((I check on the RP as often as I can, sometimes I wait for others to post before posting is all))
Rune's expression changed to plain quizzical when this man she was conversing with made gems appear on his food... She noted how odd this was but decided not to comment, after all it really wasn't her business to remark on peoples eating habits, especially since some would find Troll food rather odd...
She mused on his answer a while, would things from the garden stop working outside of it? She had never really thought to try and find out. The dimensional rifts in the garden were always a puzzle to her and one that she had never really had the courage to investigate, the closest she had gotten was to stick one hand through a portal before pulling it back.
"I am not actually sure..." She said with her eyes looking down. Her tail curled around her to her lap and she stroked it thoughtfully. "I know that food seems to say in your belly, at the very least when you go back inside the guilds hall..."
She took a breath and then sighed... her confession of cowardice weighing her mind but there was nothing else for it, the truth was the best option. "I have actually never explored any of the portals so I don't know of the lands beyond or if the things from here work in any of them..." She trailed off.
"As for ingredients you can pick herbs but if you want crystals and things I strongly advise that you obtain them in a non destructive and grateful way... you have to be respectful and gentle... otherwise the garden may take offense. It can get pretty haywire if its angry, trust me!" She recalled a time were she had sworn at a tree root only to receive a swift spank from a branch and that was a small matter.

jelly shook out the crumbs from her napkin and stated, "It seems we should be thoughtful of the garden and welcome what it gives us, rather than trying to profit from it. If you will all excuse me, I have an appointment with the world tree." She folded the napkin, put it in her basket, and wandered off down the path, deep in concentration.

Nights-Rune ((Just trying to make it easier, dear. Not rush you. I only did that because I forgot to quote you in the post, itself.)) "Oh, well sure... it doesn't just disappear in a puff of smoke. If you stay here then nothing unusual happens to it, at all. If, however, I was to go back to my world and I am correct in thinking that magic is different, then the magical essence, the arcane energies holding these things together would begin a slow decay. It wouldn't hurt me if it's just food that I ate. It breaks down naturally in the stomach and losing any magical properties... Well, that'd only aid the digestion. But if I were to incorporate it more directly and profoundly, the way I would with wings and it started to break down, it could begin a metabolic chain-reaction that could destabilize my whole body, ultimately killing me... In theory," he said. "Or my alchemy might not work in this universe at all... Or it might work exceptionally well, with unprecedented force, causing an explosion that could kill us all... Which is unlikely, but I don't like to take risks, least of all without good reason. So I think I'll just continue being on vacation here, and leave the arcane doings to my world," he said before reconsidering and adding "Except my spells. I may try those later, but they don't involve anything other than subtle energy, all very non-destructive." "As for exploring, I may desire to try some of that, later on. As for respectful harvesting, is there a guardian structure, central object, or embodiment figure of the garden to which I might properly pay my respects?"

Wolf, seeing through the eyes of the mask, he can see that Rune is looking at him and he shifts his head away a bit.
The conversation in wolfs mind continues to go on.
-wulf- "I can tell you are really having a tough time right now huh?..."
-wolf- he nods and looks down "Im just....I dont know...."
-wulf- "You still remember how things were with the others huh?"
-wolf- nods "yes..."
-wulf- "Lets organize these members on how they treated you when the first met you."
-wolf- He glances over to him and wonders what he means.
-wulf- "Well, lets see who I see is a problem that is making you feel this way. But....hehehhe, its kind of easy one of them we just finished talking about."
-wolf- "Yen..."
-wulf- "Right"
-wolf- "But who else?"
-wulf- "Well.....lets see here, that sapphire girl, im not saying she i is a horrible person but you two are like.....neutral but leaning towards that she dosnt want anything to do with you. Alex, that wheel chair guy, they are okay so no problem with them. That captain same thing. It now leaves Rune....."
-wolf- "Rune isnt a problem....so why talk about her?"
-wulf- "Well lets see some facts here, Rune believes that all members should be treated rightly and that she will silence any one who causes problems right?"
-wolf- Nods
-wulf- "Okay, Yen has been going at you for a while and has always talked negative about you in front of Rune, but she dosnt do much about it. She will ask her to stop and give her some talk but NOTHING about making her stop for good. She is not helping you much, look right now, you are sad and she is busy stufifng her face. She dosnt even look to you and just ask "Are you okay?" she is busy thinking of other things....What kind of friend is that, you are bleeding in the inside and no one is helping you."
-wolf- He tenses a bit as he looks down.
-wulf- "Now what will Yen do once she comes back, mouth you off, ignore you and when you want to say something, cut you off like you are nothing?...."
0wolf- He shaeks his head as he feels worse. "Wulf....I dont know....I dont know..."
-wulf- "I just dont like how thye treat you wolf.....You are a good person and thye are treating you as if you are not. You are not a SHOW OFF you are a friendly person."
The mask's white starts to get more hint of black on the side as the black stripes get the red makrs again showing that soon or later it will be a balck mask with red marks.

(( OOC: Encoming Yen! ...Before I go off and disappear for a while again... Work is taking its toll on me~ /whine. So, rather than entering the RP in a serious manner, I'm going to go with a comical re-entrance of my character instead (well, not in this post, but maybe next post). Also, Doppelganger Yen will be called Dark Yen for short. ))

Having separated from the main source that is the dark pond, Dark Yen's breathing becomes quicker while Yen seem to be doing fine herself. Since Yen is still connected to the garden herself, her energy is as endless as the garden itself. The only problem with this gift of hers is the fact that the garden is ever changing, so her connection with the garden can become disrupted if they're not in total agreement with each other, or are not completely in tune with each other.
Knowing Yen's and its own weaknesses, Dark Yen puts on a serious face and increase her pace, which causes Yen to increase hers just as well. Unsure what Dark Yen have in mind, Yen decided to take a detour route, one that'll lead her (Yen) to the other side of the eating area so she can observe Dark Yen's actions. Dark Yen didn't notice the separation since she's more interested in disrupting the party. Yen prefers sneaking into parties unnoticed, especially when it had already started, so being her doppelganger, it would only be logical for Dark Yen to do as such.
"Wolf! Wolf!" Dark Yen yells out to him in a very obnoxious squeaky voice as she enters the chowing area. After taking a quick glance behind herself to make sure her positive self is here to witness what's she's about to do - Wait, Yen's not there at all. Dark Yen was silent for a moment. Thinking she's (Yen) probably up to no good (such as gathering her animal/garden friends for some support in battle). She will simply enjoy herself as she please then. Yen will bound to enter at some point, and there's no way she'll be able to take back the trouble she created.
"Well..." Turning to Wolf with a sweet smile like that of a mischievous child, Dark Yen start to sweet talk with Wolf. "Wolf~ You know I did mean to cause you much harm from before. It's because I am into those sort of things. Like, you know... Kinky things." She then places a finger onto her lip. "Look at me, I even jumped into some weird pond to show my love for you."

Wolf continues to eat and keeps his quiet tone still. He then stops and he glances over as he hears Yen call out to him. "What?...Yen?....Why would she be calling me for.......Bet its another bad mouthing to me....." he thought to himself and he stops for a bit to see yen a bit..dark then she was last time he seen, which wasnt that long.
The conversation with wulf conitnues a bit.
-wulf- "what the f*** is that her....." he says growling a bit.
-wolf- "yeah...but.....why is she like that...and why calling out to me and not Rune?..."
-wulf- "Hm...bet to mess with you. Go on and lets see."
"What is it Yen?.....Is there a problem"he asked her (before she said "well...") in a calm tone and seems to be not trusting her at all due to all her actions with him. He keeps him self calm and wulf does the same as she then speaks. He raises a brow, not noticeable due to the mask, as he sees her make a smile and then starting to sweet talk him. He kind of , slightly, let his jaw drop as he listen to her a bit, kind of surprised about that how she really was. (which was the only thing on wolfs face to be seen, he has the lower jaw part removed to eat so, yeah, mouth is the only thing on wolf's face to be seen)
Conversation:
-wulf- He blinks and kind of laughs "hehhe, well.....she sure made a odd entrance....."
-wolf- "........I didnt expect her to be like that...."
Wolf makes a gasp and seems to be in some confusion as he hears that all she is doing and then jumping into some pond to show that she actually loved him. His mind starts to flash a bit as he seems to be lost. "Yen......" he says as he bite his lower lip.
Conversation:
-wulf- Is mad and growls a bit more "I DONT BUY IT.......SHE MAYBE DOING THAT TO TRAP YOU....ONCE SHE GETS YOU AT SOME POINT SHE WILL KILL YOU OVER FOR LAUGHS...."
-wolf- "i...I dont know...is this her? Is she really loving me or something.....I....I...."
-wulf- "Dont fall for it...go ahead and talk more, but dont take it yet, all we know is that it could be a trick."
Wolf then lets go of his lip and stares at "yen" for a momment "Yen....Do you know how much Im in pain right now?.........I feel very bad as i remember all what have you done....Now if all of this is noting and that yuo did all this.....Nearly wanting to kill me, insulting me , and treating me as a outcast ...just to show you love me?!" He says as he is surprised and kind of in confusion more, it was loud enough that yen can hear it, showing that her actions really caused problems for him and what he says next kind of shows he is in real pain. "THS....this mask you can go a head and try to take it off wtih your hands.....It will not budge....if you break it, it will form back into my face. This whole new look, this mask, every thing before i left for a while was to just KILL my emotions nearly to dust because of what you done to me made me bleed from the inside. But now hearing this..about you love me.....I.......I..." he then stops for a bit, the look of his mouth shows that he dosnt know what to do as well when he bites his lower lip. Wulf in the other hand, with out no ones notice he forms into wolf's shadow and watches "Yen", as he is ready to take over wolfs mind and body and to attack and maybe kill yen for all the trouble she has caused upon wolf.
-wulf- "Wolf....dont worry....what ever she does....Stab, burn, freeze, shock, cut, prison, what ever she does to you......I will be there.......If she mouths you off, I will be there.....If you shatter again from her...I will be there......IF SHE CAUSES ANY KIND OF F***ING HARM TO YOU...I WILL BE THERE! I WILL SAVE YOU, I WILL KILL HER IF ITS THE LAST THING I DO!"
-wolf- He nods to him and hugs wulf "Thank you..." he says as he kind of lets wulf take over his mind but he stays in control though.
The mask slowly forms again, half of the mask is black and the black strips are now red, but the right side is still white.

Rune's eyes glazed over somewhat as she tried to follow the mans speech... She hoped she was nodding where appropriate but honestly she didn't follow all the talk of such magic... her knowledge was limited when it came to magical things and she preferred simple Troll charms and herb law to fancy things.
"All the plant's are living and spirits, so just say please and thank you..." Rune couldn't think of a way to explain it. Being in tune with nature was part of Troll upbringing...
"Just don't do anything that may be harmful to you!" Rune nodded and tried to sound more intelligent than she felt at this moment.

*ribbit* Angel sees an entrance to some sort of magical garden that she had seen before but never really payed attention to. She decides to hop in because she is bored. Once she enters she sees some people talking about something that she can't quite hear, something about "please and thank you". She doesn't know if the troll she is seeing is friendly or mean, or what any trolls are like for that matter. She tries to sneak up to the troll so she can listen without being seen. Unfortunately for her she is terrible at being stealthy. *ribbit*

"I always do my best to avoid such things," he said. "If the garden is offended easily, I recommend constructing a small shrine where we can offer our thanks. I'd feel perfectly absurd saying 'thanks' to empty air, and I'm sure that I'm not alone in that regard. I'm no good at such things, otherwise I'd offer to do it myself. You really ought to commission someone to do that."

Rune's ears twitched at the 'ribbit' from behind her. She turned her head, was she being snuck up by a frog?
"Hello there froggie!" Rune beamed a grin at the newcomer.
Rune then turned back to the man she was talking to. "No you thank the plant not the air" She giggled a little, nature just made sense to her. "If you want a shrine though and it will make you feel better I will make you one!" She knelt and placed her hand to the ground breathing deeply, she could feel the energy of the garden pulsing up to join her own. Her eyes glowed green for a moment but they were pointed to the floor so would not be easy to spot.
In her mind time stretched on for an hour as she built a small shrine. It was nothing massive but a statue of a tree and an alter in front of it.
In reality she snapped back a second later and looked up with a smile. "Currently the shrine is around 10 kilometers in that direction." She pointed. "It may move but if you think you want to go to the shrine then the garden will take you there..."
She looked back again at the frog and gestured for them to come and join the party.

Angel was shocked that she had been discovered, but before she could run away she was invited to come over to the strange group of people in front of her.
"H-hi... Umm what are you doing? are you playing a game? Can I join? I just...."
Her voice trailed off when the thought occurred to her that she still didn't know if they were nice or not. "They seem friendly but they could be secretly mean! Oh no, what if they just want to eat me!" She started to think. She was a confused sort of person and distracted easily, so she had forgotten what she had been saying earlier and was suddenly quite embarrassed. She tried to hide in her Lilly pad cape.

Rune smiled. "We are having a party and you are welcome to join. You can order food or drink if you wish for it! It appears on the table, the garden is good like that!" Rune grinned and remembering she had food and drink picked up a glass of elderflower soda and sipped at it, once she had taken a drink she let out a sigh of approval. It was so refreshing and always made her feel happy, like summer or sunlight in a glass. She gently swished the drink, mainly because she liked the tinkle of the ice bumping around.

"Ok....I guess I can try it..."
She had never tried soda before but the drink into the trolls hands looked tasty.
She ordered some soda and took a sip.
"Eeeep!", She shouted,"This drink tickles my mouth! How does it do that!?"
She set it down and stared at it. It was very sweet but also felt very strange. Before she got an answer, she picked up the soda again and drank the whole thing in one gulp. "Omygosh its so yummy!"
She had forgotten all about her worries that the people might be dangerous.

Matasoga pinched his brim politely to the frog, by way of a greeting, but decided not to approach. She seemed quite skittish and he was well aware how intimidating his appearance was, with his golden eyes, two sets of bat-like wings, black-clawed hands, sharp fangs, and all black clothes.
"Excuse me a moment," he said to the group, in general.
He thought about the location that he had been told about, in the same way that he willed one of his spells to take effect and did indeed soon and easily find himself there.
He faced the shrine, took a respectable bow, as one might, to a host. He drew out a coin that was not particularly valuable, but as a piece of currency it was something that (collectively, at least) Matasoga valued. He knew that neither the shrine, nature, or any embodying force that may reside here would have any use for, but he hoped that it would do as a gesture of respect.
He thought back to the place where he had left and returned to his camel steak. Without word or gesture he cast a simple spell to make the steak exactly the right temperature, picked up utensils that appeared at his will, and began to cut it up.

Rune laughed at the reactions of the little frog. She wasn't sure how to explain soda in a way that made sense and wasn't silly, since in her mind the bubbles kind of worked the same way farting in a pond did, or at least kind of, Rune knew it was the gas that made the bubbles on both occasions.
"It has fizzy bubbles in it." She grinned and offered her best explanation, well aware that it wasn't a very good or thorough one. Rune popped a salted caramel in her mouth and let it slowly melt as she watched Matasoga go and then return to his food. She assumed he had found the shrine mainly by the fact he had returned and the garden, if you were not careful, would get you very lost.
Rune smiled up at the sun and let her tongue run over the remnants of the salted caramel chocolate before swallowing with a small contented sigh. She was feeling rather full having stuffed her face but she knew there were some options for dessert... she patted her belly and looked at the table, maybe waiting for a bit would be wise.
