Kesshou waited in the car's electrical systems for an opening to jump from the car into the building. Once this chance arrived she was near unnoticeable by any human and undetectable by video.
She moved around the base, using the light bulbs and video cameras to look around. She was searching for a computer to link with and download the information she needed. She found one in a nearby office but it didn't seem to have the information she needed. She had to find the backup hub and take it all from there. This wouldn't be any easy task.
As she went through the building she was taking much more care and restraint than in Vegas, there wouldn't be much of an electrical surge from her movement and the only outward sign of something being different is that when she was in a light bulb it would glow brighter and cameras' images would become sharper when she was inside them.
She searched room by room and came across where Kai and the others were. She stopped inside the camera, not disrupting the video feed, and watched for a few minutes. 'Kai! That's where I remember the name. But who are these guys with her? And that black haired lady doesn't necessarily look to pleasant.' she thought to herself.
After watching for a brief minute she continued on her search for the backup hub.

The raven haired I.O. director simply rolled her eyes at Kai's attempt of humor, and in response, Ivana simply sauntered over to Dundee. The former intellience agent draped a velvet gloves arm around the younger Cajun's neck, and took a deep breath for a long sigh. Of course, Dundee could help but noticed Ivana's rather ample cleavage in that black strapless black velvet dress that was molded to her hourglass figure. Smiling warmly at Dundee, Ivana was practically batting her eyelashes at him whilst gently tracing her slender fingers through his hair, "So... Dundee was it? Why don't you just tell me about Gotham... like what area we're talking about where you picked her up? It's obvious that you're actually not involved with any of this, so we don't really have any quarrel. Tell me what you do know, and... I can be real nice to you."

Kai glared at Ivana and pulled at her arms. "I don't care if they restrict my powers, there's got to be some point where they can't hold powers back any longer" She thought as she tugged her hands against the restraints.
"Ivana, you ugly witch, leave them alone and Let them go. I am the only one that knows where the bases are and the passwords you would even need to get in them."
"And once you let them go, you're getting Jack s**t from me." She thought as she glared at the women.
"/I'm/ the one who Hacked I.O., stole the files, and deleted many directly off your bases."
She stared in all seriousness. If that horrid directer would leave her friends alone then Kai would only have to worry about getting hurt. And being that she could heal far more quickly, it would not damage her conscious and not damage her as much as it would her friends.

C'mon, Arell . . . almost there . . . c'mon . . . Arell thought, struggling hard, that big Cajun Brute almost had it . . . wouldn't be too long before swamp boy had himself a free cuff and a broken bolt. It was clear Kai wasn't the ONLY one resisting the IO. One mentally resisting, the other quite physically. It was only a matter of time before that bolt gave way.
Meanwhile, Dundee looked at Ivana, and was almost lost in her beauty that he was at a loss for words for a minute. He stuttered. "Forg-g-give me, m-ma'am. It's all happened so f-fast th-th-that I just cain't remember nothin'." Dun' stuttered as Arell looked over towards Kai.
"Hell if I'm leavin' without you, kid." Arell growled, his voice straining as he wrangled with that cuff. Nobody gets left behind.

Threshold almost chuckled, but kept himself from doing so. Matthew contined to monitor Kai's surface thoughts looking at where the vigilante worked on her hack of I.O. .... and noted who was assisted her on that: the android Brigade. Also while delving into that memory, the I.O. telepath picked up on several hero identities in the same conversation:
Nightwing being Richard Grayson, the ex-HIVE member Jinx pretending to be Batgirl -- with the original Batgirl unalbe to walk. That woman being Barbara Gordon who acted as the cyberhacker Oracle,
Whilst Ivana continued her antics in baiting Kai and Arell, Threshold cupped a hand over his mouth to hide the smile forming there, acting as if he was reacting to Ivana's conduct, This has been more fruitful than I could have imagined....
Ivana simply cast a withering glance toward Kai before smiling back at Dundee. With a breathy sigh, the I.O. director draped both arms around Dundee's neck and gave him a long French kiss.
When she broke off the gentle kiss, Ivana whispered to the young Cajun, "Please try to think. Do you remember anything, Dundee?"

Shifting into the sit up stance, Nathalia continued in her diligent work, glancing at the chick who'd given her a shiner. What was she doing here? How had she even ended up in such a place. God, all the questions were giving her a headache...or was it the growing bruise on her cheek?

After the PT busting, Rachel sat and glared back at the redhead she got in a fight with. The blonde winced slightly from grimacing, because of her bruised mouth, Wonder what's going on in the 'teacher's pet's' head, since she was knocked down a peg... But Helga busted her like she did me... This place was a puzzle to Rachel; it was a far cry from Northwestern, Whatever possessed me to sign up with these scumbags?.

More intensely than before Kai became angry at the woman. Her glare shot frustration and anger as she made moves on her friend. She felt her energy become pent up, unable to escape with the restraints, sure her physical powers were stopped but her spiritual powers were starting to defeat her physical strength. "Want a bit of information Ivana, how bout I show you what a demon I can be."
"Let me out of these restraints right now Ivana, so I can kick your a**."
Kai pulled against the restraints with no luck and huffed in frustration. Her voice calming down a little before she spoke again.
"I already told you they know nothing... When will you leave them the ******** alone."
She then glanced at Threshold. Thinking to herself what he could possibly think was so funny. She could sense that he was enjoying this, his face couldn't hide how she sensed the emotions. It was an innate trait she had. "This is turning out worse than I could imagine... And they haven't even broken out any real torture, All the fail. Okay, calm down, Ivana is just going to make out with Dundee, no big deal. He can handle it. He really doesn't know that much anyway. I guess that's a good thing. Just think, how to get out of t his situation without breaking a promise. No tools... No physical powers... Let's see, there is one dodo brain over there who caught us, He could be telepathic with those Psychic blasts, he can't be a martian though... Best not to think of any further of the cave. And we got a powerless seducing wench... I don't go that way So... there's no chance of her pulling that s**t on me." Kai closed her eyes and breathed more and more slowly trying to calm herself to lessen the energy she was building from the stress. There was no real chance of that power coming out fully with those restraints it would only harm her ability to think strait, and control the emotional pain caused by that build up. Her thoughts began to not race as much and she had gotten into the mode of ignoring the situation just for the purpose figuring out a solution to this problem.

Kesshou continued her search for the back up information hubs for the next little bit. Finally she found them.
She looked around the room before moving to one of the hubs and looked through the information. This was the proverbial gold mine.
She started to copy the information into her electrical residue as binary. This would take her a good while, seeming she didn't want to get caught.
She could do it in a matter of minutes but that would send an electrical back lash through the complex and her location and existence would then be known.

Caitlin looked up, when a pair of Black Talons entered to take Sarah Rainmaker back to her 'room.' But the mousy redhead smiled nervously at the pair of black armored troopers and timidly asked, "Does... Sarah really have to go? I mean, I did get thwacked on the back of my head really bad, and Ms. Kleinmann did have her keep an eye on me to make sure that I didn't lapse into a coma or anything like that. Could.. could you ask Ms. Kleinmann if it's okay for Sarah to stay here tonight, we'll be right here."
Both troopers looked at each other for a moment, and one tapped his comm inside his helmet. After a quick conference with Helga that neither girl could hear because the trooper had switched his outer mic off, the same trooper switched it back on to give the reply, "Miss Rainmaker can stay. Someone will be bringing up her T-shirt and shorts, but we'll be posted outside this door."
As the trooper began to turn to leave, Caitlin thanked them and was then practically beeming at her Apache friend. Meanwhile, the guards were actually pleased... they were just posted in the girl's side of the dorms.

Dundee was almost about to leak information after that French Kiss. That amorous encounter seemed to cause Dundee to melt. However, he looked over at Kai, and Arell . . . wait, what had happened? This was about to get very bad . . . Arell was one of the strongest men in their hometown, what was taking him. He looked up towards Ivanna . . . defeated, ready to leak that information . . . for it looked like it was all lost. Arell at this point, was using every last bit of strength he could muster against that bolt. To the point, where all seemed as there was a bet going on who would break first: The bolt or the Cajun. Just when it seemed lost though . . . he heard a familiar voice from the past. One of calm southern upbringing, but of unending courage. "C'mon, boy! Quit stalling and put the spurs to it! You better not have wasted that training just to lose to a buncha government PRICKS! Make us proud, son!" was the first voice Arell heard in his memories. A little smirk appeared on Arell's face . . . for the "voice" belonged to none other than his biological Father, Levon. The next voice was a stern one. One that seemed to belong to a Military man. "Don't you give up, boy! They're COUNTING on you! The Bird, your BROTHER, hell, even that sumbitch they threw in the brig. They're ALL rooting for you. BREAK THAT ******** BOLT!!!!"That one caused him to REALLY put the spurs to it. That was Gunnery Sergeant J.T. "Pap" Benoit. Which caused Arell to grin maliciously. For all of a sudden . . . a loud SNAP was heard. A half of a bolt looked like it sheared clear off that shackle. That second one didn't have very long either . . . That shearing sound caused Dundee to whirl around, in sheer surprise, he saw Arell bust that bolt clean off from the base. The cuff still latched on to him. However that didn't stop him from going for that other bolt. "GO, ARELL, GO!!! You can do this!!" Dundee cheered. That was all the hope he needed. If he gets us outta here, I swear I take back EVERYTHING I said EVER about that big lunkhead! Dundee thought. They were aware Threshold was still in. It was becoming very clear that even if Dundee and Kai weren't MENTALLY giving up, it was becoming clear Arell would go to his last dying breath to get out, and was also putting every ounce of muscle devoted in getting those bolts loose, one at a time . . . he had to work fast. With the loud snapping those bolts made, it was pretty obvious he'd be loose if something wasn't done. He REFUSED to give up. That other bolt seemed to go off a hell of a lot easier than that first bolt did. He was clearly on a drive to get out. After all, those two needed a positive example of NOT GIVING THE HELL UP, and sure as s**t Arell was going to give it to 'em, even if he brought the whole goddamn BUILDING on top of every single last man, woman and child in the process! His natural eye was menacing as he hurried his work. Usually green, it flashed with rage, almost animalistic in nature. His other, (the bionic one) remained cold and emotionless. That of a coldhearted killer. And if looks could talk, the one he flashed at many of the IO operatives as that hand broke free with a loud BANG was one that could strike fear into the hearts of men. Target Acquired.

Almost as a reflex, Threshold stopped the flying broken bolt, holding it in mid air with his telekinesis. The blond mentalist snarled in irritation from the raging Cajun outburst. Glancing at the mid air bolt, Matthew had an evil idea. Focusing on the hovering bolt, the mentalist propels it at Arell's head with some velocity. Threshold's point wasn't just to hit the man with the bolt, but to place it against Arell's forehead. Once the bolt was in place, Threshold held it there and began to grind the broken bolt against the skin -- beginning to slowly grind the piece of steel into the skin and possibly into Arell's skull.
And wide evil smile heralded a somewhat insane chuckle that might remind Kai of the Joker, as Matthew Callahan addressed Arell, "Maybe you should stop now, while you're still ahead.... Hahahahaaaaa!"

"Arell stop!"
Kai shouted finally pulling one hand from a cuff and restraint. She had squeezed her hand out and held it towards her friend as a gesture to stand down. The sides of her hand bled as they scraped against the restrained cuff and an almost circular cut was made from the confined space her hand had to reach through. She was in enough pain from the one hand she dared not try the other.
"Stand. Down. I think... Having saved the world a few times, and my other qualifications plus experience gives me the right to tell you to stand down Arell."
"There is no way he can get out like this. He's wasting his energy. Work smarter not harder, all this energy and no planning. Did he think of what he was going to do before he busted out or was it just a fit of drunken Cajun rage." She thought. She motioned her hand up to her forehead, using the partial return of her powers to heal her wounds. A light glow and it appeared that not much was happening but she reduced the pain using her aura to physically affect her own being, the one restraint now gone.

"Yeah, yeah, keep pissing him off, GREAT idea." Dundee said as he relaxed in his cuffs. For someone who was a split hair away from pissing himself, somewhere between getting a kiss from Ivana and Arell . . . damn near Hulking Out got him to relax a little.
"Trying to reason, or screw a ******** BOLT in his head is only gonna piss him off further. He may be in his skivvies, but he once killed a man with his bare hands." he said with a yawn, almost as if he had seen this before.
"Well, well. IO invoked the wrath of the big guy. Somehow, I am NOT surprised."
Get back to New York ya buffoon!
"I AM in New York. I just want to see Dundee do something about this."
Forgot you could look over forums. But this is the LAST TIME you do that, understand?
"Fine . . ."
Meanwhile, Kai could catch a brief glimpse of an eye dilating to that of a lizard's in Arell's sober, rage-filled eyes. It was plain to see who . . . or WHAT was exactly in there. Either way, if something wasn't done, s**t would definitely hit the fan. Whether it's his blood or some IO goon's blood, that depended on what happened. Noted when Arell quietly glared at Kai. Yep, happy-go-lucky human Arell had left the building.
"You may walk over human Arell, but reasonin' won't do you good. HE AIN'T HERE." he growled.
Dundee however, was taunting the s**t out of the IO goons. Pretty soon, Arell may be on a rampage.
"So y'all've seen what he can do to the cuffs. Better let us go, or he'll do that to someone's NECK. ESPECIALLY YOU, laughing boy. My gator don't like people laughin'." Dundee said casually, as almost as if he was about to say "oh dear, it looks like it's about to rain today."
He looked at Kai with a smirk. "Congrats, you're trying to reason with a mind of a cold-blooded, angry lizard in a human's body. Good luck." he said, just relaxing in his bonds. Perhaps there WAS something in his mind. ESPECIALLY when that brute strength was transferred from Arell's arms to leaning back on the wall and getting his feet loose.
For any IO operative without powers, he was two shackles away from making this a very, VERY bad day.

"Arell, I'm pretty sure I've killed more people, than you in my lifetime. You don't want to hurt anyone. If you let this, side of you control you, then you're being weak. I don't care if you hurt me, I'll only suffer another life lost. But how would you feel if your rampage costed Dundee's life? Or better yet, Gator how would Arell allow this side to be free once something so horrible happened, ever again."
"No, this isn't right. At this point IO could kill us, and these two would both rather act like rowdy children without a plan... We're doomed." She kept eye contact with Arell to show there was no backing down despite the fact she would rather not start up with him. When she spoke to Dundee a small glimpse of the 1800's came to mind for her. Her hands covered in blood at another life taken. Her eyes showed a glimpse of sorrow for a moment before they returned to Worry for what would happen for the three of them. She kept tabs on her surroundings, and was waiting for the worst case scenario to unfold. Dundee and herself getting shocked, Arell getting a bolt to the brain, and then herself getting her wrist shut back into the restraint and cuff. Her thoughts hoping for Arell to just get knocked out by something and taken away safely from this room, Dundee being let go, and herself being sent to some pretty stupid doctors until help comes to save them or an good opportunity shows itself.
