"Me neither, I've never seen a thing like this before," Six paused as the orbs slipped out of view, hastily spinning around with mirror firmly held in both hands until she relocated them and started on that path instead, slipping through some brush as she attempted to keep the mirror straight.

Leaves and twigs crunched underneath her damp bare feet as she continued following the orbs through the looking glass. She finally came a stop when the glowing spheres disappeared from view once more, hastily doing another turn and finding them again only to realize she'd seen something else. She lowered the mirror, suddenly aware that they were both facing a rather cozy-looking cottage.

"...Uh...was that always here?" She found herself asking with a strange look.

"Orbs...right...well they are in this direction, uh, let's check it out!" Six hurried over, giving the door a knock with her free hand and waiting for an answer which didn't come.

"I guess no one's home?"

Six followed Kami inside, holding the mirror up, "Yep...huh...well this is definitely still um...orb...area?" she had no idea what to call what they were doing. She lowered the looking glass again and walked over to a desk, poking around as curiosity overtook her.

"Seems kind of small for a dysadin," She commented idly at how short the desk was before noticing there were several others of similar size and clutter scattered around the room "sheesh...who needs that many desks, anyway? Was this a school or something? It looks more like a house to me, a weird house."

"Well I've never heard of them if they do exist," Six said, spying a book sitting off on one corner of the desk by itself and becoming curious. She reached over and picked it up, opening it in the middle and noting that it seemed like a journal...except the writing was extremely small. It had a sort of sparkle to it. She frowned, squinting hard to try and make out the words before turning to Kami. "Hey, look at th--" She started to say, only to be cut off by a loud CLUNK as something underneath Kami opened up and he fell through "--AH! Kami?!"

Six hurried over to the opening in the floor, peering down into the gloom with journal and mirror still in hand. "K-Kami? I dunno, it's like...a trap door or something? Uh, just hang on!" She called to him, hastily stuffing the journal into her pants pocket and then carefully holding the mirror up. Sure enough, the orbs were visible in his direction now.

"I-I think we're supposed to go down here, hold on, I'm coming down!" The girl said before she put the mirror on the floor and climbed into the hole, hanging on with one hand and grabbing the mirror with the other. She dangled for a minute before recklessly letting go and falling the rest of the way. Six landed halfway on top of him with a loud 'oof!'. She'd managed to hang onto the mirror though, much to her relief.

Clambering off of him, she held it up again, the glow of the mirror now illuminating their surroundings slightly. It seemed like they were in some kind of underground tunnel. She glanced back up at the opening into the cottage and frowned before standing. It was a tight fit but the tunnel seemed high enough for both of them to stand at full height.

Six lifted the mirror, reaffirming that down the tunnel was definitely the way to the orbs before she realized he must have been talking about that weird facility where dysadi are kept as pets...

She was about to ask when Kami took a few steps forward and suddenly the entire place lit up, lanterns apparently having been strung all the way down the walls far past her line of sight. "Whoa...how did it know you were there?" She found herself asking instead, looking around.

"Uhh...well...let's keep going, the orbs are this way..." Swallowing her apprehension, her curiosity was significantly more overpowering. She took another inquisitive look around the long underground tunnel before starting past Oukami and down the path. It seemed like there was a gradual slope downward.

"I kinda wish I'd brought my shoes!" Six said with a little bit of a laugh, partly wishing this was the first time she'd had to say that.
