Well, if you assume that Kain is the supreme ruler of vampirs, that would make him a king. Raziel will be his queen. That make their future children crown princes or princesses. As of right now, Raziel is still crown prince and I am secondary. Within my own realms I hold the title of Lord. As a woman can inherit (I don't care if a son or daughter rules after me) this makes you heiress and young Lady to Turelim clan.
