Well then I am gonna need to edit my post a bit, while Misuki isn't that strong she will be a bit stronger than Ken, he should be able to stop it with his speed, but he will at least need to struggle a bit or something.

I want Ken to try his best to stay out of Enro's way haha, he might accidentally get caught in one of his jutsu, not something he wants... sweatdrop

Silent: Yeah, you should be clear for coming to Leaf because Suna has so many bijuu, Mist has at least one, and we have none.

Well, I've always gone to the Mist village and I wanted to try something completely new and join the Leaf village XP

It's no competition. Bijuu are designed to borderline OP, the Rinnegan is being nerfed.

I'll play teacher for a bit and build some character development, make a few 'almost-friends' and finish my Medic training. But if Enro likes it here I might try to get promoted to Sp. Jounin, teach a little bit more than head over to Suna to meat Haseo, Havik, and the Kazekage.
Enro's a wanderer so unless he has a reason to stay somewhere, he'll leave. But if Konoha plays it's card right he could be an ally of some sorts.

No, samurai is Ki strike and has nothing to do with elements. Energy slice is elemental, but because a weapon master has acess to only one element, they have to rely on others to give them seals. But with the Hokou, they have acess to all elements, meanin they can perform an energy slice with any element at any time (So long as the abide by the element rules that the Hokou has)
