Romulus Vargas Principal The Roman happily drank his wine "Mmm.. So good~" He looked over to the side and saw a student of his there, he recognized the uniform. He looked upset. "Is something wrong?" Normally, a principal would do something about a student drinking, but he wasn't working, and this wasn't the school. Aw, take it easy, will you?

The welsh blinked and moved his head to where it was still on the counter yet he was looking at the person speaking. "It's nothing, Old Man... I'm just frustrated...." He blinked. The pain from smacking his head on the counter finally showed up. He sat up quickly. "Ow!" He sighed. "Why am I such an idiot?!" He rubbed his forehead and winced. "Oi, bartender get me a beer, will ya." He watched the bartender but then looked back at the old guy. Why did he seem familiar? Maybe the welsh boy had met him when he was a kid.

He began sobbing. He was a sad drunk. He could never hold his liquor. "I thought he loved me... And when I came here, we went out for like... a day... and that whole thing with people swapping genders happened and he became a girl..." He has no idea why he was telling this man this, he just had the need to. "He snapped me as a girl because I was jealous of him hugging other girls... He left me... When he changed back, he came and apologized and said it was because a girl that said all those things..." He hiccuped a bit. "I thought he was going to be with me... but then he said that he wants to stay single... He never actually loved me, did he? He only thought it was his responsibility as an older brother to love me..." He laid his head on his arms and buried his face into it. He had to get over Scott.... He will try to get over him...
