Lily contuniued to lightly massage Darius's shoulders, but she had a confused look on her face.
"Darius what are you talking about. I didn't dacne with Derek.....did I?" As she thought cafefully about it, she did realize that there was a small period of time that didn't make sense to her. She remembered being tapped on the shoulder, and then Darius was at the wall. Weird.
"Darius whats going on?" She asked with an edge of worry in her voice.

"Yeah...yeah you did...I don't know how he is doing it...but I think he's trying to split us apart. He says he is going to have you...I think he's using hypnosis or something with psychic powers..."

Lily looked at Darius. She wanted to belive him, but she just didn't know.
"He seems like such a sweet boy though.....I don't understand why he'd do something like that Darius. Are you sure??" Lily stopped massaging and sat next to Darius, looking at him with a slight fear in her eyes.

Darius looked at her with a serious expression on his face, nodding at her, "I'm sure. Yes he is a nice guy but he is up to something. Unfortunately he has to stay with us for our mission against the slaves so there is only one thing we can do right now Lily. I want you to keep your mind alert. He seems only to pray on you when you are in a feeling of whimsy..."

*The doors opened and closed with a small creak and when anyone sought out who entered, there was no one. When the students in the room resumed activity. There was Izzy, her tail waving slightly.*

LiLy nodded. She could do that, she could totally do that.
"Yea ok. I can do that." She smiled at Darius, happy that he was so practical about this whole thing. I mean if it had been the other way around- Like it was with Jess- Lily would have handled it in a different manner.
"But for now, can we just enjoy being alone again? I mean between Derek and Jess we haven't really had much alone time." Lily said laying her head gently on Darius's shoulder as she gazed out at the empty and silent dance floor.

Darius smiled a soft smile, "Yes...yes I think I would very much like that."
Darius kissed Lily's cheek gently and stared off to the empty dance floor. There they were; he could remember it as clear as day, the two of them first revealing thier love to each other. How he had looked through the book and saw the picture of them danceing and him not looking like a monster, but a gentle individual. He then saw the two of them kiss and dance togeather to that wonderful soft melody that played throughout the dance hall. To be alone again with Lily, it was nice to have that time again.

Lily felt relaxed as she sat there with Darius staring out into nothingness. She knew her mind should be working on a way out of her ordeal with Derek. But that could wait, as could the worried, edgy fear she had about freeing the slaves. All of her worries and fears melted away and she felt just perfectly content sitting there with Darius, in the place where it all began.
"I love you Darius. And Nothing and No one will ever change that."

"I know Lily..." Darius said softly, "I love you too..."
He smiled as he began to put an arm around Lily, keeping her close to him. He just felt better doing something like that. He felt a warm feeling as the two of them sat there. The darkness of the hall was not a problem for them for there was light with him and he intended to keep it that way.

Lily smiled as Darius slipped his arm around Lily's neck as they sat there in the empty Dance Hall. She smiled as she thought about how most people might find an empty room like this creepy. But not Darius and Lily, they were usually where people weren't, except 'those two' now that they had following them. Then an Idea hit her that hadn't occured to her before.
"Darius. Have you noticed how very similar Derek and Jess are? It could be terrible- for us- if they met." Lily didn't have any panic in her voice as she said this, she was too busy soaking up this moment of peace with Darius to sound worried about two bothersome souls, bent on tearing Darius and Lily apart.

Darius looked at her with a look of someone who was confused, "Hmmm...I really don't know what would happen to us if they met. I understand your reasoning for being worried, many opportunies for them might insue if they meet. I think that we won't have to worry about it just yet though. We have got more important things on our minds right now. The plan still has to go into motion...and we'll need Derek..."

"I agree. Derek is important to us for now, so we can't let on that I belived you ok?"
Lily figured if Derek thought his hypnosis plan wasn't going to work, then he wouldn't want to help them with their mission. And she knew that they did need Derek. He knew more than she did, but only because he seemed to be fresh from the rings and she'd gotten out many months ago.
"So we do what we can to keep Derek with us, but as soon as out mission is over.........then what?"

"Unfortunately I haven't thought of anything along those lines yet, but I'm sure I can come up with something."
He smiled as he held Lily. The silence was one that was calm, peaceful. He enjoyed Lily's company as he sat with her, arm wrapped around her neck and back against the wall.

Lily nodded at Darius.
"Your right, we'll just deal with it when it comes." She smiled and fell back into her relaxed state. She smirked to herself then without looking at Darius she said.
"Know what stinks? I wont be able to be this relaxed again until we've completed our mission. Which reminds me....when are we leaving?" Lily laughed at all the questions she had, maybe Darius had the answer, maybe he didn't, either way it was nice to be able to just sit and talk with him alone.

Darius chuckled as Lily spilled out what was on her mind, "Well I think we should leave soon...give us a short time to heal or, Hey? We could get ourself some bandages and heal while going to the slavers. What do you think?"
