Well went you look at the member list they come in pages. So I figure one VC for each page. Though I'll give each VC a job like VC of Rules or VC of recruiting.

There will be four VC's.
I have a question. I require activity. However there is one person who didn't post, but donated, should I ban her or let her stay because of that. (Honestly it's better if we trade the good to Yoshimage99 so we can have prizes)

There really aren't any real reasons to vote one member for a VC over another for a particular category. I mean, what would make Choco better suited for Events than Kurio? It's great that each person nominated has shown interest in the guild or is special to the guild master, but from this point, now that you have your 'short' list, shouldn't you just vote on the final VCs and then ask them which section they'd like to govern? Why force a particular VC into a role that they might not take any interest in?

Well there will be more things.
Events
Recruiting
Banning and Removing
and
Rules
Though all will be watching for people breaking the rules and there will be time when they may double in jobs or I'll help them out.
The list is short yes, but, the guild is still young and these VC are not forever. I think every four months there should be a new vote and even then I let the guild vote if they want to change a VC or change the time between different VC. And now that I think of it I'm going to add someone.
Also VC's aren't forced into the role, they are offered, I don't force people. That will be called Drama.

So why don't we just vote on the final 4 VCs and then let them decide which part they want to take charge of?
And short-list just refers to a list that's been narrowed down for ease of voting, not that the list itself is actually short.
Also, to help give voters a better sense of who they're voting for, you could ask each candidate to submit a small "You should vote for me because-" paragraph and put it in the first post as well. Right now, we all know why you want them as VCs, but we need to know why we would want them as VCs. (As it stands, I voted for Kurio because she's the one I've seen most active.)

True you could put it that way, but, there are also more reasons. If you have read the 'what' on the first post you'd know I've been burned doing this before. So I'm also very cautious. I still need time to heal from that. I just don't know everyone well yet.

I'm also sorry you've had a hard time with Crews in the past. I know how it is, I have two guilds myself and crewed several others and it was never fun when people threw their weight around sad Sorry I didn't catch that before.
Now to go totally off topic - Is anyone going to the DC Rally to Restore Sanity or the March to Keep Fear Alive?

That's why this one will be different. I'm even doing it in a different way. Before I picked people who were popular over all. Not those who the guild wanted. Please don't feel bad about it. I'm happy how things are going so far.
