well one reason I think spain could be pres besides him being sexy would be the fact he is already the "boss" of how many countries?

Black and White fashion, glamours women in cocktail dresses with pearls. Red carpet glamour. It's basically... How glamorous life should be. Greta Humphrey, Audrey, William women's fashion Men's fashion The Spain as Prez thing was a joke from an RP in one of the classes. He had an idea and France called him a genius and told him he should run for Prez. XD honestly, Spain's better suited for like... Public Relations. In canon Gakuen from the video game, Arthur is president and Francis is VP. At least I'm pretty sure.
