What do you know about it?: It is a dojutsu that increases the reaction time of the user, as well as giving them control over the weather in the area. The user of this bloodline also has their Raiton techniques increased by one rank. This bloodline cannot be unlocked unless the user suffers a near death experience, or looses a loved one.
Give Example of Rp with bloodline:
Akanie had been fighting this unnamed shinobi for a little while, it seemed as if she was going to die here. He was superior in what seemed to be every aspect as a ninja. Strength,speed, and the jutsu he was using far surpassed her's. The battle looked one sided at this point, as the shinobi was hitting her with his bare hands at this point. Cuts and bruises could be seen all over her body. Her clothes were ripped, torn, and burnt badly. Now it seemed as if the man was messing with her. "Are you ready to give up now girl? Or I could have some fun with you when this is over with..." The man would have a sadistic smile on his face as he said this. While on her hands and knees, trying to gather her senses, she spat at his feet. "Go to hell you scumbag" She told the man with spite in her voice. The man would get angry and kick her in the stomach, causing her to spit up blood. "Tch, still defiant until the very end. Oh well." The man would say as he steadily walked closer to her. He seemed to be taking his sweet time with everything, as if he was savoring the moment.
Akanie would feel a bit dizzy, she was loosing a lot of blood. Then, something seemed to snap inside of her. A new found power? Either way her eyes turned purple, as she had the weirdest sensation flowing throughout her body. Gathering what energy she had, she managed to stand up and face the unknown shinobi. Something seemed different however, everything was in slow motion? It confused her, but it would allow her to fight on in this condition, although one more big hit and she was done for. As she stood still, her body began to conduct electricity. She had used the lightning rod technique as the shinobi tried to hit her again. Except this time, he would get the crap shocked out of him. Stumbling back, the man looked confused. It had hurt him, but it confused him even more. "What is this? The hell happened to you?" Akaine would say nothing, as the sunny day suddenly vanished, instead, it began to pour rain. The confused shinobi started to panic, not knowing what the Tengoukan was. The electricity around her body stopped, as she pointed her finger at the man. Her finger started to radiate a little bit, and appeared to shake, before she flexed her finger, and a jolt of lighting shot out at the man. She had used the lightning channel technique on him, and he did not have time to react. The jolt of lightning hit him right on the heart, stopping it and killing the man. After that was said and done, she passed out cold from the injuries.

Name of the Bloodline: Hatake Clan Name of Previous Bloodline: None New Rpc, or Second Rpc: New (1st) Name of RPC: Tatsuki Have You Had it Before: No What do you know about it?: I know that Kakashi is a member of it and that they are very loyal people. Give Example of Rp with bloodline: The chuunin exams were in the final stage and it was time for the final match of the even. Tatsuki against a male leaf ninja. They were both very skilled ninja and this one fight would determine who was the best. Both of them had been had already had a small rivalry; words were said and now that the moment for them to face-off it seemed that neither of them had any words to share. As the proctor directed them both to the center of the arena the crowd went wild, but the sounds coming from the screaming village didn't stop them from focusing only on each other. Holding her hand out they would shake hands and even send a friendly smile towards each other. The moment the fight started Tatsuki uses Raiton: Shiroi Yari (Lightning Release: White Spear) which covered 10 of her senbon with a bright white electric layer. The male dodged them with ease, while countering with Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu (Mist Waltz Technique) doing a string of hand seals and he proceeded to blow a large combustible mist at the target. Making sure he was far enough he used Katon: Tanebi no Jutsu (Fire Release: Cinder Technique) to cause a spark in the middle of the mist. As it exploded the effects blew Tatsuki off of her feet and into the ground. Somewhat disoriented Tatsuki looked out into the smoke and fog and saw a bright light. The light seemed to grow brighter and larger as the smoke cleared. Suddenly the boy rushed through it all with his hand ablaze. The boy had used Katon: Go (Fire Release: Five) which was a very strong katon jutsu. From what she had heard, it was the katon version of Chidori which caused her heart to skip a beat. Knowing that any type of close range dodging would still leave her badly injured from the flames. Without with no other way out she pulled one of her strongest jutsus out Kyuutai Tate no Jutsu (Sphere Shield Technique) Circulating electrically charged chakra around her entire body, Tatsuki able to push this chakra out of her body forming a personal-range electric sphere of defense that covers all angles and even overhead. Upon the activation of this jutsu his Katon: Go (Fire Release: Five) made impact with her Kyuutai Tate no Jutsu (Sphere Shield Technique). The two jutsu combined cause sparks to fly everywhere causing fires around them and though the boy was taking a strong electrical charge he pushed his burning hand through. To Tatsuki's surprise it seemed he was breaking through. Tatsuki was trapped, since she had activated the jutsu, the moment she moved it would end and this jutsu took alot of chakra to keep steady. Before she could do anything the combination of the two attacks caused them to explode.
Both ninja were down for the count. It was even thought that Tatsuki was dead, but after wildly inhaled a large amount of air. Lost in the mist of everything, Tatsuki tried to collect herself and regain some sense of though. Little did she know that her opponent was on the other side getting ready to attack. Out of the flames the boy slowly walked towards her with Katon: Daitou no Jutsu (Fire Release: Longsword Technique) creating a long, flaming sword from his arm. Looking at it she saw that it was instantly burning anything it touched. At that moment she realized that he was in it to kill her. With nothing but survival on her mind she would use her last bit pg chakra to finish the fight. Counting all of the senbons she had left Tatsuki used Raiton: Shiroi Yari (Lightning Release: White Spear) to fused her raiton in the form of a more appealing small white chakra blast. Throwing them all at him he swung his sword and did with them giving her use Kaminari Shibari [ Thunder Binding ] and Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique) at the same time. Tatsuki then grabbed three rocks and threw them in the air. Tatsuki then did the needed hand seals and cause the rocks to become a trio of rods that shot into the ground in a triangular shape around her opponent. These Raiton infused pieces will then create electrified fields between themselves to form a triangular shaped prison. Keeping his attention on her gave the clone a chance to remove one of the rocks causing the force field to fall from the back. With this split second window the clone tackled him from behind. With a tight grip, the original Tatsuki began to form the needed hand seals so that once the clone could make contact the jutstu Dendou Bakuhatsu no Jutsu [ Electric Explosion Technique ] could be complete. doing the final hand seal she caused the clone to explode in a burst of electricity, shocking anyone that happens to be near them and inflicting tremendous pain. The pain was so intense that the boy blacked out falling to the ground. With one last glare Tatsuki fell to the ground, relived that her fight was over.

Name of RPC: Night (To be created)
Have You Had it Before: No
What do you know about it?: Sharingan is a dōjutsu technique that gives the user the ability to copy movement and just about any technique thrown their way, except of course other kekkei genkais. The level of jutsu the user is able to copy depends on the user’s skill. For example, a genin wouldn’t be able to copy an S-Rank jutsu. Another property of the Sharingan is that it can only be activated by a stressful, life or death situation. When this happens, the first of three tomoe’s appears. At this level, the user is only able to copy hand movements and not actual techniques. However, through hard work, dedication, and hard fought battling, the second tomoe eventually appears, giving the user the ability to copy bodily movements & techniques. The third tomoe appears in a similar manor as the 1st, except the situation must involve a fight with an enemy of higher rank
Give Example of Rp with bloodline: Sometime in the morning, when everyone was just waking up or still fast asleep, three figures could be seen standing in the middle of the forest. One of them was a tall man with golden hair and dark blue eyes. Another one was a shorter kid with black hair and an outfit that made him look like a butler. The last one was a female with light blue hair and a gray robe. These three were shinobis, the kids being Genins and the man being a Chunin. As the man looked down at the kids, the difference between the three became clear. While one kid was wearing tattered clothing and another was covered with her own blood, the man didn’t have a scratch on him. “You should just give up now,” the man said with a blank expression.
“A couple of Genin cannot best a Chunin such as myself.” The male kid, whose name was Night, simply growled as he recognized the truth in the man’s words. Resting on the battle field was another kid whose blood stained the battle field. He had been knocked out of the battle a while ago, leaving only the kunoichi and Night. “I don’t care if it’s hopeless,” Night growled, raising his sword. “Even if I’m the last one standing, I won’t give up!” The kunoichi nodded in agreeance, though, by the way she was holding her arm, the man could see she couldn’t fight properly. “Fine then,” the man said, twirling a kunai on his finger. “You children won’t live to see the light of day.”
Without warning, the man would suddenly throw the kunai in a bullseye straight into the kunoichi’s injured arm. She screamed in pain as she wobbled backwards, blood streaming out as she removed the projectile. Night looked at his partner in worry. “Constantine.” he whispered quietly. “Constantine!” Looking up at the man, his eyes would have suddenly changed from a normal black to a red color. “Sharingan,” the man said in surprise, noticing the formation of the 1st tomoe. “So you’re an Uchiha kid, eh?” Night simply growled in response, launching towards the man angrily. Raising his sword, he swung it around wildly and recklessly. Constantine was able to dodge most of the attack, but he was cut in the side by one of them.
“Stupid kid,” he said as he sent Night backwards with a chakra infused kick. The Genin slid across the ground floor before making a few handsigns. “Die Constantine!” he shouted as he prepared chakra. “Move clear Kunieda! Great Fireball Jutsu!” Bringing his hand in front of his lips in a ring, Night would suddenly let out a large ball of fire that traveled steadily towards Constantine. Lucky for the Genin, Constantine underestimated the attack and put his hands in front of him as he expected the attack to do nothing. However, as it came closer, he quickly realized the devastative power of the attack and tried to move out the way. Jumping over to the side, he expected the attack to pass by without giving him so much as a scratch.
However, he wasn’t quite fast enough and the fires claimed his arm. He winced in pain from the attack, feeling his arm being burnt off. Surprisingly, the arm survived the attack, though it was no longer usable. Looking over to Night and Kunieda, Constantine saw that they were shaking now. “Did you really expect an attack like that to finish me?” he asked, slowly approaching them. “Still, I’ll give you credit for effort. Unfortunately for you, this is where your stories en-“ He cut off when he noticed a noise in the distance. Someone was coming. Someone who Constantine knew he couldn’t face with one arm.
“Looks like you get off easy today,” the man said, backing off. “But this isn’t the last you’ll see of me.” With those parting words, he’d form a handsign with his only working hand and suddenly vanish. As soon as he left, Night’s eyes returned to normal and he fell from exhaustion. “We somehow survived,” Kunieda said with a sigh. “Now we just have to wait for assistance.” Turning to her injured partners, Kunieda would sit down as she waited for the approaching sound to find them.

What do you know about it?: Well the basics of using chakra as an explosive, either through physical contact or ranged implementation. Other than that, all i know about it is what I've read in the manga. That guy in the war, and then of course Diedara.
Give Example of Rp with bloodline:

Enta tossed her mask, her blood boiling in fury as her allies fell infront of her eyes. "..A trap? Are.. You.. KIDDING ME?!" She roared, gripping her ax harder, blood leaking from her lip. She dashed forward, gripping the an ambusher's forehead, squeezing. "Undo, Nerath, Bakuno!" She chanted, her grip strengthening. The other ambushers leaped at her as her skin brought forth an explosion, burning the mans face to a crisp and knocking back the other two. As they staggered she dug her foot into the ground and used it to push off. "Crethan, Strucktous, Hiraken!" She yelled, her skin clowing a pink tint as her knuckles touched the mans stomach. An explosion grew forth, with more focused power then the last, blowing the mans stomach out. As the second fell, the last lunged forward once more, kunai in hand. She guided her hands around his. "Poppu." She said as the kunai was forced from his hand. She smirked reading her other fist. "Crethan Stucktous, Hiraken!" She yelled once more, slamming her fist into his face, causing the explosion to rip apart his face. She watched as the last fell to the ground. "Hmph." She hissed, whipping the blood from her hand before picking her mask up.

I'll say approved as I have seen your rping skills. But just a couple of notes. With your method of performing jutsu, at the very least, quote the actual technique so people can reference it later. Also, be sure to look at certain techniques and how they are performed first. As some of the techniques that were utilized, were to be utilized with a Palm, not a Fist. =^.^=

He opened his eyes, his iris spreading across his whites, molding into a red covering [activation]. He weaved his hands quickly, letting off a burst of sound [Shihouhapou ] The guard whinced, looking around in confusion. Artemis smirked, jumping onto the roof, his landing sound coming from all around the man. He raised a brow, the man seemed to just stand there now, and Artemis could no longer smell anything. 'Amateur.. Not taking out all senses.' He thought, forming a hand sign [kai] as the illusion faded. He tossed his knife into the air, before turning on his heels, gripping its handle and slicing it across the mans chest or so he thought. He saw his mistake, he didn't consider the mans possible Kekkei genkai. "Tch, Uchiha." He grumbled as the enemies eyes spun out his tomoe's. The man lunged forward with a kunai, in which Artemis responded by staring him in the yes. "Mistake two, for you." He weaved his hands quickly, his eyes letting off a bright flash seen only by the Uchiha [Issen Jaku] making his Kekkei fade. He dug his heel into the roofs tiles, spinning his body as he extended his leg and slamming it into the mans jaw. "You're reaction time is pathetic without yer eyes man." He smirked, picking up his knife, impaling it into the mans chest. He sighed, spotting aura start to move from the ruckus. The tiles cracked as he forced his body off the roof with a stong jump. His hands gripped onto the branch, swinging up onto it. He closed an eye to focus, the aura's a distinct two. He weaved his hands and summoned forth a shadow clone, directing it to take the form of one of the guards. He smirked before using the transformation jutsu to transform into the other. 'Preperation almost complete.' He grined, jumping down infront of them, letting off another Issen Jaku to disable their eyes. "Sup?" He asked as his clone joined him. The men looked at each other, confused. He cracked his knuckles quickly weaving his hands and letting off another genjutsu. [Minagiru no Kage] The area swelled into darkness, the men unable to gage their footsteps. Him and his clone jumped at them, taking on eachothers opposite. Now close enough the men stopped to look at what seemed to be thier ally infront of them. Artemis and his clone quickly grabbed the mens foreheads. With their free hands the jutsu was casted. The men freaking out as scorpions began to burst out of the ground, latching onto them. [Scorpion Swarm] Artemis and his clone jumped back, taking cover behind a tree as the shadows faded leaving only the guards. And as the scorpions faded the men stared at eachother, sure that it was the enemy they gripped their katana's and slashed at eachother. Artemis laughed as the men fell to their friends own hands.
[[OOC: I really dont know how much furthur I could show off this kekkei, with the very very short list of clan jutsu, its just running off of regular genjutsu.]]

Hmm... I dunno about this one. Basically the Sakkakugan is an alternate ( I.E: Our version ) of Ranmaru's Eyes. And I'd like to see more of the techniques. It's a good rp sample, but for the eyes I'd need a little bit more. :/

And the guilds techs for these eyes basically ONLY consist of turning off eyes and breaking genjutsu. Which is why I had to resort to just that.
