Rei looked at him and smiled alittle and stoped singing "s...sorry" she said and whiped her eyes and played with her bow and looked at the gem that was in the middel of her bow.

 Kain Cruentus Kain hopped onto a branch beside her and gently rubbed her back. He didn't feel so scared of trees anymore. "Rei... don't worry, we have eachother. I'll protect you."

Rei giggled" really you can protect me" she smiled and looked up at him" you need to get stronger then me to do that" she smiled teasing him alittle and leaned against him

Kain Cruentus He holds her close. "I'll do my best to protect you. I am a wolf after all, I can fight at least a little. It's instinct right?" He knew he wasn't very strong, but he would protect her in any way he could.

Kain Cruentus "That's fine, I do whatever it takes to get stronger so I can protect you." He says with a smile and then looks worried. "Hey, umm... maybe you shouldn't stand so close to the edge, you could fall off."

Rei smiled and inched closer an pretend to loose her balance, even thoe she could stand there with one leg up all night

Kain Cruentus Kain lunged forward to help her, a look of horrible fear on his face. He made it most of the way there before loosing his balance on the thin branch and falls. He lets out a yelp falling about a meter before grabbing onto a branch on the way down and clinging to it. "Rei!" He was more worried about her than he was himself as he looked up to check and make sure she was alright. He lets out a relieved sigh as he sees that she didn't fall.

Rei ran over to him and started a floating spell and so he was floating in front of her she grabed his shirt and pulled himcloser on to the branch" sorry"

 karie climbed up onto a branch that next to them. " well sometimes magic is usefull, but it takes a lot of work to master and control your powers. but why would you want to learn magic? being a wolf is super cool." she said her eyes turning hazel and the smile returning to her face. she looked at rei " your lucky too rei your part elve im part demon. and i guess that should explain a lot about me." she said.

Kain Cruentus "Magic just seems a lot more useful. I can't really even control when I turn into a wolf or turn back into a human. That's why I have to wear this necklace that Rei made for me. It keeps me as a human so I don't accidentally change and scare people, or change when I'm in a tree and fall out..." He snuggles a little closer to Rei. Plus as a wolf all you have to do is pet me in the right spot and I'm pretty much useless. I go into a happy coma." He says with a slight chuckle. "Although that's my favorite part of being a wolf.
