Seto woke slowly the next morning.... He blinked as he found Jou laying next to the bed. His eyes followed the other's slim and battered frame. Then, the guilt took hold of him. He felt bad for not letting the other have the apple... He slowly but surely plucked the apple off and sat it next to the other, before deciding to sneak outside for a little bit of sun.

Jou woke slowly at the sound of the door closing. He sat up groggily, already worrying about Seto. That seemed to be his full time proffesion now. He sat up and looked to the bed. Seto wasn't there. He leapt to his feet, leaping into panic mode. "Seto! Seto, whe-AH!" He turned around and trpped right over the little green apple. Facedown on the ground, he stared at the apple. He smiled, a warmth that was becoming all to familier pooling in his heart. He snatched up the apple and headed downstairs in search of his friend.

Seto, who'd already decided to splay out on the grass hidden from public view was curiously staring up at the slightly cloudy sky.

(you arnt going to coment on how it should not be cloudy when you said erlier that it wouldnt rain for a few weeks? and can we please find Seto? this is borring without anything to do but look for you.)

(Actually, I was waiting for you to decide when the bird would change color and the clouds I was thinking of where those white whispy ones that you know wouldn't bring rain at all, but are so high up in the atmosphere and look like feathers.) Mokuba glanced at Yugi as they followed the bird, he was sure they were heading towards Jou's first. "Where are we going?" He wondered anyway.

"I wanna recheck the protections on Joeys house before we do to muchin depth serching for Seto" Yugi said, the worry in his voice evedent to any who listened "the charms are strong but i know that they should be stronger. plus its best if we start in the least likly place hell be then in the most likely."
(i ment how you knew so surrly that it woudnt rainthen how Yugi made it rain, i was sure you would start contemplating that.)

Without warning, a yellow blur shot out of the back door and wrapped itself tightly around Kaiba's shoulders, eventually revealing itself to be Jou. He hugged Kaiba happily, "Thank you!"

Jou looked confused for a minuit, then a lightbulb went on, and he dug the seed out of his pocket and handed them to Seto. "See? I thought of you an' everything!" He smiled proudly, hands behind his head.

Seto took the bag of seeds and carefully looked at them. "Arigato Jou." He commented, before he slowly hugged Jou. "I wish you'd let me help you in some way though."
