Shikori Kazayu, Namihana Kazayu  Namihana smiled faintly, a sheepish edge to her smile. "It's my first time being in heat... hopefully it'll pass in a few hours," she said quietly. She twisted slightly as a fireball from one of the demonic kids from several minutes ago missed her shoulder and right arm. She shifted, spinning on the ball of one foot as the demon stumbled back, two thin senbon needles in its arm just below the shoulder and two more in the side of its neck half an inch above its collarbone on the left side at a forty degree angle. "Youkai-baka (Idiot demon)... he isn't dead, but I can assure you he won't be doing that again," she said coolly, flicking her fingers as the needles retracted and flew back to her fingers before she slid them up into the hidden holsters on the underside of her left forearm which blended into the bodysuit. Shikori cocked an eyebrow. "Sounds good to me, though I do warn you Namihana and I have something in common: large appetites. I still remember at our old school that some people would be jealous of how she usually ate as much or more than some of the football players and never gain any weight," he said with a grin.

Kin cocked his head to the side. Clearly he hadn't understood what she said. He sribbled down another note and held it up to her.
"Heat?"
It read, the deerkin looking at her quizzically. Kin had only just recently been taught the birds and the bees, and that was for humans, so he didn't know anything about animal mating. As such the term flew straight over his head, much like the fireball the demon had thrown which managed to pass straight between his antlers, lightly singing his top most lock of hair. His eyes went wide and his whole body locked up. It was the "deer caught in the headlights" syndrome that he suffered from. He wasn't able to move at all, just watch as the kitsune took care of the demon herself with little effort. When she finished the demon off and retracted her needles back, Kin's body finally relaxed, giving him full motor control again.
"wow that was amazing"
his notepad told her. A thankful smile on the boy's face. Since the demon seemed to be taken care of he took her by the hand again and headed off once more, following Royce's scent so they wouldn't get lost.
"hey buy the way, I don't think you told me your name"
he wrote to her, still holding their hand as they walked. Being able to walk on the move, and with a single hand, was on of the most important tricks he had learned as a mute, and it helped out alot in situations like this.

"thats fine with me.food is good."Realine said."ive never been one to eat verry much..no clue why but i havent..."she shrugged before she looked around."ok....now i just have to find some way to get to the town..."

Shikori Kazayu, Namihana Kazayu Namihana shifted her weight. "Don't worry about it," she said carefully, referring to his first two notes. "The name's Namihana," she said carefully; why having the deerkin hold her hand didn't bother her made her cautious. Shikori smirked slightly. "Just do what I do... use nature to your advantage and take the high road... no pun intended," he said as he flicked a hand at the rooftops.

Kin only looked more confused as she dismissed his question. Though by the way she told him not to worry about it made it sound like it was something personal. He shrugged and smiled at her, showing her that he would drop the subject, even if he was still a bit curious. When she told him her name he went through the usual progress of having to learn how to spell foreign sounding names. Still holding her hand, though his intent in doing so was mostly innocent, he jotted down a few spellings of her name and showed it to her.
Namyhana?
Nami-Hana?
Namehanna?
the notepad read. Her name wasn't as bad as Eumi's or Caligon's, but it was still a bit confusing. He held it out to her, hoping she'd show him which spelling was correct.

"hum...good idia.."she said and climbled up to the rough looking just like a cat. when she got to the top she stood up and looked around."that way!"she said and pointed to a rode left of her and Shikori."ok then lets go!"she said and leeped off the rough, landing on all fours and then standing up and waking in the direction."come one fox-kun~"she said.

Shikori Kazayu, Namihana Kazayu Namihana giggled slightly. "N-a-m-i-h-a-n-a," she said quietly, spelling her name so it was easier to understand. Shikori smirked slightly, watching her. He cocked his head slightly, noticing the clone of himself he'd summoned when she'd been scrabbling up to the roof, though he knew she hadn't noticed it. It dispelled in a swirl of dust and mist, transferring its memories to him. He followed after her casually, his gaze shifting cautiously around as he went.

Kin smiled a bit bashfully when she giggled at him. As she spelled out her name he wrote it down neatly, clearly having done this many times before by how efficently he was able to follow along with her. When she was done he turned the Notepad over to her.
"Namihana, gotcha! its a nice name"
he wrote with a geunine smile. His ears suddenly perked up when he remembered he hadn't given her his name.
"My name's Kin by the way, Kin Tops. I'm a mime who used to live in a circus"
he wrote, giggling a bit, but no sound came out when he did.

"ya know the town is nice. i went there when i first got hear, i made a friend in the office and we had lunch together...but i had to leave because i wanted to explore more." she said befor turning around and watching Shikori."hey Fox-kun you been to the town yet?"she asked

Shikori Kazayu, Namihana Kazayu Namihana cocked an eyebrow, but simply shrugged in response; she'd never been to a circus, so she didn't know much about them or the performances within one. Shikori cocked his head. "Not yet," he said simply. A faint smirk flashed over his lips as he noticed something from the corner of his eye. "What would you think of a talent show?" he said idly. He knew the question would confuse her from the abrupt change in topic, though he glanced to the telephone pole where a pinkish red sheet rustled in the breeze.

Kaosujin Ryu Shikori Kazayu, Namihana Kazayu Shikori shrugged. "Ya got me... I've never been to one nor heard of one, but there's a flyer for one right there," he admitted with a grin, flicking a thumb at the flyer.

Shikori Kazayu, Namihana Kazayu Shikori shrugged one shoulder. "You're the one who knows their way around here... neither Namihana nor myself know the area that well... probably well enough to not run into the trees facefirst, but that's about it," he said idly, half joking.
