Adrian walked into the sushi place and grabbed a seat. Taking a look at the the menu he found many of the dishes intrigued him. What fascinated him the most was the thought of raw fish. He suddenly found himself starving to eat just about anything. "Anything you feel like trying?" Adrian asked.

The entire walk to the restaurant was spent getting herself prepared for this. She was getting pretty excited about trying something new, and knowing her partner was trying it out too only comforted her. She smiled boldly as they walked in and sat down. It wasn't until she looked at the menu when her confidence began to wane. With a nervous smile see scanned the items, but barely had a clue about what anything was. She looked over to Adrian and gave him a half smile. " Truthfully, I don't know what most of this is. I'm really not sure what to order. I hope I don't sound like a complete idiot." She shrugged a bit while biting her lip. This nervous, shyness wasn't like her at all, it was the complete opposite of her usual bubbly, happy self. Most people didn't believe she could calm down for five seconds, much less be shy at all. Was it the new school, becoming a meister? Maybe it was because she was afraid that if she did something stupid or was too hyper she'd scare him off? She had no idea, but she knew that this wasn't like her and as soon as the problem was resolved she could go back to being a happy go lucky girl again. A determined smile gleamed on her face as looked at her weapon. " But you know, I'm up for trying anything! I mean just because I don't know it doesn't mean I won't like it right? Adrian himself was a little overwhelmed by the menu but he knew what certain things was thanks to books. He continued to scan the menu when something certainly caught his eye. "We can just get the sample platter. Just try a little of everything...well just the rolls not the other stuff. I think that would be too much. So what do you think? Sound good to you?" he asked hoping for a positive reaction of some sort.

"Mm. Just my parents and their family. Actually, one of my cousins is a death scythe." he said remembering that fact. The weapon blood trait was maybe 1 in every 3 kids in the family. His older cousin had been the first in his generation. "So...what about your family? Have any?" he asked. His eyes lit up as the waiter put the food the table and it looked absolutely delicious.

She knew death scythes were very powerful, and she prayed that she could help Adrian reach the same level. " Well, I have an aunt and uncle I lived with for about a year and a half ish. And then I have an older brother who goes to the academy. He's also a meister and if you're lucky you'll never meet him." She giggled a bit and shook her head, then grinned nervously at the food. It looked strange but...in a good way. Angela's eyes flicked between the food and Adrian. " So...how do you want to do this? "If my memory serves me correctly I'd say she is a sword with a hook attached. She's like a chain scythe almost but y'know...more original" he responded. He honestly had not seen his cousin since she left to attend the DWMA herself years ago. Hearing Angeles talk about her brother he chuckled. "He can't be that bad. Anyways, let's try simultaneously. It's better that way. We don't have our expectations up or down based on eachother's reactions that way."
