Rei looked at him with fear in her eyes, she was shaking out of fear. Turning away from him she started to run away from the courtyard, leaping with easy onto the roof and along the shingles. "Don't follow me!" She hollered back, choking on her words.

John slowly reached into his pocket a pulled a cigarette out of the pack and immediatly put it into his mouth. The butt of the cigarette burst into flames and a small thin stream of smoke came from it. But, if you looked closly you could see that John was only inhaling the smoke and not exhaling it. He loosly let his right hand hang at his side and reached into his other pocket with his left ready to strike if anything should go wrong.

ice suddenly gave leon a boost as he followed her ontot he roof. He ran as fast as he could after her. "SLOW DOWN! I'M NOT LEAVING YOU!" He caught up to her, and tackled her on the roof. He pinned her down looking her in the eyes. "Relax"

John dissapeared in a swirl of black flames and reappeared standing on the roof a few feet away from Rei and Leon with a blank expression on his face.

Rei's eyes were wide and she didn't want to look at Leon. "Let go of me, there is blood on your hands, I told you not to do it." Tears flowed to her eyes and she closed them to hide it. Her fearful tone changed and she opened her eyes to him again. "This is not going to work, you can pin a body, but you can't pin a soul." With that said she sank down through the surface of the roof.

Leon growled. "DONT LEAVE ME!" ice cracked teh roof as he broke thorugh right after her. He fell to the ground witha thud, wood sdticking into him. "WHATS WRONG?" He looked for her.

Rei gritted her teeth as Leon still insisted on following her. She ran away from him again, this time running straight through a wall back outside again. She turned her head over her shoulder, revealing only white eyes. "Don't follow, I will be back."

Leon sighed. "As if." He jumepd through the window and followed her, seeing the roof fixing itself, the mages here were good. He followed her close behind her where she was going.

John onyl stared blankly at what happened and sighed letting a small stream of smoke escape his lips. "Persitent bunch," John said to himself as more smoke was escaping his lip with every word. He soon jumped off the roof and landed on the ground with ease. He immediatly bolted off towards Leon and Rei.

Rei stopped on a dime, turned, and ran straight at Leon. Her white eyes reflecting the light from the sun, stepping twice as fast as before. With a small echoing laugh she ran literally through his body and continued going without as much as a stutter or misstep. She smirked seeing John next repeating the movements to run through him as well.

Before Rei could even morph through his body flames literally appeared from John and grabbed Rei, they then threw Rei away from it was protecting John. "Any soul can burn if the flames are from hell," John said darkly. He stood still and looked at Rei with no expression.

Rei smirked. "You see that won't work either, because you see, fire can't burn itself." Black flames erupted from the ground and flailed wildly through the air around her, she stood there no expression or emotion to be found in her face. She stuck her tongue out slightly from between her lips, the lightning green sparks dancing around her tongue.

Leon caught up to john. "Rei... Relax." He stepped up close and looke dher straight in the eyes. "Stop.."

John ignored John and stared blankly at Rei. "Fire can burn Fire, but the stronger flame will consume the weaker one. Shall we see which flame is stronger," John asked in a expressionless voice.

Rei stared forward at Leon as he approached her again. The green lightning from around her shot toward him zigzagging through the air in uncharted patterns. "Yes, we shall." She responded to John, matching his expressionless tone and flared the black flames higher.
