The first attack would hit hard .....as the snake hisses loudly. Her tongue flicks from one side to another as she rose high above the pokemon infront of her. She was going to tear that pokemon apart for this as she rocks her head from one side to another. she was hoping to memorize her opponent and throw off any other attacks that the Growlithe might have in mind.

"Wrap. Crush them." The Seviper wasn't as aggressive in battle anymore, but Nen was still the same. Anguish leaped forward, fangs bared as it wrapped itself around the Bellsprout in a bind that would have been bone-breaking if the Pokémon had any bones to break. It would not allow escape this time. Nenshou couldn't risk failure a second time.

Those coils would catch this time and bound tightly as the Bellsprout found that it's head had gotten caught in those coils. A body as thin as his couldn't exactly be squeezed, but his head now that was a weak point as his eyes started bug out from the tight wrapping. The pokemon knew he had to get free ...as she struggle in the Seviper's grasp.
A single root that was free ....it's foot would extend about three feet as he whipped it back towards himself to try and vine whip himself free.

There was nowhere for Anguish to go, nowhere for him to run. The serpent was still wrapped around its prisoner, refusing escape. So it chose instead to sit still and take the hit with its scaled hide, hoping its natural defenses would be enough to block the damage, squeezing tighter while time passed by.

The Bellsprout couldn't get free. The pain ....was terrifying as he tries harder and harder to struggle free. His roots now leaving the ground as they wiggle and he kicked as hard as possible. He needed to get free ...he needed freedom before ..and he knew what before would turn into ...if he couldn't get free as he felt his leaves already starting to wilt from the strain of those coils.

Anguish hissed as he continued to crush the life out of the Bellsprout. He could feel the creature begin to go limp within his coils. He could feel its life drain out. Almost over. So very close to the end. Just a little more squeezing. Just a little more time, a little less air. Nen stared on in silence, seeing the change in Anguish as the serpent became a hunter once more, its prey so close to defeat, its new disposition put aside in favor of lethal instinct. The Seviper squeezed and squeezed and squeezed...

It would finally happen ...as the pokemon went completely limp. Fainting as those coils would managed to strangle the life out of it ...completely. It was over, and it would seem that the Seviper had managed to succeed as this much more timider version seemed a bit stronger in the fight. The Bellspout would disappear then in a reddish light as it's recalled ...though where the light would go after that was hard to tell ....as the voice declares quite promptly.
"Congratulations, you can now proceed back to the auditorium and go to the registration table."

Impromptu HP: 4He knew it was too late to run, but it was a cold day in hell when he'd let himself be tossed around like that! He held his ground firm when the Mienfoo collided with his head, claws digging into the ground to secure his spot as his eyes closed and he braced for impact. He was pushed, but he didn't budge, and he'd already suffered enough face damage to get used to it anyways...oh Arceus, so many bruises in the morning.
And then, the assistant began to grin.
H is eyes snapped open in an instant as he glanced up at the Mienfoo. This...was perfect. Too perfect, she didn't know what she had just done. Golden gaze on the opponent, he shook his head to try and not only get her off, but lose her balance too. His mouth opened up wide, lips curled back to show those pointed fangs of his as he let out a snarl. If he was to go down at her hands, let it be, but he would not fall so easily without knowing he put up a fair fight. He growled one more time before snapping his head at the Mienfoo, he was going to give her a good bite!

Through a fighting type loves close range battle, and as the Growlithe came from her ...even as she felt her balance tilt slightly she prepared herself to do the one thing he wasn't expecting. She fell ...she allowed herself to go forward so if she was right ..the pokemon would launch himself over her and he would find those fangs as ineffective as he had been in this entire fight.
That was her plan anyway ...as she could think how this could go wrong and she end up falling right into his jaws ....as she allowed her balance to go. She tilted forward ....almost to the point of hitting her nose on the ground as her paws would be used to catch herself instead of trying to stop the jaws that were coming at her.

Nenshou grinned as the Bellsprout slipped into unconsciousness and was beamed away by the computer. Anguish seemed disappointed when its prey vanished, but soon regained composure and slithered up to its trainer. Nen stroked the serpent's head and then did as the emotionless voice asked, walking from the room and heading for the registration area. It was time to be a true member of Akumu. [Exit to Registration]

The Mienfoo got just as she desired, and the Growlithe went tumbling down onto the ground as he rolled forwards before putting his paws out, stopping him on his belly. His eyes fluttered, and he looked over at his partner for a moment before turning away. She shook her head, "Oh no, no no...thats just silly" He looked at her again, whimpering, as if begging. The magician sighed and put her hand in her hat, taking out a hat like that of an Officer Jenny. She shook it and blew on its front before putting it on, "You're ridiculous. One moment all 'KILL KILL HURT THINGS' and the next a child"
She stuck her hands out like a gun, pointing them at Impromptu. "Paws up where I can see them, crook!" she said, her voice changing to sound deeper and more official. He stood up on his hind legs, teetering from side to side though he managed to maintain balance. "Any last words?" He brought his hat down to his chest, keeping it on by pressing it against his chest so it wouldn't fall down. He shook his head, and she jerked her hands up as if shooting, "BANG!"
The growlithe's eyes shot open, and he tumbled back, falling down belly up with one paw on the hat on his chest and the other on his side. His eyes closed and his tail went limp, and he simply just...lay there.
The trick here? Well, hopefully that Mienfoo would be too distracted by the performance to hurt him!

Six walked into the battle room calmly. It was time to see if fate would allow him to become a trainer and send him off into the world of pokemon. He called out to see if anyonen was in the battle room for his survival test. "Hello?"

"Ominous..." Before the usually cackling voice could even manage to speak up the Castform's jaw had dropped. The shadows in it's hollow eyes seeming to shift, the Weather Pokemon kicked up an unearthly wail. Slowly the shriek rose in pitch, and soon was followed by the howl of the wind.
The shadows around them shifted as if carried by the air, the floor boards began to rattle ominously. The gust became a gale, then all at once it shifted toward a single direction...Aella. The electric mammal was liable to be blow away quite literally if met by this attack!

The wind would pulled in the dirt, leaves slicing into the larger chunks of gravel which had gotten caught in the floor boards; but it all lacked the high pitched cry of a small mammal caught in their attack. As wind and dust cloud faded to nothing, Nicolas would find their opponent several feet back and to the left of where the attack had struck. The tactic had worked quite expertly. The Snivy had aimed where the Minccino had been, except it was no longer there at the time.
"Is that the best you can do?" The phantom voice called out, mimicking and clearly mocking the boy's own words. "GWAHAHAHAHAHA!!! You certainly aren't the intellectual sort are you child?" The voice continued to mock as he cackled boisterously "Now then, Minccino, Iron Tail!"
The moment the command was given the Minccino shot forward, barreling in the direction of Edgeworth upon all four of it's small paws. Tail shimmering like metal caught beneath the bright noon-time sun, the small beast whipped the appendage low in a swift but simple strike.
((Well, I forgot I was teaching you for a moment; but I think the last post more or less serves to explain damage calculation. Though if you have any questions about it please do ask.))
((Next I'll mention Criticals and Fumbles. The short version is that if you roll a 20 you get +1 to your Defense or Attack roll, depending on the turn you rolled it. If you roll a 1, you get -1 to Defense or Attack rolls depending on when you rolled it.))
