Prometheus fumbled with his scimitars, and finally unsheathed them at the commotion. As Erron called out to him, the nature responded, and told Prometheus another spell. He then caste the spell bless, and took up a defensive stance next to the caravan.

Selce shook the feeling of lethargy that had been with her since they had met up with the caravan. She checked the wagon she was riding along in, at about the middle of the caravan, and stared at the trees, the arrows seemed to be coming from a nearby grove. She frowned and began to cast a fireball spell. She pulled the necessary bat guano from a pocket, and aimed the fireball at the base of the tree's there.

Erron intervenes between the bandit and guard, separating the two and then sends a crushing blow into his stomach, causing him to topple over in pain.
(Erron's speed negated the bandit's dodge chance)
Prometheus' spell shot upwards into the sky, causing a faint blue light to rain down upon all those allied with the caravan, their armor now shining with the same blue tint.
(All allied units now have increased armor and protection temporarily)
Selce begins casting Fireball, a rogue archer spots her and launches an arrow in an attempt to disrupt her spellcast:
1 The arrow hits Selce directly in the shoulder, instantly disrupting the spell and causing moderate damage... 2-8 The arrow only grazes Selce's arm, but disrupts her concentration and causes minor damage. 9-14 The arrow misses and the spell launches, igniting the sniper's nest, but they escape unscathed. 15-19 The spell hits, igniting all those within range, dealing moderate damage. 20 Direct Hit! The fireball sets the eastern grove aflame and all those trapped inside are victim to the blast.
Results: The archer's arrow strikes Selce's arm, disrupting her spell and causing minor damage.

Erron jumps over the crippled bandit trusting that the mercenary would finish dealing with him and engages another bandit, one who has just joined the fray from the back. "You boys picked the wrong caravan to raid today" he grinned.
The man retorted "I'll be damned if some hired sword is going to take us all down!" and began to charge. Erron readies himself to put the man on his back with a throw.
(GM, am I being too direct in these fights, I mean you said we have roughly 12 bandits in the fight so its hard to keep a pacing here, any other situation I would wait for you to have one engage one of us)

Selce fell back into the wagon and pulled the driver in behind her. She began a shield spell. As she felt it roll over her, she cast another spell. As it was called among many people it was a chain lightning spell, but it required her to see her target so she stepped back out and jumped lightly to the wagon yoke to cast it.
(Hope that is fine, to cast two in a round? If not then just the shield spell.)

Laren ducked behind the cover of the trees to escape the other archers' fire and attempt to hide so that she may better spot her targets without worring about getting shot herself.
Every once and a while Zeus would caw and Laren would respond by shooting an arrow just under where the sound had come from, shooting at enemy archers up in the trees on the opposit side of the road.

(You're fine. You'll just have to bear with me as I go about the song and dance of maintaining five people's + NPC combat lol) Erron locks arms with the bandit in an attempt to overtake him.
(Erron overpowers him through higher strength scores)
With a wail, the thief was hoisted above the monk's head, followed by a cry of shock as he is chucked into the forest, barely missing one of the hidden archers.
Selce attempts to fall back into the throws of a spell, another arrow flying towards her! A caravan worker, a gray-bearded dwarf who had been protected by her previous attempt, yelled out, "No!" He jumped in the way of the arrow and took it directly in the chest, as he fell limp back within the carriage.
Selce, with a new opening, unleashed her chain lightning, arcing out into the oncoming enemies and striking several within each blast.
Laren prepares to send an arrow towards the snipers nest!
1 The shot misses. 2-6 The shot kills one bandit. 7-10 The shot goes through one man and penetrates a second.
Results: Laren takes out one of the bandit snipers.(There are only 5 remaining bandits.)

"Coward!" Tjaden yelled after the retreating man. "Those who commit their crimes in the cover of darkness shall be judged in a harsher light!" Rather than block the sorceress' line of sight by charging into the sniper's nest after his wounded quarry, the frustrated Orc was forced to pick another closer target. He switched from his previous maneuver back in the basic Cobra Stance. Pulling the sword back and leveling it at his new adversary's chest, Tjaden charged the man with the Sliding Snake Snap. This involved a running dash at the bandit, sliding the last few inches to pull short and snap the sword in an arcing underhand swing aimed to unseem the opponent from the nave to the chops.

Still in the defensive position, Prometheus charged the nearest bandit, attempting to strike with the scimitar in his left hand, and lash out at any exposed spots with his right scimitar.

Unsatisfied with the slow progress of picking off the bandit archers one by one with her bow and not wanting to be shown up by the wizard, Laren quickly climbed up the tree she had been hiding behind and then with great aglility jumped across the road to the next tree and into the sniper nest.
One man yelled out in alarm as he noticed the elf, "Wha?! But where did you come from?"
Laren drew her two shortsword and pointed at the tree she had jumped from, coiencidently setting herself up for a double horizantal cut, "Over there," and she guickly cut at the bandits that were stupid enough to look.

The party assaults on three different bandits!
1-5 None of the party manages to strike down an enemy. 6-10 One member of the group defeats an enemy. 11-15 Two members of the group defeat their foes. 16-20 All three members defeat their targets.
Results: Epic Fail!
Tjaden rushes forward and accidentally trips over a fallen rogue and falls to the ground temporarily as the fleeing bandit escapes!
Prometheus fumbles as he escapes the confines of the caravan and is only able to defend himself as the bandit begins to counter attack!
Laren's attacks have no effect as the bandits begin to regain some of their lost composure. One a man, and one a halfling begin to ready their weapons!

Erron looks around and spots the bandit he assumed was the leader of this particular raiding party: The man who had stopped the caravan and confronts him, hoping that defeating the head honcho would de-spirit the remaining bandits and give the caravan the morale advantage it needed.
Feeling like he should at least give the man a warning he taunts "More than half your men are dead or have fled, are you sure you want to keep this up? Maybe I'll just keep your skull as a cup! He kept on his toes moving into an active stance that put a good amount of momentum into his kicks and launched into a barrage of heel swipes!
