“Darn!” Miyuki exclaimed slightly aggravated with the situation. She dropped to her knees and began wildly clutching at the ground below hoping to grasp the item of her desire. Once covered in filthy dirt, she finally found the key. Without hesitation and without even having stood up, she placed it into the keyhole. Once open, she stood up and attempted to wipe the dirt from her hands and lower legs.
Miyuki accidentally thrust the door open too quickly, and the back of the door hit the wall with a loud thump. “Woops!” Miyuki stated while a hint of red developed across her face. “Welcome to my home,” the young girl quickly invited Sanyo inside showing her the insides of the apartment. “I have some left over dinner from last night in the fridge. I am sorry that it isn’t much; however, I do try to provide for myself as much as possible. I don’t want to be a burden to the older couple that raised me when they didn’t have to.” Miyuki was slightly embarrassed to admit her situation to others. “I can definitely do better once I am out of the shower, though; I hope you don’t mind too terribly?”
Miyuki walked over grabbing a new pair of clothes from the dressers nearby. “I have extra clothes that should probably fit you, so you can jump in after me if you would like.” After having said that, the young girl made her exit from the room into the bathroom. ‘This will be so nice after all of the hard training I’ve done today,’ she allowed the clothes to slip from her body, as she turned the knob which controlled the temperature a little over halfway. She loved the feel of warm water running against her body; it always felt like her troubles were just washing away from her body.
Miyuki stepped into the water allowing that lovely feeling to wash over her. She grabbed a nearby bar of soap which smelled of cherry blossoms; as well as, she retreated from the falling water long enough to allow the soap a chance to set. She rubbed the soap in gently allowing the foam to build up before stepping back into the water. Once finished, she grabbed some nearby shampoo and followed with conditioner. She didn’t want to waste too much time in the shower with a guest in the house. The young girl turned the water off and jumped out of the shower grabbing a nearby towel to dry off. Miyuki quickly clothed herself and followed up with her nightly routine. This included brushing her hair and teeth, applying deodorant, and cleaning her ears among other things. Once finished, she opened the door revealing herself to her new friend Sanyo. “I really am sorry,” she stated smiling brightly as she entered the room.
“Do you plan on showering?” Miyuki questioned as she readied a pot of tea for the two of them and pulled a box from one of the cupboards. “If not, I would love to hear a little bit about you. Oh wait,” the young girl ran to her dresser real quick pulling out a semi-large tee. Then, she rummaged through another nearby drawer pulling out a pair of hot pink, bikini cut underwear. “Too much?” she stated playfully winking towards Sanyo. “Either way, I will put these over here.” The young girl laid the clothing down on a stand close to the bathroom’s entrance.
Afterwards, Miyuki continued her tasks in the make-shift kitchen. She pulled down a few containers from above, “What type of tea do you prefer?”

Sanyo Senju Lv 1 ||| Hp 8 ||| Cp 11 ||| MHp 10 ||| Sanyo awaited the efforts Miyuki put behind opening her home's door and proceeded to follow in behind the hospitable girl. As she passed through the doorway she stopped in it briefly raising a finger to her lips before stepping through and into the home. She removed her shoes at the entryway at set them out of the way before proceeding further in. "I ate something before I left today, thanks, it's good that you are trying to be self sufficient though." sanyo did the mocking posture of her father before speaking again in her low tone attempting to mimic his voice. "To strive in life, be as the butterfly moving with the smallest of impact yet reaching the desired destination." with a giggle she finished her little show, " My dad like speaking in clan speech even when it isn't required, I guess it's supposed to be helpful. After this Miyuki vanished into the bath and returned after a moments time. " I appreciate your hospitality, I hardly did any exercise today so I'm still pretty clean from my mid day shower but thanks, tea sounds nice... do you have jasmine tea?" she question calmly looking about for a place to sit.

“Do I have jasmine tea? Of course, I do!” Miyuki replied cheerily putting away the majority of the containers. She kept only one down with which to prepare the tea. After she had taken care of the kettle heating up the water, the oven was opened to let a few goodies bake which had been prepped that morning for this very occasion; however, Miyuki had not expected to have company. She hoped the small amount that she had prepared that day would be enough for the both of them.
Afterwards, the young girl prepared a little tea set which included not only the cups but a few small plates, as well. “That was a very interesting greeting once you came into my home. Would you mind telling me a little bit about yourself, Sanyo?” Miyuki had already deduced that she was of a prestige Konoha clan. Though, that should have been obvious to anyone with such precise customs upon entering someone’s abode.
Miyuki had some time to kill before the tea and desserts were finished.

Notwen Kenkomishi
Level 1 ~ Hp: 10 ~ Cp: 9 ~ MHp: 10Once in his room, Notwen wasted no time in unrolling the scroll in his hand and beginning to slide his sensitive fingertips over the tiny bumps on the paper's surface. According to the scroll there were six subjects that had been covered that day: Basics of Chakra, The 12 Hand Seals, learning the Nawanuke, Kakuremino, and Bunshin techniques, and Chakra Molding for extra credit. Rolling up the scroll, the dark-skinned boy oriented his body so that it would be facing his bed, on which rested the six scrolls he would be needing to catch up on the work he missed. Passing his hands carefully over the casings to feel for the braille that would tell him which scroll was which, Notwen found the one labeled "Hand Seals" and picked it up. It was much thicker than the first scroll, which meant that there was more information in it than the prior. No, duh! Of course it would have more... he thought matter-of-factually to himself. It has more detailed info... Notwen unrolled the scroll and began to read through his fingers. There were twelve in all, and he was supposed to learn them in sets of two and three at a time. The seals that started off were the Bird and Boar Seals. The dark-skinned blonde slid his fingertips over the braille text in order to see how to execute them. This was the hard part because he would need to exercise his powers of visualization to the extreme, but Notwen was committed. Going by the description, the Bird seal was one of the most awkward ones to form. The user placed their hands in front of them and formed a tent with the fingers pointed upwards. Next, the index and ring fingers were inverted so they curved downwards while resting on the palms, alternating so that the ring finger on the left hand was last and the index on the right hand was closer to the thumbs. The latter would be positioned to be pointing back at the user. Notwen arranged his fingers clumsily into what he hoped was a good formation of the bird seal about five times before he was satisfied and comfortable with the feel of it. Next he read up on the Boar seal, which was much simpler in comparison. Curling the fingers on each hand so their tips rested beneath the main knuckles, Notwen put his hands together and then maneuvered his arms so that his hands now faced downwards. The feeling was very uncomfortable, but somehow it felt right. "This is ridiculous! There's no reason why doing the seals should be this hard!" said the dark-skinned blonde, releasing the breath he'd been holding while weaving the Boar seal. Quote: HandsealsDescription: The first thing the students needed to learn were the handseals that made the Jutsus possible. All twelve should be familiarized. The rules are as follows: Roll 1d20 for each seal, one at a time. The Student must get a 12 or higher in order to correctly perform a seal. Each seal must be performed once correctly before being learned. Use the formula: [1d20 + Int Mod. = (#)]. Notwen Kenkomishi
Level 1 ~ Hp: 10 ~ Cp: 9 ~ MHp: 10After taking a short break to let his brain digest his new skills, Notwen allowed himself to move on to the next set. First in a set of three, the Dog seal seemed simple enough. Notwen arranged the fingers on his right hand to form a loose fist and placed his left hand flat over the back of it. Fairly simple. The Dragon seal was a different case. According to the way the scroll described it, its difficulty fell somewhere between that of the Bird and Boar seals. The dark-skinned boy first folded his hands the way he would if he was sitting at the desk behind him while meditating, which made a dome with his fingers. Next, he stretched out his pinkies so that they pointed down and away from his body while touching at the tips. Finally, Notwen raised his thumbs up from touching the index fingers and folded one over the other. Before moving on to the last seal in the set he weaved the Boar and Bird seals once, and the Dog and Dragon seals three times each. The Hare seal was another simple one. Basically all it was was making a finger gun with his left hand and sliding the pinky of his right over the barrel. Sorain Orasakai Lv 1 ||| Hp 9 ||| Cp 10 ||| MHp 9 ||| As Sorain continued scribbling down the answers he slowly began to zone out into his study. His mind began to wander into his imagination. As he matched each scroll on the work sheet, he pictured himself forming the hand seals directly in battle. His enemy standing helpless in the wake of his strength. "Hmph.. You under estimated me.." he would say while curling his lips into a mocking smirk. "I guess it can't be helped, You clearly didn't know who I was..It's not your fault actually...Allow me to tell you.." then he would reach forward to the Leaf head band centered over his forehead and coyly adjusted it, allowing the silver to shine brightly. The more he fell into the daze of his own day dreaming his hand began to systematically mark each answer without a second thought. As he finished out the worksheet completely Sorain slid it to the side and sat an eraser on top of it to hold it in place. His eyes had become drowsy and the approaching effects of bed time were starting to sink in. Climbing out of his seat he turned around and looked disappointingly at his bed which was now lacking sheets and still covered with dirt. There was no way that he would be sleeping here tonight, and so he begrudgingly turned back to his desk and snatched the hand seal scroll off the desk and sat himself down on the floor where he then curled his knees up to his chest. It was just as well. Even if he did have to sleep on the floor he figured a way to make the best of it. Either he would fall asleep and wake up to his first day at the academy, or he would spend the entire night studying and be an ace there anyway. Yawning, Sorain reopened the scroll and began to lazily read them over, like counting sheep. "Monkey"....."Bird"...."Dog" one by one he recited the names of each seal and imagined himself performing the seal in front of the class, laughing in pride as they watched on, amazed at his genius.

Sorain Orasakai Lv 1 ||| Hp 9 ||| Cp 10 ||| MHp 9 ||| Sorain continued practices by forming the Boar seal again. Turning both his first downwards Sorain made them connect at the wrist. He then curled his fingers inwards while bringing his thumbs up into position. Sorain found this seal to be odd as he couldn't entirely figure out how it resembled a boar. The text says that the thumbs mimicked the tusk of a wild boar, but Sorain couldn't imagine a boar with tusk that close together. Sorain Orasakai Lv 1 ||| Hp 9 ||| Cp 10 ||| MHp 9 ||| As the hours moved by, Sorain could feel himself slipping away. Growing to tired to think straight Sorain decided to give himself an easy one to contemplate. The monkey seal. It was the easiest seal to remember, yet it looked nothing like anything that he could relate to a monkey. However, because the seal was so simple, he figured that it should be no problem to remember. All there was to it was to simply place one open palm over another going directly across ones chest. "Hmph..why can't they all be this easy." he groaned. Quote: Studying hand seals DC: 12 Formula: 10 + 2 = 12 Attempts: 16 Train: 7/10 Reward: +1 Int, +25 exp [Can earn up to 3 points] Failures: 11

Sorain Orasakai Lv 1 ||| Hp 9 ||| Cp 10 ||| MHp 9 ||| Too tired by now to keep his eyes open, Sorain took to forming each hand seal with his hands. It was a drowsy attempt but he continued none the less, desperately wanting to retain the information through the night. Tomorrow was the big day. He and his brother would get to see the inside of that place. They would get to be ninja, and learn about all sorts of different types of jutsu. Sorain had been eagerly waiting for that day for the past year and a half, although to him it felt like an eternity. More so than his birthday, even more so than Christmas, Academy Day was the day he was most exited for. When ever they could slip away from their mother for any extended period of time, he and Sai would race down to the academy building and climb up on the fence to watch the rookie ninja train. He remembered the most amazing thing that he ever saw was a ninja casting a small spit fire at a training dummy. He fought his own subconscious to remember exactly which seals where used. Back then they were so foreign to him that it simply looked as though the ninja was randomly fiddling with his fingers. There was one seal that stuck out in his mind however. The Tiger seal. It was one of the hand full of hand seals which required the user to extend his index and middle finger together. He remembered reading as a special note that the Tiger seal was some how linked with jutsu having to do with fire. Holding the hand seal in front of him he tried to picture his mouth becoming hot with the flame of a fire ball, causing him to wonder how a ninja used such a move without burning his tongue. He shuddered at the thought, but he was none the less interested. He made a mental note to ask the sensai exactly how ninja avoided such a back fire.

Sorain Orasakai Lv 1 ||| Hp 9 ||| Cp 10 ||| MHp 9 ||| Realizing now that he had more or less memorized the entirity of this scroll he was forced to accept that there was simply nothing more left for him to gain from painstakingly reading it over and over again. Perhaps he was getting a bit ahead of himself, wanting to be so over prepared for the academy. If the other students were anything like Sai he was already miles ahead of them just for having studied as hard as he did not only today but every other day since he was told by his father that they would be entering the academy. For now he decided that the last thing that he wanted to do was recite each and every seal in order, just to prove to himself that he did in fact have them all down for good. "Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Ram, Monkey, Bird, Dog, Boar" With that, he was satisfied with his training. Sorain Orasakai Lv 1 ||| Hp 9 ||| Cp 10 ||| MHp 9 ||| Loosing his grip on consciousness, Sorain finally allowed himself to fade off into the warm embrace of sleep. He had been fighting it so long that the hard floor began to welcome him comfortingly. Slowly, his body slumped over causing the scroll to be unrolled on the floor next to him, his hands still firmly holding the Tiger seal that he had been practices just before passing out. His head throbbed slightly, a minor ache from all the studying that he had done that day, but he was sure that by mourning it would all be worth it. Sanyo Senju Lv 1 ||| Hp 8 ||| Cp 11 ||| MHp 10 ||| "oh good" Sanyo exclaimed clapping together her hands in excitement. "Hm? Oh that was just Senju tradition for entering a home as a guest." She nodded with a-matter-a-fact. "The other thing I was just quoting my dad... him and his clan speech day in and day out..." she sighed a bit as if trying to figure out what he was saying even now. "Anyways, I'm a member of the reestablished clan of Senju, we are the forefront of all medical shinobi in konoha, we are descendant from the sage blood line and hold the secret to the ying-yang release." She explained using exaggerated hand motions to emphasis the history... in some way. "Well at least that is what is most interesting about me haha." she finished rubbing at the side of her head a bit in embarrassment.
