Ark returned to the house around five. He didn't feel like eating anything, so he took care of his birds and then went to read on the couch. He fell asleep (yet again) with the book on his chest, and stayed asleep for several hours.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It was about 10 when Nezumi got home with 4 large paper bags of food. He carefully open the door and then closed it, trying not to make noise. But Hamlet got under his feet making him fall, the bags landing on both him and the floor. "s**t!" he muttered, looking to see if he woke Ark.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Upon hearing the noise, Ark woke up. He sat up on the couch, half asleep, and called out, "What was that?" not seeing Nezumi.
