Shiko fell into a sullen silence as she trudged behind the two males, seemingly lost in thought. "Wait, we're going underground?" She asked in sudden confusion, coming to a halt on top of the cave. "Doesn't it make more sense to go outside? He's going to have to get used to Pandora eventually. Why not sooner rather than later?" Shiko twisted a strand of blond hair around a finger, glancing down at the blackness that yawned in the cave. Sighing, she jumped down to the ledge, landing lightly on the smooth stone. "Now where are we going, and how to we get back up?" Shiko asked sourly.

Shiko sighed. "Don't look at me like I'm stupid." She said, though he voice lacked the sting it needed to make that comment mean. "I'm just...oh never mind." She shook her head, annoyed with herself more than anything. "Yes, I'm not tired, or flustered or embarrassed or anything like that." "We can deal with viperwolves." Shiko said, more to herself than anyone else before shaking her head, and tensing, her pupils large as she scanned the darkness that lay all around them. Actually, she was curious to see how well Stilletto delt with the dark, but she wasn't going to say that aloud. Shiko was pretty sure she was getting close to her limit of stupid comments for one day.

Shiko pursed her lips, and narrowed her eyes. It was cold inside the cave, and she shivered, bringing her arms up to wrap around her shoulders. The thin, white sweatshirt she wore did little to protect her body from the cold, probably because Shiko wasn't supposed to feel the cold. It probably meant nothing good if she was starting to feel the chilly wind. "Then I suppose it's a good thing soldiers don't have vision like this." She said bitterly. "I can only imagine the heights that human wars to rise to if soldiers could see in the dark as well as we can."

Shiko turned to Marek, eyebrow raised? "Whaaaaaaaat? It's the truth." She snorted in annoyance, tossing her hair back out of her face. "The one time I'm not being sarcastic, you think I am." Sighing, Shiko bit back a cruel comment, and revised it inside before responding to Stilletto. "I'm not surprised that you didn't think of that. You are, or, at least, were, a soldier. However, I'm an official peacekeeper." She rolled her eyes. "So it's my job to think like that." She followed behind Stilletto.

Shiko nodded. "Yes, I know that. And I respect soldiers, or warriors, as the Na'vi would call them. But...I have had several bad experiences with trigger-happy soldiers. As a link between the Na'vi and humans, it's my job to make sure that the soldiers we employ aren't evil who shoot everything that moves." Her lip curled in disgust. "Which has not be easy." She hesitated, then continued. "But, I really am not trying to be bitter. And I try not to hold anything against soldiers." Her shoulders slumped slightly, but she quickly shook it off. "Crawling and crouching?"Shiko asked, both blond brows rising. "So...do that mean I should get on the ground right now?" She pointed to the rocky floor with a slender finger. "Crawling. Oh joy."

Shiko blinked in surprise at the bitter tine in Marek's voice. "Sorry..." She said quietly. She didn't know exactly what had brought around the sudden change in Marek's personality, but she was assuming it had something to do with her. Listening to some girl whine and b*tch sarcastically all day couldn't be very much fun. Biting her lip, and chewing herself out for wearing a white sweatshirt, Shiko got down on her knees, and started crawling forward, her blond hair clinging to the stone walls all around her.

Shiko arrived in the cave several minutes after Stilletto. Standing, she began to dust her clothes off, completely ignoring Marek and Stilletto. Quite honestly, she hadn't wanted to come with them, and the only reason she had was so that she could post-pone her meeting with Vaine. Picking a piece of grey stone from her hair, Shiko looked sullenly around the cave, her eyes half-closed and bored looking. She said nothing, just folded her arms.

Shiko blinked, and seemed to come out of some sort of deep meditative state she had been in. "This is a dead end." She thought as she looked around in confusion, a frown creasing her forehead. She watched blankly at Marek quickly scaled one of the rocky walls. "How the hell does he do that?" Shiko muttered in annoyance. Even she, with all her super strength abilities wouldn't be able to climb a stone wall like he just did. "Um...a lift would be helpful." Shiko muttered awkwardly, glaring at the ground. "Thanks."
