Pretty much a Phoenix deck with good effects.

Ditch Jar of Greed and Magic Drain, and book of moon just, theyre a waste of space, try and add 2x cyber dragon if you have them if not add a mobius or zaborg, def. add a smashing ground or a fissure other than that very nice.

Actually ur much better off with Levia Dragon because of its effect, u should ditch Hydrogeddon unless your going to run water dragon with the deck, add in another Mermaid Knight and Amphibous Bugroth MK 3, ditch one Lightning Vortex, Megamorph and a Tornado wall extras are a waste of space and megamorph is really only good when your in a tight spot. Add in a Mobius and Zaborg, Ditch Deepsea Warrior since u need a sacrifice. Maiden of the Aqua is a waste of space also along with Star Boy, add a Yomi Ship, Add a Mother Grizzly and another Treeborn frog and a Bottomless Trap Hole, Smashing ground or Fissure, then ditch Astral Barrier and your set.

Wow.... this deck is all over the place... what you need to do is separate your monsters from your spell and trap cards and then i can help you it too hard to read if you dont.
