She dodged it. "Except an empath." She stated simply. "Yea, I know I can kill you, and possibly your boss, that's why your boss wants me dead." She said, glad she'd read Matt's book. Come on, Matt wake up. She thought. "So, I'm sorry who has the upperhand?" She asked, backing away from him.

((that and she hasn't tried using her powers from astral form. Also she still hasn't mastered how to control it from astral form, she just very lucky at the moment lol))

"Hmm... I guess magic is the answer now." She said, softly hoping she could use her powers from astral form. She closed her eyes in concentration. The spike slowly began to move away from Matt, and back towards the diamond demon, and the bubble began to move apart. She wasn't sure how she did it, but it worked. She stepped out of the bubble.

"I'm sorry but who had the upper hand?" She asked, still concentrating on making the spike fall onto the ground away from Matt. She was breaking a sweat from how hard it was to do that in astral form, and also because of how long she'd been astral.

She ducked behind one of the tables that were faced on it's side. She then got up. "So, I think we'd better talk this out, unless you plan on dying." She said, now able to channel some emotions, but of course she was bluffing, because she wasn't sure how to vanquish him exactly.

She astraled out and then back in almost immediately afterward. What the hell? She wondered, why she was astralling out when she didn't want to. "Interesting." She said, smiling slightly.

Matt's looked down as he saw Jen run to his body. He tried calling out to her, but she couldnt hear. She's a witch. Why cant she see me?

He looked at his body to see a little bit of a purple liquid where the wound was. He had some kind of potion. He threw it with the spike so that no one could see my spirit and help me. He's good...He's REAL good. He looked around and then up...and then down.

I'm not moving on? I must have unfinished buisiness. Well, if you call vanquishing your killer 'unfinished buisiness.' He laughed, but stopped when he noticed no one heard his joke. Well thats a little depressing.

Jen drove over to the club. She looked at her watch, it didn't open for another 10 minutes. She parked her car and waited 10 minutes to get in. She walked over to the door and entered. She smiled and walked over to the bar. "I'd like a-" She was cut off by noticing someone enter.

Brook entered P3 looking for her 'supposed half-sister.' She could sense her so she knew she was present. She saw her over at the bar and walked over to her. "Two Margarittas." She said, ordering for the both of them.

Jen shook her head as the bartender went to get their drinks. "I don't drink, and who are you?" She asked calmly.

"You are my step sister." Brook said, her blood boiling at the fact that her younger sister never knew about her.

"No, that's impossible. I don't have any siblings." Jen said, now thinking this girl was completely crazy.

"Oh, really?" Brook asked amused. "Then how come I have a picture of our mother, how come I know your name is Jennifer, but you go by Jen?" Brook asked.

"I dunno, maybe because you're a stalker." Jen replied rolling her eyes, ignoring the feeling in her gut that this girl truely was her older sister, but she was unsure why her mother wouldn't of mentioned her.

"I don't believe you, but believe this. As much as you may look like me, you don't know me, so even if you are my sister you don't come in here and act like we've lived together for years because I don't know you." Jen said, walking out of the bar before her drank came.

Brook sat at the bar and waited for the Margarittas to come. She decided to wait for Jen's friends, figuring they would show up sooner or later. All she had to do was wait, they did look almost identical and Jen hadn't been in town long enough for anyone to realize signifigant differences between the two. She drank a margaritta as she waited.
