I've read Umika. Hufflepuff all the way for me. Plenty of loyalty, bravery, cunning, and leadership potential if she wasn't so distracted by shopping. Super powered, but super-distracted. It's safe to assume people are giving up way too much for DA at some point for the greater good? I'll brush up on my amnesia spells.

The only bad news with Umika from Kazumi Magica in a Potter-world school like Hogwarts or Mahoutokuro(latter is far closer to her home but the former makes more sense overall) is that there would be some sense of Irony or another if Umika wounded up on those grounds.
That said I wonder how Kaoru and Kazumi might fare if all 3 of them are in the same Magic school, either Hogwarts or Mahoutokuro as I asked before.
The latter might get mentioned a bit more during the course of the project although there's no direct explorations of that place going on.

Compared to how if one tries a Camp Half-blood/Madoka Magica crossover and both Homura Akemi and Kazumi wounded up qualifying as Legacy beings descended from the half-human 'children' of Hekate, this kind of Irony I've noted above is actually a chewy pill to take in, compared to that.

If anyone's got drawing capabilities, then if anyone's got ideas with Harry Dresden from the Dresden Files vs Kiritsugu Emiya of Fate/Zero, what might possibly happen if Dresden's switched with Haseo(dot hack-verse resident) and Homura Akemi in Kiritsugu's boots and coat?

Every Japanese magical girl who didn't use an amulet and couldn't remove the magic (cursed until an impossible goal is achieved/a love sacrifice/terminal) would have been sent to Mahoutokuro I'm sure. The schools did consult each other though, so if there was really a need to bring another wizarding school in, it would be to exchange information and the like.

Tokyo MewMew, Cardcaptor Sakura..it's all amulet controlled inevitably, so remove the amulet, and you've got an ordinary muggle. Ministry of Magic would have been able to undo all of it I'm sure. I'm not sure where Sailor scouts fit in, as they were sent away but required amulets to reactivate their magic.

If I really get tired of waiting, I might as well use one of those other OC's. I just don't have a proper personality for them. They'd be 2D for a bit. I can try the the pic, but I'll have to google most of that.

One of these days, someone ought to try having a spiritual relative to Super Robot Wars, Project X-Zone coming to the West on the 3DS this summer notwithstanding(with which at least the dot hack universe will be there!), in which they can bring out the Potter-world, the dot hack universe and Madoka Magica to role-play on and fight nightmarish odds and all that jazz!
I wonder what sort of things one could imagine the Ministries of Magic having to exchange in regards to what to tell if they met any cases like the Puella Magi from Madoka Magica, who knows?
Perhaps the Project might allude to cases that feel near-identical when noting on the CC Corp isn't enough, and if said mentioning on the CC Corp's branch in Japan's not enough if its from the G.U era, mentionings of Yata's plans might help.

Remove the Amulet=Ordinary muggle unless said Magical Object Source is literally unremovable without killing someone, interesting.

We even have a thread to talk more about regards like these if you wish!

Well in any case, its not like we might have to hear of a Blackstaff Assassin being sent against the Modern Potter-world in-depth outside of some random thoughts of Louis the Ravenclaw elsewhere, unless Louis is under the impression said Assassin has been ordered to wipe out the Modern Potter-world just for harboring too many mere Convicts.
Which in itself wouldn't automatically lead to harboring Magi-terrorists, but considering how Tom Riddle's lot managed to get pass the crap radar so to speak...best not to hold one's breath about it.

Hopefully some Magi-tech integration into kombat might be done when Twihard returns, I'd like to speak with the Silver Paradox in regards to plans since it might be another plot point to discuss later before the lessons hit.

EDIT:..What? Dresden dressed as Haseo, while Fate is in Homura's uniform, or Homura herself in Fate's boots and jacket against Dresden.

Although A could be funny and yet he'd lampshade he might have been caught dressing up in an outfit worn by someone who looks kind of like Fix of the Summer Court, but isn't Fix himself. lol (Dresden wouldn't make that kind of mistake if they did meet, which is where part of the funny might come in!)

You might not have heard about Fate/Zero, considering that Gen Urobuchi helped to bring that tale across and helped us to explore Kiritsugu's past, yes?
Homura learned from Kiritsugu in an indirect sense if I heard right.
Haseo in Dresden's coat(figuratively or literally) might be more like it although...he might make a comment at his own expense somewhere about it and hope Atoli doesn't lampshade any awkward comments.

That explanation works. This is the only thing that I could pick out of that request. I just need to find some decent settings and the premise of the shows. I can find poses well enough. To be fair, as rough as that sketch was, I wanna see if the man really does pull off a sailor outfit now. It was an awkward combo, but it seemed to work.

I would imagine removing an amulet connected to a lifeline may just qualify them as Horcrux. Special rules in place just like werewolves and half-vamps then. Kill them, and you take out the lifeform leeching off them. All the puella magi, and depending on how deep the 'spiritual/heart' connection of the Sailor Scouts, I suppose they'd qualify? I know you don't need to be a surgeon to turn Sailor Moon into a cadaver. That's about it.

Mami looked like a decent Gryffindor to me. Giving, heart on her sleeve, willing to help others, took the brunt of the work, and dragged two innocents along for the ride. That's just a little reckless, but she did have a bit of an ego, as Homura wasn't a fan. Homura's pretty cold to people in general, but she's level headed. A good Ravenclaw basing her observations around a big hearted Gryffindor.

The American public may never get a decent Gundam game series, as it's TOO popular.(Actual reason Samurai X wasn't subbed in English. India got to understand it, but not North America.) I'd love a 3DS version though. Supposedly, Unicorn was a good series expansion.Shoguns had ninja, so the ministry may actually hire those from other universes. I figured as much when no one saw the danger of leaving Potter in a house that abused him for years. You'd think they'd check on the hero every so often.

Hire from outside the state when you want unbiased and expert work. It's practically a rule, so I wouldn't put it past the M.o.M. When the kombat system does come into play, I'd set a limit personally. I don't know if that's your plan, but a battle could last forever if they life point go on to infinity. We have a dice system. Let's abuse it! cool

This result is one of the most hilarious sights I ever saw since conceiving of the idea of Dresden wearing a literal Pumpkin on his head, although that idea's Badass, too. rofl

Now I wonder what may happen with Haseo in Dresden's coat and Homura in Kiritsugu's own, with Atoli attempting to say a legit concern only for Haseo to cut it off and Madoka to attempt likewise except Homura out of loyalty does likewise.

The scouts may or may not qualify, they could be mystically neutral in those regards just as Kyubey would qualify as a Chaotic Neutral being at best, if that makes sense.

No one needs to read Oriko Magica to be aware that Homura seems depressed underneath the aesthetics either, I'm aware.

Homura seems to come across as rather ruthless though, attempts to interact with her without fear of getting shot requires caution.

Well one thing's for sure, I doubt the MoM's branch in Japan would have needed a visit from the DF-verse's own Lady Yoshimo of the White Council Wardens to know that they have to perfect the arts of war and that it looks like the rest of the Modern Potter-world might be falling behind as of late.
You'd think the Dursleys would have had the brain-cells required to leave Potter with Modern Warfare for dummies or books along those lines for all their abuse, but alas no such luck due to them being near-brain dead.
Only Training from Hell will save him now, sadly speaking.

I have to wonder if the Fudge!-Era MoM of Britain could even take constructive criticism in Warfare 101(Magical or otherwise) as I'm stuck with the impression they've been slacking off, otherwise a lot of vital resources wouldn't get squandered off like this.

You have a point, Dice systems might need consideration or it might take a while to sort out the flash-back engagements.
I'm fine with a Canon!-Unlimited Magic Score, its a troubling issue when there's no Dimension-attacking spells that are more reliable than Fiendfyre on the other hand because fighting Intangible foes isn't fun without one.
In which case the MoM branches in general will agree that the DF-verse White Council has experience with foes like that from other dimensions and most would even concede to the CC Corporation if they can get those powers to work correctly outside of The World.
(The CC Corp had to deal with Cubia in particular, that matter can't be ignored in good taste without coming across as cocky or failing to give credit where its due!Granted Kite and Haseo had to each lead the charge against the major crisis that Cubia was a key player for, so more reason to grant kudos.)
