Starfire looked around in confusion, "Is it closing call already?"
Then the Tamarian looked toward the other customers, and especially Penguin, noting their expressions.
Star thought to herself, No. Something else is happenning.

Edel's annoyance seemed to grow once the power started doing it's own thing. Deciding that this wasn't going to help her mood any at all, she carefully slid the sapphire back into her pocket and stood from her table to leave.
Danny regarded the lights with mild interest a moment, but didn't think much of it. Nothing that would hurt him anyway.
Penguin glanced up at the lights a moment with interest. They had backup power sources, the lights shouldn't be doing this, so...something else was interfering.

"I'm not certain, my dear." he replied. "We have back up power generators, so it has nothing to do with our power. There must be some interference near a power plant. Super powered fights erupting in such places are not uncommon." he replied. At least that's what he hoped it was and not something directly involved with the Lounge. Livewire could be traveling around the area.

"Until we find out exactly what is wrong..." Penguin began to reply, then the power kicked back on and ran normally. Penguin paused for a moment, watching, then turned back to Star with a small smile. "Ah, seems to be working properly now. It may have been caused by something happening elsewhere."

Star blew a sigh of relief, "I'm glad." Then Starfire noticed that she had a bit of sweat, "Err... one moment."
Star sets her tray down and grabs a napkin. While still standing in front of Penguin, she begins blot off her forehead, neck and chest.
"I guess I got a little spooked by the lights. Sorry."

Penguin couldn't help but grin slightly. "No need to be sorry." he replied. "Quiet a lot does happen around here on a regular basis. Gotham and all."

"Thank you, Sir. I'll be finishing up for the night, then," Star gave Penguin another hug, this time Penguin wouldn't help but smell the scent of jasmine.
Then Starfire went to the bar to cash out and grab her schedule.

"Of course."" Penguin replied with a very faint blush. My this was one of the most interesting night's he's had in quite a while.

Crystal then came out of the bathroom, where she had been for a wile now, a wet spot on her dress and her makeup a bit messed. She wore a half eyed look and she sighed as she walked back to Star and Pengy.
Crystal looked right at Cobblepot before speaking, "I hate automatic restroom equipment..." Right when the power come back on the sink had splashed her as she was using a small flashlight from her purse to fix her makeup.
The power outage really didn't bother her much. She was used to the dark after all. She thanked goodness that she was done with the toilet and it had already flushed by the time the power did go out.
"You really should change your restrooms back to the old fashioned type equipment" She patted her dress with some napkins that se got wile still in the restroom.
((Sorry just trying to give a logical reason why she hadn't been there for the last little bit XD))

"I apologize my dear..." he replied as he turned to face Crystal again. "Most of the customers prefer not to touch much after they get their hands clean. Though, I do believe I'll be looking into what happened to our power."
// Hey, it was a good excuse. I've had sapphire sit on the wall next to Batgirl when Joker and Deadpool came. By the time I got back on here to RP, Joker had already tortured and ripped off Batgirl's mask. Deadpool had to step in to make him stop. Now that was an excuse to try to make for Sapphire just sitting there and watching a fellow hero get the crap beaten out of them. XP //

Raven sat and said nothing as the comotion around her slowed to a crawl. Her eyes were unreadable, her face a blank slate.

After Star collected her tips and her schedule, she went to get changed back in civilian chothes. When she came out, Star walked over to Raven, which seemed to be meditating at that moment, "Umm... Raven? I'm done for the evening, and there is someone that will help find an appartment. I hope that is okay?"
