BadAyka sorry, reishi and reiatsu get me confused smile and I agree with ezz, if it's a specialty of your character, you can use it the way you want, however the other students don't posses such an ability. Well I suppose you are right lol, I just thought it would be an interesting Idea and I have used reiatsu manipulation on this level in all my Bleach Rps lol, and thus have decided that its a fair exchange for no kidou dont you agree?

Zaine93 Shunpo also uses reiatsu directly. and we will have shunpo training as a kind of side class, like making a driver's license, but not part of the curriculum (even in the anime/manga not all shinigami can use shunpo, so some won't be able to do it here either). but if your character's ability can be taught to others he can later offer it as a kind of course as compensation for the lack of kidou maybe?

Reaitsu and Reishi are parts of the same. Reishi is the spirit particles that make up things, and the Quincy can take those particles and use them. Shinigami techniques take the reishi and form them into a pressure known as Reaitsu, which is used like an indirect version of reishi.

Sure, and if you want Ill teach the shunpo class as well. My RPC can only teach those with unusually good reiatsu control, and they can only learn basics of his technique. But should they prove adapt they could create their own moves that belong to just them.
