♯ Brio ♯ "Apocalyptic Phantom" Brio blinked when he felt Etude pick him up once again. The toy stared at his friend as he tilted his head. He must have been too quiet that it worried the boy. "Oh. Sorry for being too quiet... The aura coming from the other room is just so strong. I've never felt energy like this one before..." If only he knew what was causing it.

Etude♪ The Silent Soldier ♪Brio must have sensed the power of the black magic stones. An invention of his father's. Nocturne wanted to make a powerful stone, which he succeeded. However, there were some side effects. Some that could kill their hosts, or eat away at their minds. The very idea scared Etude causing him to whimper, but at least his father's happy... ♯ Brio ♯"Apocalyptic Phantom" Brio heard Etude whimper when he mentioned the dark matter. Guess that wasn't a good idea to mention it. "I'm sure nothing bad will happen though. Those guards might end up dying and then everything will be fine... Somewhat." The toy reassured, smiling up toward the boy with his new cute exterior of the toy he was possessing.

Etude♪ The Silent Soldier ♪Etude still didn't understand death. If you die, you become an undying spirit? That didn't seem so bad. Why were people scared of dying? You're not really gone forever, so what was there to be afraid of? The boy didn't fear death, due to the fact that he was part machine, and it prevented his human side from dying.
Etude hoped the experiment was a success. The last thing he wanted was for his father to get angry and lash out his anger at him or Encore. ♬ Where am I?: Ritardando Underground Lab, Etude's room

♯ Brio ♯"Apocalyptic Phantom" The possessed toy closed its stiched on, black button eyes as it concentrated on the energy from the room not so far away. It didn't seem to be like his, that's for sure. Brio had two types of magic, one that used the world's energy and the new one that was controlled by his emotions. The aura coming from the room was neither. "What do you think your father's going to make the soldier do if they survive?"

Etude♪ The Silent Soldier ♪The young boy wondered that himself. Knowing his father, he was probably going to test the soldiers' new power, to see how it would go. ♯ Brio ♯"Apocalyptic Phantom" Brio thought about the reasons why he was probably creating such a troublesome project with those guards. Well, maybe he was just that crazy of a man that he would sacrifice his own kind for experiments. Or maybe there was something more sinister. The ghost tried to think, using the scientific philosophies that an archeologist like himself would use. Nothing. "Hm... Well, whatever the reason is, we'll just have to wait and see. It'll be like a surprise present or something." Though the gift was not a pleasant one.

♯ Brio ♯"Apocalyptic Phantom" The ghost could sense that Etude was deep in thought, possibly creating his own hypothesis on the situation as well. Maybe Nocturne was using that same stone the other male from earlier had that caused him to go crazed with dark power. This could mean grave danger if those guards survived. They wouldn't be able to control the energy running through them and go on a blind rampage. "Hey Etude... Did that guy that broke into the lab and save that girl take a black stone with him?"

♯ Brio ♯"Apocalyptic Phantom" Brio confirmed that stone that man had probably had was the same one Nocturne was using on the experiment. He crossed his small, fluffy legs as he thought about it. Well, if those stones were the same, then that means the ghost would still be able to defeat them if he only got angry. It wasn't a nice feeling of anger though, so he would have to use the earthly powers instead. He was given those powers by the gods after all. "Hm..." He hummed as he rubbed his chin, having quite an inquisitive face.

♯ Brio ♯"Apocalyptic Phantom" The possessed toy yawned right after Etude himself had yawned. Yawning was contagious after all. Good thing it wasn't a disease. Brio let his fluffy arms wrap around one of the boy's arms and he slowly felt himself drifting off for a short rest, even though he didn't even need to sleep. It does hurt to rest every once in a while, does it?

 Requiem
♪ The Manipulative Prince ♪ By the time the stones finished infusing into their hearts. The soldiers stopped screaming, no longer feeling anymore pain, either one of them didn't survive or the stones had accepted their new hosts. The first soldier opened his eyes and glanced around the other beds where the other ones were laying asleep. He took hard, deep breaths as he sat up and looked at Nocturne, then down at his hands "I...I made it.." he let out a sigh "My chest hurst though..." his eyes moved around to see if everyone else was going to wake up. The last soldier woke up grabbing his chest and sat up quickly and panting as if he had a nightmare. Then he looked at is hand and clenched his fist "I feel...different...all this power..this dark energy running through my veins. Heheh I like it." he smirked. The other two still lay asleep or maybe..dead? ♬ Where am I?: Ritardando Underground Lab
