Okay, since I'm still nowhere near even being halfway to getting Zodiacal, I'm going to try a different quest: Masquerade. Let's see how this one goes, eh? Starting point:  Okay, this one looks a little more likely.

Passage of time: Not even budged. Oh, wait, no I think I've gone backwards again. Let's try something else for a little while and see if maybe I can get Zodiacal and Masquerade by donation later on. Or buy them later on...if the LBP ever goes down to a good amount.
