I agree, the lag is getting ridiculous...they should put up more servers for the weekends since they know that's a high traffic time! I'd be okay with moving dress-up day to Wednesday, but then again, I scheduled my classes so they all meet Monday-Thursday next semester, so I'm free all day on Wednesdays starting in January...
I had a really hard time picking one theme to vote for this week! They all sound like fun!
Side note: Last Friday, Houston, Texas got a snow day because they had maybe one inch of snow in very few places around the city...I never got a snow day when I was in school there! ...mind you, it only snowed once during the school year (and once on Christmas Eve) and that was when I was in kindergarten...we got an extra recess to go see the snow falling outside, but it melted as soon as it hit the ground, so it wasn't that fun sad

Lady Rat saphire023 I think the lag has something to do with the modmas. One of the mods is asking people to catch the grammar error in zomg and pm them the information and possably a picture and get gold in return. So I am thinking that the month of December will be a month of lagging. WHAT!!! i pointed out long long ago that they misspelled replaceable in the endboss speach. what did i get??? NUTHIN. (and i told a dev directly.... several in fact). also, the lag only happens on the weekend, right after the main staff leaves for a two day party on the company yacht, almost like clockwork. You should check out the modmas thread and find out who it is that is putting on the zomg grammer thing, and PM them the grammar error you found. As for the voting, I may have to us the "any meany mighty moe" meathod.

I didn't know the Modamus thing was sending ppl into the game.... explains now why zOMG made a site announcement and maybe why the nerfing. This will be fun when the event starts and everyones off for teh holiday....

well lets all try to make the usual time on sunday just to try to meet up.
but i'll dress up as a snow man tonight and stay that way through the weekend just for fun. so if any clan mates want to join me just say so!

And I didn't stick around to confirm if anyone else had it too, but it looked like it wasn't just me. I watched a couple people be pulled in one direction only to try going another one, going four steps and freezing, only to repeat the process...and all three servers were green...I was on carrion flower, so it may have just been that server. Anyways...I'm off to finish my computer science stuff, and write an essay for English, so I can join y'all tomorrow (as Kiya).

I would rank the problem right now as an annoyance on the scale of peachy to impossible. It is not constant but it is frequent enough to be a bother. As of last night I only had occasional screen change lag on both Carrion Flower and Deathmine. But today on deathmine I've had fighting lag multiple times on one screen and screen change lag that lasted more than a moment.

I'm playing on Clutch now. There was pretty major lag during the orb spill in Barton (go figure when the clock is counting then the lag stops you from moving).
But after the spill finished I was able to move about freely. I'll finish my freebies and see if it gets worse.
