Misty's wings disappeared, leaving a completely human-looking girl. "Were not completely inhuman." She repeated.

Misty jumped back at the sight of the gun. "P-please put that away." She hated guns, especially so close to her. "P-Please?"

"Relax Misty. It's just for hunting." Jack said, pushing the safety switch into the on position. "I don't have enought food for all of us.

Lisette poured herself another of coffee, watching out the window. I wonder where the others are now... She hoped they were okay, she should have brought them with her, but it was to dangerous. For them, and for her.

Jack holstered the gun and stood up to stretch. "I'm not going to need to go hunting just yet. We still have some food in my pack, it should last us the night."
