"Let me see how I can explain this." Joey placed his hand on his chin, trying to rub out a solution as he thought. "Okay, I thought of an example. Hear this?" He began snapping with his right hand in full display, trying to explain it carefully to Zale.

His eyes snapped into a sharp view as he gave a cold finishing, "Then hear this." Onsei: Shuukyouku (Voice: Finale) The final snap he unleashed with the hand seemed unusually daunting as it traveled at the standard 343 m/s. Upon hearing the sound, the boy would feel his body go limp and be unable to control it for a minute. Even after that, his nerves would be rewired to a rather confusing state, meaning that he wouldn't even be able to control it properly. "Please don't attempt to interfere further, I do not wish to cause any harm to anybody."

Requirments: Onsei: Tenshi
This jutsu releases a certain sound that travel to one person. When the person is hit with the sound he or she is suddenly rendered immobile, as the sounds first target the nervous system of the body. Then, the technique proceeds to send forth a sound akin to a spear of sound through the temple. However, this does not cause any permanent damage. Other wise the shock to the brain throws off all of the synapses, thus confusing the body in how it can move. This jutsu lasts for three posts unless a jounin medical nin cures the victim.

Ryuuki dodged the poison darts and jumped out of the hole. He jumped up to his paralized friend and grabbed him. Ryuuki looked up at the ninja. "Why would you do this?" With that he jumped into the hole, still carrying Zale. (you threw those darts at me right?)

Tares was still sitting on the edge of the hole, with feet still dangling in it. One of the little boys has some power in his legs. That little tremor earlier almost made Tares spill his Ramen. The two boys playing around and fighting each other reminded him of when he was little. But those friends he fought with were dead now. Thus is the life of the shinobi, it was sad, but watching the young play reminded him that they are the future. Our future, Tares's future. As long as he could remember the saanin was always there. But in recent years is when our Kage has received his position. He remembered when the he was growing up, getting beat by the little boy who then became the mist kage. Tares jolted out of his thoughts as he remembered where he was at. He sighed and looked at the boys, then for the first time at the intruder. "Well, sir, it is possible that where you come from Genjutsu is considered not an attack. But here in Mizu no Kuni we DO consider it an attack. Manipulation by persuasion", Tares sighed, "i never heard of that one before. But its something i would expect from saanin level person such as you. But what i did NOT expect is for a saanin to use such methods on academy level children. No matter how cruel you are, you such simply dont attack the future of an entire people." Tares pulled down his mask and ate some more noodles from his ramen, then put his mask back on. He thought to himself, if he is a saanin just as i think he is, shouldnt his own words be enough, so that he should not resort to using jutsu. If he is a saanin, he is not a smart one.
