Ao-sagi listened to the sensei's words and then went back to practice bowing, this time taking great care as to not look all tensed up. She rolled her shoulders and stretched her back like a cat to loosen up the muscles.
"Oh Momo-chan, tomorrow I'll have a stiff neck for sure!" She whispered to her friend.

"Mitsuka, what okiya are you in? I am concerned about your attitude, is everything ok?" Kyoku's expression grew worried for the young girl, she had seen unhappy maikos before and knew just how bad the situation could be at the okiya.

Iyasu was about to say something, but shut her mouth as her Onee-sama began to speak. She had watche the two girls exchange words, but it only brought around more confuzion and arousal of different emotions that seemed to make the situation worse.
Out her small journey on this path of a geisha, she had forgotten about those who were thrown into this life without their own consent, and those who would struggle with it more than others. Her eyes changed from their usual brown color to a honey as she looked over to Kyoku-san with worry.

Mitsuka turned her attention to the teacher.
"I'm in the Hinohasu Okiya, but everything's fine. Everyone there is really nice, and really busy. Nothing's there fault..."

Miharu said after Makoto had greeted her imaginary patron. Miharu then overheard what was going on with Mitsuka. Mitsuka could do so well if she'd just gain some confidence. Miharu felt bad for her, knowing that the only thing Mitsuka needed was a supportive friend.

"It's nothing. I just didn't understand why I had to be so sensitive to everything, and everyone was actig like I said I hated them or something, which I don't. And I'm really confused because people are talking about ture Maiko and I don't know what makes one maiko different from another..." Mitsuka slawed herself down. She was working herself into a frenzy.

Makoto smiled and placed a hand on Mitsuka's shoulder.
"I think it just makes a man feel better, having a motherish type person to see after work...just like a boy who has come home from school and the all the other kids have picked on him. They want someone to confide in and to laugh at their jokes no matter how unfunny they may be."

Mitsuka nodded slowy as she heard those words. She knew they were ture,but for some reason, she didn't feel to well. She placed her hand on her head. She wondered if she had made herself sick.
