She linked arms with her.
She didn't mind having a private one by herself, either.
But she was a sword-wielder.
And Adeline was an elemental.
How was that going to work?

Adeline flicked her wrist and a turf of grass burst into flames. "I can also use daggers, but not as well." Adeline said.

"Alright. Alright. Let's go to class. I'll tell the other teachers to come. We all need to see your good fighting skills. The skills you work best. Also. Other students may come in."
Shadow headed out to Kazuki's class.

Kaori bit Adeline's hand and ran first to the dorm she and her shared to get her sword.

After class, Nina waked into the forest, heading towards a huge waterfall she had found recently. It had become her new favorite place, a place where she could be alone and not be found. She sat down at the base of the waterfall, on a smooth rock near the water, but not close enough to get wet. Laying down she thought, "More and more new students keep coming in. It seems like I'n not new anymore." After some time, she took the guitar she had on her back, and placed it in playing position. "It's been a while since I played you, hasn't it?" Nina told her mum's guitar. Softly strumming, she played a sad somg while humming along. After a while, she was engrossed to much in her song, that she was singing aloud, with only the stars to keep her company.
