, but you CAN ask me about my epic-plan-that-didn't-work-but-was-nevertheless-awesome," he said to her, grinning.
