As the arrow glowed it began to absorb energy around it destroying a small patch of grass around it and turning the sac dummies into nothing a pile of dust. "Not really, its a slow killer so unless your a barbarian who enjoys taking others life than I guess you can call it cool."

The arrow continued to dim until it was at its original state, "Yes but the arrow for some reason why can pierce the hardest of materials but cant break through muscle tissue such as skin or scales." he said walking over to the arrow and pulling it out of the grass.

"Not exactly," he said as he examined the arrow for any changes "the arrow is useful for those that use energy based weapons or have what the humans call power armor." he said walking over to the weapons rack and placing the arrow in its proper place.

((i wasnt talking about tech I said energy based like elemental armor and weapons so elemental armor powers the user depending on the element XP))
