Jon held out his wand. "Pervolo!" He raised about five feet into the air so that he was way above the rest. "Anyone care to duel?"

((by the way. If you choose to deul me, please use actual spells. Dont just say 'then she used a nonverbal spell to block the attack.'))

((you CAN make up your own spells, just so long as it makes since. ex: a latin word for lightning is fulgor; so you can say "fulgor" to shoot lighning. Dont say electricito or something like that.))

((Sorry for making up my own rules. I just have more fun this way. If you dont like it then dont duel me.)) ((wow that sounded mean...))

Arianna bowed, still controlling Star with her levitation spell. "Thank you, thank you very much." She cried, as if she were famous. "And now, for my final act..." She pointed Star toward the cieling, stopping her just before she hit. She spun her in a few circles, then brought her down so she was slightly above everyone's head. She slowly sent Star around the room, as if showing her off, then let her free from the spell. Star was looking rather green. "Feeling ok? Or do you want to take a break for a bit?"

"Finite Incantatem!" Star muttered pointing her wand at Ari. "I am quite fine to duel Ari, thank you very much! And you are?" Star said angrily. She wasn't happy about her duel being interupted, she was about to cast a spell to get down.

Star realized she had forgotten to say thank you. "Thank you." She added quietly, a little ashamed of herself. "And mind your tongue! I could jinx you, you know!" She called after him. She thought, "How rude! He doesn't even know me and he's saying I'm not a good witch!"

Arianna watched the bout between Star and Jon and stifled a laugh, which wasn't hard considering she was petrified. Once she was able to talk, she'd have to apologize to Star, she really had gone a bit overboard. For now, she watched Jon, waiting for him to unfreeze her.

Arianna could move again. "Thanks." she told the student who had just walked in and released her. She got up and turned to Star. "Look, I probably went a bit overboard on that last move. I'm sorry. Please don't be mad." Then she looked upward at Jon, who was now in the control of the student who had unfrozen her. "You don't have much room to talk about unsportsmanlike dueling," she began, just slightly agrivated, "when you attacked me. I wasn't dueling you, I had no chance to defend myself. Star was fine. She can fight her own duel."

"Just find someone to duel. We're doing two wand dueling now." She said, pointing to a pile of wands "Those'll transform into whatever wand you use." She looked at Jon. "If I'm not mistaken, he's the only one left without a partner, unless you count Star, whom he seems to have stolen from me."
