After thanking the sub again, Graham left to get his Pokemon healed. Not only did he get the badge for beating him (barely... it was really hard), but he had also gotten a TM as a prize. He wasn't sure if any of his Pokemon could learn Acrobatics, but it was worth holding onto for a while at least.

Now that everyone was healed, he headed out towards the ruins. The walk there wasn't too bad. He was at a high enough level to scare most of the Wild Pokemon away with Lucius's Intimidate. It was actually pretty cool learning about it from the Pokedex. It made weaker Pokemon less likely to attack. There was so much to learn, and like... the Pokedex had all the information he needed to know about Pokemon. It was like a more advanced Trainer School. Which uh... he never went to. Yeah. Everything he knew about Pokemon he learned from watching others, or self-taught.

Once he reached the ruins, he took a look around. It was uh... very ruined. He felt like he could get lost pretty easily if he ventured too far in. But it was very interesting. He could only wonder what sort of secrets this place had. There was probably a lot. Ruins always intrigued him, especially in games. Though if any of them were like some of the ones he visited in games he would probably be terrified for his life.

But he had Pokemon on him, so maybe they would help put him a little more at ease. In fact... let's let one of them out.

Lucius the Shinx appeared from his Pokeball and stretched out his legs before wagging his star tail. Once he got some pets, the two looked around. Finding a nice spot against one of the many walls, they began to dig. What would they find, he wondered.

Passing into the ruins for the first time with her own shiny badge pinned to her ball-cap, Kiera knew this meant that she could finally bring out her own items if she found them. Now she just needed to find her parents so she could show them her badge, but she paused at the entrance of the ruins, looking around. All six of her pokemon were following behind her still celebrating. The walk through Route 2 had been a lot of fun and Yanma was listening to her again.

Everyone was in high spirits but Kiera suddenly wanted to find a fossil all on her own, not with her parents help. It was going to be hard but she knew she could do it. Putting on her serious face, she nodded to her Quilava. Vesuvius put on a serious face too and nodded to the Poochyena and Brutus continued the line down until everyone had their game faces on.

Time to go digging, archeologist style. Kiera turned her hat around backwards so you know it's really on.

This time it was Lucius who found something a short while later. With a yowl, Graham turned to look at what the lion cub had dug up. It was an orange stone that was kinda shaped like a sun. With some careful digging so that he wouldn't damage the rock, he managed to extract a Sun Stone from the ground. So cool! He could put it up in place of the sun, as it seemed to generate warmth. Not like a Fire Stone, probably, but more like it was sunlight or something. Which was still pretty cool.

With a grin, he bagged the Sun Stone before digging one more time. What would he find this time?

"Natu! Awwwwwh, how cute and little. VESY USE YOUR EMBER ATTACK!!" Kiera fought three in a row looking for the perfect one but they were all weak. She had Vesuvius use Leer on each of them but all of them had their defense lowered like normal. She wanted one with Magic Bounce because how good she heard it was, and she bet she would never find an Eevee with it. "Yanma USE SONIC BOOM!" And her bluey finished them off, knocking them out. "Okay let's keep searching."

OOC: Three pokemon rarity and ability and color

Opening his eyes and tapping his shades back down on his nose, Gage heard someone nearby and it sounded like an entire herd of pokemon. The Rare Hunter's interest was peaked as he watched some girl he's never seen before catch a rare Magic Bounce Natu without even breaking a sweat. He growled a little to himself, but walking up to Kiera, he threw on a handsome smile.
"Hey there, kiddo. How's the great pokemon hunt going?"

Gage didn't even need to ask what kind of pokemon she had, they were all over the place, while just Raichu was behind Gage right then and there. Yamask was off searching, of course.

Hah, he found a Thunder Stone this time. He knew it was that because it had a lightning bolt on it and it was a greenish-yellow. Once that was bagged, he got up to his feet to stretch out his legs. They were numb from crouching to dig the whole time.

Graham heard a pair of voices nearby, so he decided to check it out. It was a girl and a guy, neither of which he recognized. Huh... he thought he met a lot of people by now, but chances were that they were other newcomers too. He felt like he should just watch for now, as he had no need to get involved.

Of course, things never really went according to plan for him, as a Solrock floated right in front of him, catching him completely by surprised. Graham yelped and fell on his bottom, flailing in the process. "Dude, that was totally uncalled for!" he said irritably, grabbing Kipper's Pokeball. "Kippers, show this Sol Badguy a Water Gun!"

The Mudkip appeared and fired a powerful blast of water at the floating sun, knocking it past the two other Trainers. He then got up and dusted himself off before fixing his glasses. He probably caught the attention of the other two Trainers now...
