(Alright, I have no idea what post this is though))
Hiniko listened to his instructions carefully. Roundhouse kicks always seemed fun to her. She bounced on her feet lightly. "You're right, splits are more comfortable the more I use them. In her head she was already working a way to mix her Juken with this. She wonderd if it would work. She took about two steps back and got into a defensive position. She placed her front foot strong and then twisted or pivoted the one behind her aiming for a kick to his head. This causing her to do an almost spining like motion.

Now, we will work on a technique called 'Light Feet.' You walk or run while taking longer strides and using your joints to soften the landing of your feet. This will also reduce the jingling of your gear while running, since your body doesn't vibrate as much." [E ranks only take 1 post right now to learn, so I'm getting them out of the way. Roundhouse is an E rank.] Light Feet: Rank: E The user is able to lengthen her stride and step lightly when running, which is good for crossing large distances without attracting the attention of guards or scouts.

Hiniko nodded wondering how she was going to do this. She thought she could just work on not landing as ahrd when she ran, and taking longer strides was explanitory. She joged in place a moment, and then took of at a light run around the training grounds. She ran with the tip of her feet and her strides longer. It was kind of hard at first and she did stumble but about halfway around she managed to get it. She felt as if she was running lighter to. She returned back to the clone.

Vincent had watched Zin perform the same move. He remembered his techniques at molding chakra. Holding up his arm and looking at it he began to concentrate on the chakra within his body. His mind commanded the chakra to move into his arm. The limb began to glow with the red colored chakra and he tried to concentrated on the fact that for this move it is to protect the arm in order to breach a barrier.

 Zin listened more carefully as the next clone explained it. He didn't,although,attack the clone this time as he didn't want to waste them;especially since there was only 4 more left. Walking over to the tree near by,Zin woud think more upwards than usual. Practicing on heaven kicks,Zin would think with every lift 'up'. Once he was confident enough Zin took a few toe bouncing steps onto the tree before he lifted up,bring his foot straight up against the tree to an imaginary jaw which his foot rose up to hit. Using his other foot to push off from the tree,Zin landed with a bit of a slide as he turned around and looked to Daichi,"Like that sensei?"He asked as he hoped he did better this time.

With the chakra circling around his arm Vincent looked at a nearby rock and he aimed his fist for it and punched at it but he was met with a suspected surprise. The chakra dissipated and his bare fist had slammed against the hard rock surface. Thankfully he didn't give it full force enough to cause any real serious harm but it was just enough to send out a numbing sensation at first but was followed by a great stinging throughout his hand and his arm.

Shaking out the pain from his hand, Vincent began to attempt the move once again. He concentrated on his chakra circling around his arm. Trying to think of his chakra he imagined it to be just like that rock.
Hard. Hard. Hard. Hard. Hard. He kept saying over and over in his mind as if he was verbally commanding the chakra.
Hold it. Hold it. Hold it. He cried out in his mind as he looked at the radiating chakra and made another punch at the nearby rock.
The chakra held a little this time and the rock only cracked a little.

Vincent held his hand at the rock as his chakra dissipated a little and his hand began to hurt. Perhaps it was pain compounding upon each other. First the pain of his attempt at hitting the rock and then the second one.
He pulled back and began to think about the chakra once again.
Hard as the rock. Hard as the rocker. Harder than the rock. Harder than the rock. He commanded his chakra.
He punched at the rock once again and the rock cracked a little further.

The frustration grew further as he pulled back and his mind was on fire as he forced the chakra to mold around his arm and hand.
Harder damn you! He cursed at himself.
At last in a burst of fury he brought his chakra covered fist against the rock and to his amazement the crack not only grew larger but his fist broke through the stone as if it were as soft as a rotted pumpkin.
