Akane performed Raikou Henge no Jutsu (Lightning Transformation Technique) as Manfread charged him, bolting off of the ground between his legs & harmlessly through the Shakuton pillared gate to the outside island as the water serpent pulled up behind him. Poofing back to normal & with a dehydrating gate preventing the pursuers from following, Akane continued to run for the beach, passing through freshly accrued volcanic ash. Left to his own devices, Akane would use the Water Walking jutsu to run out to sea.
San, seeing that he was too late to use the same technique due to the arrival of the Ja no Kuchi, took the easy way out & poofed, physically removing himself from this battlefield. He would appear elsewhere, out of someone else's scroll, as he had every access to what San had. This wouldn't deter the Eiseijutsu dood, who had his own problems to deal with. Stuck inbetween several pillars & skewered, the dood hung there limp, his head lowered as blood ran along the ground. Why bother to live when it was so easy to die?

“AAARRGGGGGRRRRRRR!!!!” Manfread cried as he saw the life of his manhood pass before his eyes. Lightning Akane was, for the most part gone, and he was angry because every time he got close enough to fight people seemed to GTFO like the devil was on their tail. Manfread (VERY tempted to chase after Akane through the dehydration barrier) picked up his Stompa and tied it off beside his sword unable to pursue, he used his Byakugan to scout the area for anything he could hit. Eyes resting on Mister Cabob, the really bad dude who was impaled 30 different ways from south, Manfread checked to see if he really was dead or if he was faking it to avoid Manfread's wrath.
“If he's dead can I have the body.... PLEASE???” he said begging and giving off puppy dog eyes. “Or maybe a way to pursue ffAkane ((Fake Akane))), Ba***rd needs to die! There can only be one Akane!!! And that's not him! He had two proper legs!!!”

Akane flinched a bit and twitched in the arms of San's Golem, he had a weird dream going through his head. Come to it... and we'll show you who you really are... Stop fighting! your friends are only there to hold you back... you want to be a legend am i not correct? Hehe... Akane began to sweat as if he was having a fever and then suddenly, his eyes opened wide. His face was blank, but his eyes were wide open and they weren't their normal color, it was as if that thing that happened on the Feeding Time Mission was starting again. His eyes were green and red he stood up from the Golem's arms. Looking around with no sign of emotion. "I can smell it..." His eye twitched as under his skin, his thread's began to wriggle and his stitches began to open. "I can sense it..." He disappeared and reappeared from his running near the gate, he stopped in front of the pillars of dehydration and brought his hand up ans reached out seeing what would happen, he was in no position to do anything and his mind was not in the right position.
When his hand came into contact with the pillar, his fingers shriveled and he pulled them away, looking at his hand with no sense of emotion. His hand was now almost useless, it was brittle and weak. "I can feel it..." Putting his hand to his side as if it was nothing, he looked back at his teammates "Remove it..." He said as he glanced at the barrier. "Remove it..!" He brought up his other hand and then his weak shriveled hand that seemed to almost chipped bits off as he continued. "Remove it, remove it, remove it! removeitremoveit!!!!" and with that he performed his handsign's, and much like his Omni Clone, he turned into a lightning bolt and dashed through the pillars and came out on the otherside to pursue his Clone. He turned back into human and activated his Waterwalking jutsu and ran on the water after his clone.
He dipped his shriveled hand into the water the increase it's flexibility a bit and then brought it up again to perform more handsigns. His back began to split and thread's spat out and he reached out, then forming what looked like demonic wings. Jumping up the thread's flapped and he soared towards his clone. "I can see it!" He said going straight for his clone and extending his arms and threads coming out to make a wider grip if he got him. He was aiming to hit the clone and submerge him into the sea.

Al's shoulders sagged as he watched the bolts of lightning shoot away. With a quick seal, he canceled the jutsu and sagged even more. "Godd***it" he muttered, before giving a sigh and straightening. "Orders...?" he asked quietly, after moving to group with everyone else.

As soon as his attack failed to pan out, Kuriigu retrieved his swords and blurred slightly as he ran to catch up with the attempted escapees. On his way, a thin beam of light ran along the edge of his Katana. Ayametori was surging through the edge of his blade, drastically increasing the cutting power of the slice that he was aiming at the Akane-clone's back. He kept his Wakizashi close in his other hand in case it was needed.
"Hey, Zyonu, can you lend me a hand?" Bast called over her shoulder as Alvard walked away. "My golems need a nice bow and some arrows. Got any handy?"
"Onmyouton no Jutsu," the researcher said quietly.
Zyonu formed several hand seals. A flash of Chakra later, a long compound-bow of minimalist decoration and perfectly pliable materials dropped out of the air next to her. Mononoke caught the weapon as the lady summoned a set of twenty black spikes, and then grabbed the ammo and headed over to the Princess. The golem immediately began to get used to the weapon in her hand while the Princess held on to the ammo.
"Thanks!" Bast called over her shoulder.

Lucas went after manny and the others who'd gone through the gate. in his steel state almost nothing could really affect him. even heat had a reduced effect on him.

San offered a small smile as he watched his jutsu hit the eisijutsu dude. Not taking a moment to shy away, pointed his fingers at the bad guy, and small threads of (invisible to naked eye) lightning chakra would aim to pierce into the now scewered dude, hoping to download any and all information that this man may have possessed. On top of that, His Biosense would allow him to know if the BBEEG was still alive or not.
Millenius appeared out of San's back, taking a defensive position by the BBEEG's body/positioning. This way, they could retrieve it later, and allow James do do some tests on it.
San heard Al's comment, and the konin got a cheeky smile. The Fake San had dissapeared, and he knew he would have to deal with that at some point in time, but in his dissapearence had given him an idea.
"Al...get ready to hit the Akane clone! and ******** up whatever is in the sea....."
Touching the gennin, the ninja would poof off to the real akane via reverse summoning, allowing the other Suna nin to work as a team. San for now would maintain his position, waiting for his oppertunity to burst into action to help out whoever needed it. At the same time, the konin communicated with any and all ninja he could (bonds golem, radio device) to see if anyone had eyes on his omni clone.

Suddenly a swift wind and a puf of smoke sprung out from around Lucas and he was gone. the space he had previously been occupying was more empty than manfread's brain. if that was even possible.

Out to the beach, Akane was being chased by Akane, even as an Ayametori ripped through Akane. Stumbling forwards to the deeper sections of the tide, Akane's swooping attack came down just as the damaged Akane's arm threads started to dangle. One second above the water, the next, below it. Submerged, the threads began to unravel, luring the deep dark monster from its depths like a tasty looking set of fishing bobs. As if it were neatly summoned, the master summon sized fish--called the Steel Eel by Zyonu--opened its great maw as it swam up, trying to swallow both Akanes to deep within its belly. The submerged one was a goner, while the airborne one at least had a chance to fly up & away from the gnashing teeth.
Back in the Void's side of the gate, the Eiseijutsu Dood sank further onto the spikes before a pulse of chakra beat out through the air, pushing away the iron cage & any possible attacks. The air sizzled with a fierce roar, constantly pushing away air, dust, & dirt as his hair grew long and black to cover the pulsing muscles that grew overtop of his old ones. Clenching his chest muscles, the spears snapped in two before being pushed out by mere muscle growth alone. Standing now nearly a full seven feet tall, his evil medical usage had repaired his systems to unleash the next to last Gate. Another chakra pulse raged through the Void, this one caused by the Kyōmon opening...

With the burst of massive chakra, San realized that his impaling jutsu had some how been fixed. He was a medical guy, so its possible he had a massive regeneration jutsu...which would really make this battle a b***h. Kill, ressurect, kills, ressurect. oye...it was like killing a Son of a God...just WAY more fun.
In a brief flash, San activated his lightning armor for the slight hope of keeping up with this man. He recognized the chakra signature, the release being similar to something Manny could release, and knew that it would be an issue. Best to have some speed in case he needed to move and dodge....or draw in an attacker.
Performing a few hand seals, the ninja used his pulsating earth to attack the now ressurected BBEEG. His pulsating earth would aim to disable his ability to mold chakra, then hopefully knock him unconcious (2nd post). With his other team mates around, as well as millenius, this was a well performed team based technique that could take the enemy down.....
Millenius was blown back by the chakra blast, but was still unharmed. He begna to move back to his original position, use his on beastly form to take on the BBEEG. Performing the movement of steel to move in a blinding burst of speed to close the distance and then the sword drawing technique from Shunkan no Hagane, the huge golem aimed to cut the enemy in half at the base of his floating ribs. Hopefully with the two tone attack....it would have a higher success of working.

Kuriigu was surprised by the sudden and violent appearance of the Steel Eel, so it took him several moments to regain his train of thought. By the time he had done so, Bast had already swung her sword and created a long slide for Akane to use as a mid-air platform.
Zyonu appeared next to her father and formed several hand seals. She inhaled and Kuriigu lent her an Electric Overdose Technique. When she launched her Atsugai at the Steel Eel's side, the wind explosion would have the added effect of doubling the creature's weight for a short time.
The EMD's power-up was frightening and had unfortunate implications for the remainder of the battle. However, with as much Chakra as he had, it was unlikely that he could continue to exist in that state indefinitely. As he opened the Gates, Bast stepped onto Akane's slide-barrier and used Shinranbanshou Douka no Jutsu to turn into the metal of her sword. The Princess stepped between her and the EMD and took a fighting stance, ready to fight the attacker. Her hands were empty and her hammer 'sheathed' on her back. Mononoke drew her knife and hung the bow on her fur, which came alive and gripped it tightly. Not a moment later came San's Chikyuu no Myakuhaku.

“Yeeaah!!! Get that fake!! and blast that thing in the se-.........” he stopped suddenly as his eyes went to the deep water, and he became aware of its presence..... it was deep water.... Really deep water.... Manny suddenly started inching away from the sea, and closer to land then plunging his sword into the ground he gripped it like his life depended on it. Manfread could handle facing the Nanabi, an omni-clone who was 10000 times stronger then him, friendly fire from high rank attacks and even super BBEEGs of awesome proportions who could come back form the dead, and could only be descriped as O.P. BUT deep water was the bane of his existence. As Manny kept staring at his surroundings trying to concentrate on something else but his eyes always went back to the sea and soon he would begin to foam at the mouth before going delusional. Firing off air palm variants in random directions while laughing like a crazy man one went for the Eel summon.

Al had no time to waste with the BBEEG, so he quickly Shunshin'd by him out the gate, to watch as the giant fish rose from the depths. He was dead-tired, and was barely standing, having exerted all of his energy. As he was about to keel over, he saw the fuzzy Akane barely above the monster, and was enraged. Feeling a "second wind," he quickly formed several handseals, and leaped into the air. Using every once of the burst provided by his wind cape, he yelled out "Sword of Wind!" and launched it at the giant Snake's mouth. Hopefully, it would provide enough of a destraction for the Akane to get away. Al collapsed
when he landed, completely spent. He could only pray that the giant beast would be disorientated, and ignore him.

Akane growled and when he impacted he was sent into the water and gripped his clone, the threads on Akane's body going with instinct and like hooked fingers gripped the fake Akane and began to literally tear him apart. Akane's face showing no emotion as he did so... When he saw the eel come from under him, Akane only stared at it and saw as people raged around him to protect him. Akane's eye twitched a bit and the red it in began to almost glow with hate... Akane chuckled a bit and when the eel ate the fake Akane but Akane only flapped his wings once and with all the help of his friends, he got out of the water and into the sky, his wings flapping once more until they went back into his back. Akane's chuckle was growing until it became a sadistic laugh, one that made Akane's voice seem to be that of a demon. "I will devour your heart and spit out the bo-..." Akane froze and looked over to see Al, collapsing into the water. Akane's state was not one to save him, but deep inside, the old Akane was still there. Aakne performed a string of handsigns and chakra began to coat Akane... the coat looking golden with red tinges at tips. this was Chakra Monster. Akane did another handsign, Akane looked down seeing his hands move with his control, Electrical Clones appearing beside him. they dove down and landed on the water one swimming over to Al to help him. The others going near the Eel. Akane then activated his wings once more to stay in the air.
