Name Justice Foul AKA Mr Foul Age 21 Gang The GOD Hand Gender Male Bio He was a member of the C.I.A and an undercover cop befor but was sent on a misson in a third world country but the goverment pulled out on the project leaving him and several other of his men there behind enemy lines where they where badly beaten and almost killed but he esacped because of a fire that broke out while he was being beaten he was seriously burned but made it out alive and made it back to the U.S where he turned his back on all things Law and Started a Gang he Called the God Hand position Leader Other because of his burns he had to undergo surgery which he had all his brain senseativeaty shut off

Mr.Foul Walked around then city with his bodyguard Still they went to a few differnt places on other gangs turf and started trouble for them by eaither stealing supplies or putting explosives in there guns so when they shot the gun would blow up in there hands they did alot of small things so no one could say it was them but they also started gather territory from the other smaller gangs and also just some plan run out buildings to start there own turf putting up there sigh and running crime threw their name to start buliding profit by selling the other gangs stuff on the streets

Mr.Foul He and Still where nearing the Dragons turf as night approached so they need to be careful of what they where saw doing so they stuck to the shadows sneaking up and watching and recording the amount of import and export the gang was haveing in the shipment of Weapons and drugs not taking anything yet just makeing notes makeing sure not to be seen they stayed to the back allys roof tops and shadows and if need be sewers the placed a few trackers here and there but made sure not to do it to any of the crates that where under heavy watch

stolen stoped for a moment "seems everythings fine but something or someones here i know it.." stolen said as she went up to one of the members and started to talk to them "okay thanks" stolen said as she turned and walked away she then walked down and ally an sighed "wounder if i was wrong im usually not...hey if theirs any intruder out their please come out so i dont have to look for you i mean come one" stolen said puting her hand on her hip
