And Seeker Sparrow nodded to herself when she saw Alex was back and seemed to be fine. She was glad. Sparrow was really wondering where Text had run off to. Sparrow hasn't seen her in a while and she thought perhaps she should report it to Headmistress Sing soon.

And Seeker Sparrow walked onto the pitch firebolt in hand. She was waiting for Ginelle to come for her private practice while her team was not practicing. She wondered if Ginelle would have enough talent to become a backup or maybe even replace any missing players.

Ginelle came out onto the field, and a feeling of emmense feeling of happiness. The stands were so tall, and everything was just fabulous. the smell of the grass, the feel of the wind on her. Everything was really nice, and she felt a sense of belonging on the field. She didn't have an explanation, but it was overwhelming. Ginelle spotted Sparrow, and a smile lit up on her face. She walked over to her and said"This place is absolutely wonderful..."

And Seeker Sparrow grinned as she saw Ginelle approach and said, "Yea, one of my favorite places to be." Sparrow then motioned to the school broom on the ground next to Sparrow's firebolt. "Shall we begin? Step up next to the broom."

Ginelle did exactly as she was told. She stood right next to the broom, and stared down at it. Was she to pick it up? Was she to sit on it on the ground? She didn't know how it worked. "Okay... This is so exciting..." She grinned to Sparrow. She hadn't been happier since she found out she was a wizard.

And Seeker "Alright let's start with something simple. Stick your hand over the broom and say "up" with determination." Sparrow Demonstrated by sticking her hand over her broom and saying "up" it flew right up into her palm.

Ginelle studied the motion very closely. It made her jump when the broom flew into her hand, but it was really cool. Building herself up, she put her hand over the broom and said "Up!"... Nothing happened. Her mood was a bit of saddness when it didn't happen right away, but she didn't give up. "Up!" she said again with more might than last time. This time, it zoomed up to her hand. Not as smoothly as Sparrows did, but nonetheless, it came up. She grinned when she felt the wood of the broom in her hand. It was excitind again.

Sparrow grinned and said, "Well done. Now let's try a take off. Mount your broom and kick off slightly from the ground try hovering for a minute then attempt to land back down. I will demonstrate again." Sparrow mounted her broom. Kicked off slowly staying balanced on the broom. She hovered in the air for a little before slowly falling back down and landing on soft feet. "Try to stay relaxed especially in the wrist."

Getting nervous, Ginelle swung her leg over the broom. She hoped that Sparrow would show her again. But, taking a deep breath and loosening her wrists, she kicked off the ground. Just as Sparrow said, she hovered there. She smiled and said "I'm doing it!" She didn't dare move around. She just held herself there and watched her body slightly falter above the ground. After a minute, she went back down.

Sparrow grinned once again, "That was great!" she said. She then wondered what next. She had never really taught anybody how to fly. She said, "Maybe try that a couple more times to get used to it. Then we can move on to actually flying around, close to the ground of course."

Ginelle listened to Sparrow. This was so exciting. The second time she hovered, she didn't hover as long because her leg twitched and she was afraid of falling off. But the second time, she hovered a little higher than before, and it was very exciting. The third time, she felt like a pro at hovering. "What's next? She asked with excitement.

Sparrow nodded in approval at Ginelle's last hover. Sparrow then mounted her broom again and said, "Now try to fly for a little distance. You can start in your hovering position and then lean very slightly forward and push your wrists slightly forward as well." Sparrow then demonstrated again and she went into a hovering position and did a nice steady fly forward. She went a lot slower than normal to show Ginelle how to do it. Maybe she would show off later. "And then just land over a distance we can try turning after."

Ginelle nodded. As she started to hover again, she started to lean forward. That's when she knew something bad was going to happen. She had a massive hiccup, causing her to lurch forward, and to send her flying straight ahead at a fast steady speed. She screamed. But, taking a deep breath, she pulled back just slightly. This did infact slow her down, but also caused her to go up a bit. She pulled back even further and stopped. Then she hovered back to the ground and got off of her broom. Turning around, she saw that she was quite a distance away from Sparrow at that point. "Sorry...!" She yelled across the pitch.
