Spiro didn't even look towards the gates, but was staring at the ground for a moment... And then his gaze wandered about, before coming to rest on the other two children.. He turned himself to further face them, looking then towards the puzzle box.. "Hm... Good." He agreed. Puzzles were something he did frequently in his free time, he was fairly good at them. The bigger pieces wouldn't take up as much time and he'd finish up too quickly... Hm... He looked towards the pieces that Avery had tugged out silently, seeming to decide something... "Easier that way." He finally stated, nibbling at his lower lip a moment, "To start from the outside. Gives a frame or something..." That's how he did it.

Colette shrugged, "I'm sure she was there!" she nodded watching as he took out the peices "I did a 50 peice one at the center." she stated rather proudly "But.. it took me awhile."
She kicked her feet back and forth dangleing them, while picking up a random peice. "Mom told me to do the outside first too, I think it works." she shrugged, looking at spiro curiously "Oh and also to find the corner peices! and then build the .. frame from there." she nodded again, smiling brightly. It would have been annoying if she hadn't been so apologetic about everything too.. Though that could be annoyign to people too.

((graa?))
"Okay, then, we'll start with the frame." Avery thought that was a good word for it, and much better than outside. He nodded and looked at the pieces, picking out the ones that had a flat edge, and leaving the others be.

((*blink blink* should I be? And how were you jipped?))
Avery soon had a smallish pile of pieces, and shoved them to the center of the table where everyone could reach them. He wasn't even thinking about his ankle now, and not thinking about it had made it hurt less.
"Do you think this one goes here, Colette?" He asked, holding up a peice that seemed to match with the one above it, but he couldn't quite tell.

(I'm not allowed to get online at all until I get all these major reports and essays done. I finished two and have one more left to do.. Which is hard, so I'm slacking, andand.. o___O Yeah. But I'm home alone right now. Soo.. Yeah.)
Spiro nodded about the corners, settling back slightly, foot dragging back and forth over the grass... He made a thoughtful noise and watched as the pile was pushed to the center of the table.. He took a few himself, trying to press two that seemed to be right together... Nope. This one? Good. Now, this one should go in the same area, because it's the same... Hm... He continued to sort through them in a similar manner, getting the bottom left corner and beginning to build up from it.

Avery watched Spiro closely, and began to use the same technique to build on his own corner, which happened to be the bottom right one.
He got several peices, but then there was a spot where it was all grass... and he began to have difficulties, not yet having quite figured out about eyeing the shapes before hand.
"This is so hard! Why can't I find a piece that fits here?" Avery suddenly complained, but sighed, and stared at the peice he was currently holding, willing it to be the right one.

(ah. o_o tis thanksgiving break for me now though .-. anyhoo i sent you an e-mail. o_o *pokes*)
Colette blinked at the peices smiling and shrugging "Iunno.. try it!" she picked up a peice herself, returning to the pile for one simmiler. Eventually she found it, and put the two peices together hapilly, like she had just solved the whole puzzle. Then another peice. Then a search for the next and finally adding it on. She paused, watching spiro for a moment "Wow, your good!" she exclaimed, watching him.

*Sarah runs playfully into the pre-school with her hair in her pony tail waving behind. Stops running when she reaches the grassy place in the playground and settles down under a old oak tree. As she opens her bag a white and brown coloured rabbit emerges from it and squeaks out before running up the tree and settling on a branch to keep look out if anyone comes evil or good because rabbits have a sixth sence about these things* xd *Sarah opens one of her books aon animals and begins reading the part about wolves, foxes and coyotes* xd

Avery was slowly getting the hang of it, and he finally got his side of the puzzle done. He attached it to the corner that Spiro had, and said, "Hey look! Now we can almost start filling in the middle! But we should finish the top first..." And then he started hunting around for the pieces that finished the top.

Colette blinked looking at avery pick up his pace too "ah! your good too!" she blinked, giving a light yelp before trying to continue her side eventually catching up with the two. She smiled, watching as all of their sections were conected together. She nodded, scooting over to help him "This is fun."
