~~ Shadow walked into the room and grabbed the slave by the neck, pulling her to her feet. She yelped from surprise.
"Where, is, Victoria?" growled the vampire.
"I-I don't know!" lied the maid, looking very terrified. ~~

A butler that shadow trusted walked to him and bowed. "Victoria was taken by anothern man sire".

"They took her to a home in the countryside...on the other side of the country," the butler said.

Meanwhile, Victoria stood by a window. She held a newborn baby girl in her arms as she sang a lullaby to her.

~~ Shadow didn't require a horse, carriage, et cetera to hurry through the city. Actually, he posessed an odd pair of shoes much ahead of this time. It helped him move faster than humanly, even faster than vampirely, possible. ~~

Victoria looked off in the distance, seeing a cloud of dust and a dark figure running toward the mansion. She gasped and ran to her lover. "AIDEN"!
(can you be him right now?"

Aiden hurried into the room. He took Victoria in his arms.
"What is it?" He questioned, curious and yet a bit concerned. Even if he'd only been protecting her a few hours(which, it basically has only been...) he'd grown very fond of her. ~~

"Hes coming for me.....I dont want him to hurt you"! She gave the baby girl to him. "Take her as your own," she said as tears streamed down her cheeks.

At that moment, there was a loud crash upstairs as the door was bust down by Shadow. He walked in, his hands in fists so tight his nails were digging into his skin. ~~

Victoria put herself in front of Aiden. "GO"! A sound in her voice told Aiden to hide the baby.

Aiden hesitated, before nodding and leaving. Just in time - Shadow walked into the room from the opposite side. He glanced around, and saw Victoria. While his face was emotionless, his eyes were shooting daggers. ~~
