Then just as she was going to ask what he wanted to know he kissed her. Her eyes went wide as her nerves were still on edge. Then he complimented her even further. This was his favorite place in the city, but it certainly wasn't the academy. Whoops. When he was given the lead, he just -- kind of got ahead of himself. He finally let go of Gabriel's hand, although he probably should've the moment they left the bar and grill. But -- he just didn't feel like it. Obviously, Gabriel didn't mind it. And he enjoyed it. "Sorry, this is most definitely not the academy," he smiled slightly, his eyes peering into his parabatai's. Weird thing to suddenly be bonded with him, but it just felt nice. It really glued his emotions together, if that made any sense. "I felt like doing something more interesting. There's always time to train, but the sun isn't always shining and sometimes it's winter. Or something," he added awkwardly. "I'm so lame."

He felt like he had been let down in a way when he had come to realize that they were not at the Academy. However, his attention had seemed to change to peer upon one of the more breath-taking sights of the city. When he had to finally look Michael's way their eyes had fallen upon each other and he could not completely withhold a smile of delight. "It is fine. I get what you're trying to say." He slipped closer to him. "I just would have wanted to go to the Academy to learn to protect you." The one could see it and feel it within. The "extra" tie they maintain which drew them evermore closer. "You are Seul? If I'm not wrong.." he lingered in his speech for he had not known if he words deemed true.

To protect him? Well, that was a pretty intense commitment. It didn't seem all that foreign, though; he felt that same protective instinct, too. It was just something they possessed. The Seul nodded, and smiled very faintly. "Don't worry, Gabriel," he took the opportunity of their closed distance to wrap their hands together again. "There will be time to learn. I've never had a 'parabatai' before. I want to understand what I'm getting into before we're jumping into battle." Despite the words, his tone didn't sound very concerned. Michael was very trusting of other Nephilim, as he had no reason not to be. He already had this honorable and compassionate impression of Gabriel, so he was extremely excited for how their relationship was going to end up. He didn't want to say it out loud, but coming here was mostly like trying out a first date. "I'm a Seul, yeah," he nodded. "What about you? I guess I'm not as perceptive; I haven't been able to pin it down."
He got the impression, from Gabriel's body type, that he was something more agile. Perhaps some form of ranged combat was his particular study? Then again, Michael sucked at guessing. Especially under these conditions; the close proximity, the irresistible desire to at least lock their fingers together if nothing else, and just the energy of both of them attracting to one another. He felt like he was bound to slip up somewhere, and do something he shouldn't. It was the curse of being young, and being drawn to another.

"I am magical!" he spoke with a playful smile. "A Mage that uses magic. That's it, but perfect for the two of us." The young man already knew that the two types of warriors were meant to be within the battlefield with each other. Most of his life his parents kept him away from the military whilst all he did was study it. His parents were Parabatai. It seem almost foolish, now that he had begun to think back, that he had taken use of the tie so quickly it could have resulted him to be paired to the "wrong" one.
As these thoughts increased within his head his smile began to fade ever so slightly. Just what had he done? He did not know. It was no sooner than he felt his doubt within his decision begin to creep upon him that the ever attractive, Nephilim bond drew him close to the Seul. He felt comforted around him. More than comforted. Bliss; one could describe it as.

"You're a mage that uses magic?" Michael raised his eyebrow, "Wow, what a rare thing." That was the best attempt at sarcasm he could make, as he was sort of freezing up under the obvious romantic implications of this encounter. He was the one who initially tried to stir things in that direction, but now he was too afraid to go further. "You're right though, it's fitting. I'm a Seul, and you're a mage, so..." he suddenly smiled brightly, "Well, I guess we're already bonded, right? Hehe." Strangely, he didn't notice much of a difference in his power, but there was some strange surrounding in the air that he felt he could tap into. As if it were visible. He just felt so... empowered right now. Like he was stronger, and healthier, but only when he was with Gabriel. "Hey, is it just me, or..." he looked down awkwardly, "Do you feel a little funny?"

"I guess I do," he spoke with a small smirk as he leaned over toward his Parabatai a tad bit more. "Depends what you're talking about though." His eyes peered up into the others and seemed to plead, passionately. The torso of his inched ever so slowly closer to the next. His right hand reached forth and slipped into the palm of Michael's own hand. Gently, but tightly, he gripped his partner's hand.

He froze up. It seemed like everything was totally okay when he was running his fingers down Gabriel's palm; scanning his skin, and everything else they did, but -- the second things escalated to this point, he started to fumble over himself. "No, wait -- I meant, like, with the Nephilim thing. Parabatai. I think." Maybe that wasn't it. It was just... like, suffocating. He wanted to say something, make a move, but his nature as a Nephilim... or something... made him feel very modest about his desires. "Actually, no. That's not it. Are you -- are we going to get all... uh... what's the word they use; frisky?" He raised his eyebrow. "I'm being awkward. I'll shut up now. Proceed with your motion to deflower my modest, angelic lips--" And his blabbing was progressively getting worse, "Because we both know the intention, right?"

"Shut up." That's all there was to it. He just wanted to silence his Parabatai and he proceeded to do so with a kiss. Warms lips being comforted by the presence of another's just added to ecstasy induced by the ever so strengthening bond. With the seal of lips he could feel the complete seal of his their bond. Just how connected were they? Gabriel knew they'd never separate, that was for sure.
