"Jack!" an elderly woman smiled at them though the smile looked forced. He could tell she was not happy. "Your...With someone. How....Nice." She walked up and looked at Alex with a glare. "I'm Lady Thea, a good friend of Jack's." Thea out an emphasis on the good. Jack grimaced but nodded his head at her. "Thea, this Alex. She just got in from the Caribbean wasn't it?" He looked at Alex for confirmation.

Thea nodded and grabbed Jack's arm. "Yes, well, jack here promised me we could meet here, remember?" She smiled stiffly digging he nails into Jack's arm. Jack kindly shrugged her off and stepped back. "I'm sorry, but I'm here with Alex, Thea."

Thea frowned grimly and laughed a little shakily. "But Jack, we need to talk. You talked of a marriage remember?" Thea looked at Alex thinking she had won. Jack was now fed up with this. "Thea, you have plenty of men that would be a good husband. Alex and I are together now. Live with it." Thea looked pale like she had been slapped.

Thea glaed at the both of them and stalked away. Jack grimaced and kisses Alex's head. "I'm sorry you had to deal with that," he whispered.

Jack pulled her gaze back to him. "No its not, I can see it in your eyes." He looked up and when everyone was starring, he lifted Alex's head and kissed her hard.

Alex didn't see the kiss coming and then she kissed him back and wrapped her arms around his neck.

Jack smiled against her lips and pulled her arms off his neck putting her hands against his chest. "Keep them there," he whispered. "Blush and look embarrassed." He kissed her again, hot and hard.
