Ally looked to the side. "Then do what you like, just don't forget everyone that you have ever cared about and don't abandon us when we need you." she said while pulling herself away. She walked to the side. And looked up to the sky with him. "They will all die and there will just be blackness. And then the planets will burn." she said with a empty voice. "We are all pawns of the great plan, if we fight against our fate we will be forgotten about and thrown aside. In a fate worst than death."

He stifled a whimper as she pulled away. Oh how he longed for the closeness... She was right though. He would pull himself out of the ashes of his misery and face the danger even if it killed him.
"I have no use for fate," he replied coldly, "if I did, then I would have to accept that everyone I lost was fated to die anyway regardless of my efforts to save them. No, Ally, if I believed in fate I would have given up fighting a long time ago. I don't think my judgment is as clear as you believe it to be... but... if you ask me to, Ally, I will fight."

Ally turned to look at him. A small smile going over her face. She walked back up to him and hugged him again. "Thank you, thank you so much. So many will be saved now." she looked up at him and kissed him on the cheek. "Your a good man"

The Doctor hesitated, feeling more than a little surprised at her change in mood and actions. He couldn't properly remember the last time anyone had kissed him.
"If you say so..." he smiled down at her and returned her hug.
No Ally... thank you... for giving me your trust.

"And I'll stay with you until death." she said while squeezing him. She now realized why she was attracted to the Doctor from the start.

He rested his chin on the top of her head and sighed wistfully. It was too good to be true, someone who wanted nothing more than to be with him. Someone to ease his loneliness... his hearts seem to ache all the more, but this time, it was the good kind of hurt. Like when you knew the bad part was almost over.
"Do you promise?" he asked almost like a lost child.

"Of course! Your the only one I have and the only person that I care about." She said while listening to his beating hearts. They were like music against her ears.

The Doctor took a deep breath of fresh air. The scent of apple blossoms was thick in the night air.
"That will come back to haunt you some day," he murmured with a small grin.

The Doctor smirked. He liked Ally, she was just as snarky as he.
"We should head back, our hosts will be wondering where we ran off to," he said though he showed no intention of letting go. "No matter what happens Ally remember... you don't need me to keep in your darker side. Your own light can keep that away. Some day you'll see that."

"Your right Doctor, but I don't want to be independent as long as your there to stop it." she said while nodding to herself. Also not letting go.

"Well alright... I guess we'll both be dependent together," he smiled as he let her go but led her back to the house. "So all in all this trip was terrible, well... maybe not completely terrible, well... better than Henry VIII in a rose garden at least."
He smiled at her feeling joy for the first time in what felt like centuries.

She took selve and tugged on it in excitement. "Maybe we should go back and visit him! Then slug him in the face and give him a taste of his own medicine!" she said with a victorious voice.

The Doctor chuckled quietly to himself.
"I think the pompous jock will find his own undoing all by himself," he said throwing an arm around her shoulder, "we have all of time and space ahead of us, why dwell on that sad little tale hm?"
As they passed through the trees there was a flicker of movement from the shadows. All at once they were surrounded by Neon Leviathan each around the size of a panther. Compared to the one that had been spooked away, these were hatchlings but there were many of them.
"Don't move..." the Doctor said as he glanced around.
One of the bolder creatures crept up to them, its four eyes glowing a bright aqua. Large spots on his armored hide and back glowed dimly. It's dragonnish muzzle poked Ally's side as it sniffed her.

Ally stayed completely still as the creature smelled all over her. "Doctor!" she hissed at him. While not moving. If she had it her way she would of just ended them but she would follow him for now.
