Karonashi took the attached weapons and pondered them for a moment, his mind turning over possible combinations in how this might have been used more effectively. He had thought that with the kid and the smoke in the way that this wouldn't have been noticed, or have been passed off due to his bad aim.
His attention came up when he saw David enter a store, and he hurried in after him, tucking the kunai and wire into a pouch on his hip. He blinked as his eyes adjusted to the lower level of lighting in the store and glanced around, nodding when he saw his sensei standing at a rack of clear orbs. He slid over to him and tilted his head to one side curiously - he knew nothing about these, and was going to keep quiet until he did know something about them. ...that the Bone King is coming for their lives! "It's called a Chakra Pill. You charge them up with your own chakra, and when you need to, you can eat it to get the chakra back. I used one when Cloverfield died to stop the falling sand." He paused at that. That was quite the memory, being almost out of chakra, the blast from the pill, then being drained again seconds later. It was really no wonder he'd been in the hospital for a year. The real wonder was that he was still alive. "There's dangers to it though. Make sure to read the paper the clerk gives you if you get some." 'Wouldn't want my first student to kill himself after all.' The boy's smirk returned slightly as that thought went through his head. Reaching into the bucket, he scooped up four more of the pills and headed for the counter, not really knowing of anything else he needed here. Karo had already gotten his own gourd, and... Pausing, David turned his head back towards the boy. "Do you have sand weights yet? You'll need them if you want to learn the desert fist."~ [Chakra: 59/60]

Karonashi, busy reading the slip of paper that the clerk had handed him, held up one arm and tapped the empty weight on it.
"It's empty at the moment, but I've been slowly filling it up since that little test ended." One eye slid over to it as he judged the weight inside. "It feels to be half-full now, though that is plain sand, uncompressed." He had finished reading the paper that came with the chakra pills and scooped five up himself. His attention to his chakra was now split - some of it was being used to pull sand up along his body and into the weights on his limbs, while the majority of it was funneling chakra into the pills that now rested in his bag. He headed to the door himself, following his sensei.

He still didn't have any money, so it would be going on a tab, and now that he had a visible headband, that would be fine. Turning around, the boy left the store, stopping outside. "You'll do better with sandstone weights, since they won't have to escape the casing. I'll make you some once we get to the desert." There was no way he'd pay for something he could simply make himself. The very idea was laughable. Glancing up at the sky for a second, the boy nodded to himself. "You should head for the gate, I've got to pick up some scrolls from the library to keep us busy." With that, the boy turned and walked away down the road, heading for the library. LT strode in with his student following, hopefully. they would just be passing through only stopping at the Bounty house. This would be Sev's first time at a bounty house so he made sure his student knew what was going on. LT entered and walked up to the counter and laid the bag with the rogue's head on the counter. LT then pulled a photo off of the bounty board and placed it next to the head for identification. "Appears to be a match the man said, here is your money."
LT didn't say a word, just nodded and looked at the bounty board again, pulling out a note book and jotting down a few descriptions and names. Hey gave a thumbs up for Sev to do the same.
Afterwards LT and his student left for the gates.

Sev, following closely, observed quietly as his teacher turned in the bounty. He pulled out his own victim's head, placing it on the counter in the duffel bag. Although it took him a few moments to find the picture in the bounty book, soon Sev was free to go. Following LT to the gates.

Karonashi headed through through the busy market, wondering why on earth David had asked him to buy some lights. He wondered what the younger shinobi had in mind, and figured that it probably had something to do with some strange test he had planned. The Kaguya frowned slightly as that thought crossed his mind - he had only passed David's LAST test because the other had gotten bored. It was doubtful that he would be so lucky another time.
Putting those thoughts aside for the time being, Karo finally made it to where there were lights being sold. The Gennin purchased a few of several different kinds - some of the wall mounted ones, a few normal bulbs, and several of the tube types that were meant to be hung in strips on the ceiling. He sealed these into scrolls that were then tucked into his pouches. The shinobi grumbled slightly as he forked over the ryo for the lights - David had neglected to give him any money for the lights, so what he was using came out of his own funds, which were rather depleted as it was, and with this were nearly gone. An idea made him grab several lanterns as well, along with a pole lantern and several litres of lamp/lantern oil - this would completely wipe out his stock of cash, but doing some low ranked missions would let him build that back up.
With a snort Karonashi turned around to begin heading to the tower - only to see it explode outwards from the highest point in the tower - which was ********. To have gotten there someone would have had to get through the rest of the damn building - which meant incredibly high skill, or swarms of attackers. Without hesitating the shinobi flipped his punching blades out and onto his hands, then raced through the streets.

"HEY SUNAGAKURE!!!!!!!" a scream echoed through the streets of the marketplace. As the shinobis gathered at the marketplace turned to see the source of the scream, each one unsheathed their weapons. Since the destruction of the Kazekage's Tower, the entire village was on high alert. Suna nin were scattered throughout the village trying to make sense of things and aphrehend the culprit. "I just wanted to let everyone know," he continued as he screamed at the top of his lungs so that the entire marketplace could hear. "That SUNA SUCKS! And that Suna Ninja are a bunch of girls...and they like to have ribbons in their hair...and that they want to kiss all the boys!" the stranger exclaimed, waiting anxiously for the response of all the suna nin gathered.

XXXXX Kiyoshi leaped from rooftop to rooftop among the marketplace as he appeared near the center plaza. He looked around, his sword held tight to his waist as he saw no sign of the person he knew as Zane. A small smile came to his face. "I see...probably a trap, gather all the Suna-nin here, they charge here by their sense of duty to stop intruders and then wipe them out with a massive attack." He said running his hand though his hair, the desert wind and sand did not agree with him. "Oh course this is just speculation, however that is what I would do." Kiyoshi said keeping his eyes peeled for a surprise attack.

"I'm right here! Come on...get me if you can!" the stranger continued yelling through the streets. Suddenly, he came across the boy who had been at the Hyuga compound. "Ah its you...probably should tell you...your sensei just very well may be dead," the stranger stated as he laughed once more. This was however not a laugh of an evil man...but that of a child who did something that he thought was funny. "Shame...she was a powerful fighter, whos strength was only match by her beauty," he finished as he awaited the boy's response.

XXXXX Kiyoshi hopped down from the building with the grace of a bird landing as he appeared in the streets. A faint laugh came from him, a mostly nervous one. "She was very beautiful, though I thought of her more as a older sister then someone to get with you know." He said drawing the blade from his side, it shimmering in the sunlight of the desert sun as he rested it on his shoulder. "I have no attachment to the village, nor harbor any ill will against you. But for some reason, every cell in my body is telling me to fight even though I am sure to loose." Kiyoshi said twirling the blade in his hand. "I guess it just the reaction of someone with nothing left to loose by his life." He said sending a surge of lightning though the blade, causing it to hum with it's power.

"I see..." the stranger said as he folded his arms across his chest. His entire form was sloppy, leaving himself completely off guard, daring the young rouge to attempt an attack. "She and I...we were once lovers. But that was a long time ago. If you have no attachment to this village, then I suggest you stay out of my way, wouldn't want a bystander getting in the way. However, if you still insist on fighting me," he said as he watched the blade cackle with pure lightning chakra. It was an impressive feat, the lightning element always fascinating him, however he was never able to wield its power. Wind and Water were the stranger's element, along with knowledge of medical jutsu. "Then I guarantee you, the results of our battle will be rather explosive," the stranger chuckled, still leaving himself completely off guard that even an attack from an academy student would surprise him.

XXXXX Kiyoshi noticed the slacked body and immediately activated his Byakugan, no one would leave themselves that open. He noticed then why the boy was like that and deactivated his sword and sheathed it. "I see...no sense since wasting my time on a fake opponent." Kiyoshi said as he heard an explosion at the training center as his eyes saw two opponents, causing Kiyoshi to smile. "If you excuse me, that looks more fun." He said disappearing off back to the center.

It dove, landing in a blur with a huge dust cloud. Kay, stadning on the back of the creature, gathered a mass of his chakra in his body, and then released, flying towards Zane with the Renjiboshi technique. (Flawless style.) It was a fast attack, turning him into a blur, but in no way unstoppable. If he stopped the first attack the others would stop as well. He aimed for the joints, attempting to take the puppet apart and draw out the real Zane. His face was clouded by anger, but he was cool, calm, collected. At least mostly. He heard the sound of the piano in his head, edging him deeper into battle. The frist striek, if it hit, would sever the arm at the elbow joint, and then the next four would go for his right arm, legs, and head. An attempted instant kill. The manticore roared as it drew in on zane's position, which would be long after the attack had passed or failed. It too a jump, and aimed to crush the male under it's weight. Either way, Zane had a lot of pain headed his way without a properly executed dodge. "You TRAITOR!!!"
