Of course, capitalization didn't equal success. The problem that Barth, while a sharp thinker, was not a very fast thinker, and had been spatially unable to conjure the letter spaces above and below the one pirate ninja their car had sunk. Numerical predecessors were the best he could do on the fly.
Luckily, their seatmate was better at it.
Finding himself pressed into another sandwich, he managed a strained, "Go team."

Hearing Bartholomew's very enthusiastic "Go team!", Belladonna set her face to fierce mode and thought for a moment.
"I7!" Yeaahhhh. That sounded really goooooood. Plus the hugs Alwine was giving out made her frazzled nerves soothe ever so slightly.

How did she do that? How was that possible, what? What? WHAT? "Belladonna.. you.. you.. just SANK one of my Submarines. You win a silver pumpkin seed. I.. can't believe this. Why, they didn't even have a chance! Did you use a ninja pirate seeking missile?" Rain was really shocked. One minute it was standing over there by it's lonesome and the next it was sinking to the bottom of the ocean. "Mandy.. you scored a HIT as well. Alessa, it's your turn." Man, that was a double whammy of sexy death.

Hu! The game was actually getting somewhere and it was helping to keep Alessa's mind off the train's movements, if only a little. Seeing that it was her turn she thought for a moment. How big could ships be again int his game? The one chain of hits everyone had started didn't seem to be done yet. So she decided, in hopes to end it, or at least land a hit, "H3 please."

Whilst not suprised Mandy was pleased about her hit and allowed a small smile. Good thing no one could see her, that might have died from shock seeing as her expression had seemed stuck on grumpy.
Her face quickly changed to a slightly horrified look at Headlesses comment. Hugs bringing luck? Say it ain't so. She didn't want to hug.

Rain said a silent prayer for the many deaths caused by the aircraft carrier going down.

Alwine cupped her hands and looked down at the three peppermint points that she held in them.
"They're sweet-looking..." she said with a chortle. "I like them! I think it'd be nice to decorate my room with them... I mean, it's not like they're pink, right? And Halloween celebrates candy, right...?"

Tsetsiliya's hands clasped in delight as her cheeks filled in with a happy blush. She took the two Peppermint Points from Rain with a grateful bow of the head. This was great! She had never won anything at her old school, so this was doing wonders for her self-esteem!
