The Shieldon was hit by the those fangs as her defensives held, but that cold. That terrible ...terrible cold would cut all the way through the bone as she literally froze in his mouth. Her body so solid with ice at that point that she couldn't even shiver as she heard every word that came out of his mouth as she looked at him with as much of a glare as she muster ...incased in ice.
"But, there is no such thing as a fail plan." "My youngster, only one that needs to be reformed or refocused." "It is true it's not healthy to dwell in the past, but you must also never forget it either."

Was it just her, or was the conversation getting even more confusing? Tirrani would slowly inch her way away from the those two and their talk that was making less and less sense by the moment.

With the light suddenly gone, there was joy in the heart of the Mawile instead of that malicousiness that had stir before. She felt like forgiven those intruders, and then that creature had started to give off an aura of battle. An aura that begged her attention as she put one finger into her maw and smiles lightly.
Dare she?
Yes, she dared.
She came forward at the fighting type as she drew her paw backwards as the Ice started to from on it. She would stop only a single foot from him and then plow her fist forward towards his jaw.
A love tap ..made of ice.

"> Heh <" Carmine would simply mutter, though the Mawile might have seen something strange with that. Rather than coming from in front of her, the sound came from far to her left. He had moved silent and sly, her punch wasn't even close to hitting him. The dual type moved forwards now, while he could still tell where she was, while the ice on her hand had yet to melt and he could still feel the cold.
Cold. Being cold blooded, it was something he could pick up quite well. Cold blooded creatures hated the cold, it was a known fact. It was a sign of death for them. And thus, an already cold Steel creature like a Mawile should be easy for him to feel, especially with her capability of using ice.
He didn't need light. He could do this with his eyes closed if he wanted to.
His foot pressed on the ground as he did a full sweep, hoping to knock her right off her feet!

While the two trainer's continued their near ceaseless conversation, Genn moved about making the battle more interesting. true he could likely crush the Shieldon between his massive jaws, or simply place her upon the ground and crush her beneath his weight....but where is the fun in that?
Rumbling as he once more began to chuckle, the Steelix tilted his head down, and then abruptly whipped it back up, tossing his frozen opponent into the air. ">PUUUULL!<" He called, still chuckling mirthfully.
Once the Shieldon began to once more descend to the earth, the massive Pokemon lunged forward, teeth turning once more to icicles as he used Ice Fang. He was going to crush this Shieldon on the fly!

The older man would declares as sweat would drop down Tirrani's face. Yup, she was getting the hell out of here ...as she edges away from that conversation that was getting worst and worst with every passing word.
The throw up was a good one, and the plan to catch even better. But, the Steelix had made a single mistake, he had misjudge his throw as she hit the ceiling first, the ice taking the impact as it cracked, and as the Steelix would come at her to crush her in his jaws ...she would do the rest as she summon the power of the earth itself. Formed it at her core and as that maw grew so close ...she would fling it outwards into the only source of earth around her at that moment.
The Steelix ...as the ice was shattered ....as the power rush to the Steelix to try and rip him apart from within. Though whether or not it would work or not was to be questionable, since, Steelix was also steel now ....and that in and of itself could disrupt the Earth Power that threaten to flow in his veins and burn him out from within.

The attack would collide against the Scraggy as it would seem she had more force in that blow than what was normal. The ice that had formed over her hand shattered upon impact sending those tiny shards into the Scraggy's skin ....as she laughed joyfully.
A creature of darkness, her true love. And it was one that liked to fight ...even better, but it's defenses are shabby and so was it's attack.
Oh why couldn't everything be so perfect as true darkness.
Those were the thoughts running through the Mawile's head as she finished and then did a twirl around. She saw no sense in stopping now as her other hand started to be covered in ice, and she would come again this time in a counter attack as she used another Ice punch.

The Nurse Joy would simply smile at him while the first one he had met gave him a pure scowl of hatred. She never like those that tried to act grateful. He had afterall come into the Pokemon Center expecting to give nothing, and take everything.
Free healing, and nothing for the healers other than a word of thanks. NOrmally rush as they leave.
No she wasn't his fan, not one bit.

Again Raven would give a brief shake of his head "It matters not the source of the experience, but how you use the experience which you have gained. All the experience in the world will not make you stronger, only how you yourself choose to interpret it, to learn from it" The boy would stated, eyes level as you looked out upon the older man "Sometimes experience isn't only gained by those standing to the side of the event; for those in the middle, the price is death. Some things can only be learned from outside ones own self."
The girl would certainly seem wise to flee right about now. With each passing second, with each parting word, this was rapidly transforming from a Pokemon Battle to a Debate.
Off to the side of the long winded conversation, the battle would continue to wage without the interference of the trainers. Ice would strike stone, and stone would seek out steel. Each Pokemon would fight with untold ferocity as they worked to gain the advantage over the other; and all throughout, Genn would continue to chuckle.
">Hehehehe...<" The sound rang with an odd sort of metallic mirth as the Steelix watched his oncoming foe. As annoying as it was for the Shieldon to break free of the ice so soon, it was equally exciting. ">THIS.IS...AWEESOOOOOOOOME!!! HAHAHAHA!<" The Steelix bellowed, clearly enjoying this battle more then he should be.
It wasn't the fighting he liked. Not the destruction. It was the sound of his own heart beating in his ears. Wondering what his opponent might do next, and being surprised by the result. It was exciting, terrifying, and maddening all at once. It was a rush, and owe how he loved it!
Continuing his tirade of mirthful madness, the Steelix would swing his tail through the air with the strength of a club, and the flexibility of a whip. It wasn't in his ability to make an attack out of such a move, but it was more then likely to disrupt the Shieldon's own as it sent her hurdling toward the floor a little faster then she'd expected.
That was, if it hit.
Then would the Steelix's full flexibility come into play. For although it was reckless and stupid, Genn was waiting with jaws wide in the position he intended to knock his opponent. Teeth caked in ice, his plan was clear; to counter with Ice Fang.

Tsuki smiled at the first Joy, the rude one. "You remind me of a certain Cyndaquil I know." he said before saying his thanks once more and leaving. He kept going onward until he'd get to the moutainous part Exel told him about. Tsuki knew he'd have to do another thing when getting back so he'd keep his eyes peeled for any healing items. He could trade it for a full heal on his team before.
Now he didn't have any Pokemon out. They were too weak for the previous area and now he'd have to brave through yet another place where the foes were even stronger. True his fortune seemed bad but he wouldn't let it distract him. What's done is done and he should focu on making the best out of a bad situation.
He picked up a large stick o the ground and used it to lean on. His legs were hurting a bit from the Drillbur still. Now he headed off to his destined location.

[[ The uh...the roll of 2 wasn't my defense, it was my attack, my normal one. He wasn't countering. On the page before this one was my defense, I rolled a 16, you rolled 3, no damage I'm sure... Though the counter you did right now, that one with the 5, seeing as my attack roll was so darn low it counted (nuuuuu). This turn should be my defense, your attack next post, if I'm not mistaken. Carmine HP: 12Carmine wasn't expecting the ice punch to come back at him. But when it did, it did more then just hurt his exterior. Hurt his pride. No creature that dared call itself dark should lose in its own environment. He slid back, the pants lizard brushing over his arms as he tried to shake off all the ice. His body temperature, he worried about that before anything else.
As he stood there now, in the dark, cleaning himself of the ice, it was the perfect opportunity for the Mawile. He was leaving himself right open, defenses down! So it seemed, anyways...

((Okay, I think I am getting more and more confuse lately. That must be the sigh of old age .....))
And she wasn't about to let it go either as she narrowed her eyes at him ...the sight of the pokemon so vunerable in front of her was like putting a fish in front of a Seel. She couldn't help going after him ....as she drew that fist back once more with ice caked on it so thick that it was almost impossible to tell it was anything else.
She was going to literally crush this pokemon as she step forward again. If she was even luckier he would become her next best frozen treat ...a popsicle.

She had just broken out ...and it would seem that she wasn't going to get to enjoy it long as she was sent hurtling towards those fangs as that tail would catch her. Even the midst of her own attack, and the air there was little she could do about defending from it ....as she was sent in to his waiting jaws once more. The air too cold as the fangs closed on her, but her skin was too tough for him to actually pierce it ....as she drops back to the ground as solid as ice.
Those fangs had done their job as she shivered inside, and tries to move around enough to break it.
This was getting worst and worst.

The differences in one side of the island and the other was clear the moment that Tsuki traveled there. That this was a place that hadn't been tame as the trees hung heavy with different plants and vegetations. A bug pokemon's paradise but obvious that wasn't all that would choose to live in this sort of greenery.
Western Iron Island
If one travels from one side of the island to the other ....they would find the true face of the island. Where the wilderness and the pokemon had managed to drive away all human interferences ....pokemon here live and fight. The area actually overground in trees instead of the barren hills and rocks that people before now have seen.

This time the boy had to struggle to keep the edge out of his voice, only partially succeeding. It would seem the topic was beginning to step on a nerve.
"Wounds heal...but scars may only fade, an ever lasting reminder of things no man would openly wish to have experienced" Raven clenched his fist as he spoke. Yes, there were some things no wished to remember. There was one type of experience he didn't want to be reminded of. There was experience from battle, experience from travel. Experiencing death and near death...but there was one type all too easy to acquire these days.
Trying to save someone...and failing to do so...
Jerking his head sharply to the side, the Steelix would toss the little Shieldon against the floor. YES! Two for two. The odds were normally low, but he'd call that a success. Even if there was no damage, the Shieldon wasn't likely to forget getting frozen solid twice in a bleedin row!
Slamming his tail against the ground, Genn reared back. Oh this was going to be good. ">Anyone want snow cones!> HAAHAHAHAHA!!<" The Steelix chuckled right before lunging forward, twisting his body around into the air as he aimed to crash it into the ground. The objective was clear, he was going to crush the Shieldon between his weight with a Tackle!

Hitting the ground she would shatter the ice once more .....her body would catch the tail, but it couldn't break though skin as hard as hers. As she looks upward at that tail ....her eyes narrowed dangerously as she snarled.
She was tried of the cold, it was time to knock this pokemon out cold ....as she would smash her foot upon the ground. As the earth around her foot would seem to spring forth with power ...a power that ran like a wild energy as it would stream towards the Steelix's body.
The power whipping and moving and .....and streaking towards it's target without fail as she used Earth Power once more.
"Yes, but there is nothing like standing beside your friend as they die." "Of feeling the wind on your back where there had once been warmth or of having blood that belongs to your partner splatter your face."
"Yes, there is experience that can be gain from the sideline, but it can never compare to that of your own."

The man was once more rambling it would seem to others as his eyes feel on Raven.
