Alexis sniffed at his hand. She looked at him and nodded. She walked over to Lanathel and sniffed at her, then the dead body and growled. She phased to her human form. "He's a hunter. I'm almost sure of it."

luke takes the device and puts it in his pocket "no they will follow me now stay here" he jogs down the street and dissapears

Lanathel, caughs a bit her breathing becoming a bit easier but still in alot of pain. "what...what the hell happened? last thing i remember is putting away the medcine then everything went black." as she attempted to move her body but it rebeled.

luke tosses the device into the woods and it lands on a chipmunk it takes it and runs off, luke walks back to the house and sits down on a chair

"So...who are you?" Alexis asked, crossing her arms. This guy seemed okay enough. But she still wasn't sure. She had learned a looooooong time ago to not trust people with guns, and this guy had a gun.

Alexis thought for a moment. "Why would only one hunter come? They wee usually in groups. And why go after Lanathel instead of the alpha?" she wondered aloud

"it's simple really" Lanathel said caughing. "it's like jungle warfare really, there is no real target just kill who you can with the time your given there is no chain of command anymore, not since... not since the population has started to decrease and the purebloods are getting blamed for it." Lanathel attempted to sit up and felt where the bullet had gone through erupt in pain, she yelped and laid back down, "ugh damnit this is what i get for letting my guard down for a few hours" she said heavily.
